The guy told me he has to replace my bumper. How ever he didn’t. All he did was smooth the bumper out and collect my money for a brand new bumper. I dropped my car off Saturday, he told me I can pick it up in a couple of hours. I got no call nor text from him at all. I called the office and his cell I also text... no response at all. I literally had to go down there to check on my car because I tracked my car and he was driving it. I went they he said to come back in a couple of hours because he will call me hen it is ready. Didn’t get a call nor a text so I went fro my car. Paid my money. As I’m about to drive off I realize my front glass is broken mind you I just got the car a couple days ago. Some one backed up into my bumper. The guy they sent out to speak with my don’t speak one word in English I told they I need the manager because my car was their responsibility and it is damage. I sat outside in the hot sun and no one came out. They close the doors on me. I message them to let them know I’m taking them to court!* I have full coverage on my insurance so o called them and have them fix my glass.** moral of my story? Check your car before and after you have anyone do work on it. Take pic or videos.
