Love this pharmacy. Everyone was so helpful and kind. I came in needing medication for my dog, who has a heart condition, they immediately checked to make sure they had the medication in stock. When they didn’t they gave me a partial supply to hold him over until they got more in.They had it out in less than 15 minutes. Signed me up for notifications. The pharmacist was very patient with all my questions. The staff was quick to acknowledge me and get me pricing and set up for the online account.Much better than some of other pharmacies I’ve been too.
The staff works well together. Theyre very professional and efficient. They dont just push you alongI always feel like Im their only customer.

I wish I could have put them zero. Worst pharmacy and lack of professionalism. It took them 100 years to acknowledge me while I was standing in the line. Pharmacist named Amanda is very rude and discourteous. I felt like asking simple advice from her is committing federal crime. Jeez. Height of rudeness. Shame on you to call yourself a health care professional. Never ever go back to see the moron. Good bye.
I went to this pharmacy at 8pm and the pharmacist was very helpful and nice. They had my prescription within 15 minutes of me placing the order and overall it was a great experience.
If I could have given zero stars, I would have. Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Wait times are approximately 2 hours for an RX pickup. God forbid you have a discount coupon code, you will be sent to wait in 3 separate lines and that is if they honor it. Good luck on getting them to answer the phone to transfer RX’s to a new pharmacy; the phones don’t work the majority of the time. Awful experiences. This pharmacy is just like any other pharmacy USA - you wait in line, you get serviced, and you leave. I leave with my prescription each time so no issues.
Upon exiting the bathroom, I noticed an associate not washing his hands with soap after using the urinal. Coincidentally, that same associate was the person who waited on me at the Pharmacy, a technician named Rupen. Although he was helpful with my benefits payment for my prescription, I find it very unprofessional, and terribly troubling that an associate tasked with handling sensitive products like people’s medications would disregard proper hygiene practices.
Price was great but service was terrible. Jessica was rude even as I kept being very polite and kind. Horrible attitude but hence the reason I dont shop there on the regular. Unfortunately they are cheapest for the prescription I need so Ill just keep killing them with kindness! Lol.
I really had a terrible customer service, I was helped by Samina Dolan, she was very rude and with a terrible attitude. The worst part was I gave her my insurance card and without looking at it, answered back that my insurance would not cover it, when it actually covered it at 100%. This shoes that this lady has a lack of respect to people and has no professionalism. At then even when she was wrong and with an attitude she did not even apologize once she saw that the insurance covered everything.
Ignorant people in the Pharmacy. No more business with them.

I hate this pharmacy. As a former pharmacy technician at another pharmacy this is literally the worst customer service ever. The techs are so rude. Don’t even crack a smile most times!!
I stood there for such a long time while there where about 5 people back there just standing around talking, looking at me and doing nothing!
