Yesterday while in the Short Pump area, I walked into this HomeGoods location. It’s wonderful to see the variety of merchandise available there, and this store was very busy with customers. The store is well organized by department. I like that a variety of packaged specialty food is available here on discount!

Nothing but great things to say about this location. They were perfect from beginning to end. I brought a great amount of rugs from them; and the associates where more than happy to load the items into my vehicle. I will definitely be shopping with this location again.

I am writing this review on behalf of my mom, who was at Home Goods today. She had nothing negative to say about to products themselves and was pleased with her purchases. In particular, she was happy with the service she received from a man working there (she didnt get his name) who helped her find items diligently and even helped her bring them out to her car. He is also the only reason why Im giving the review 2 stars. Regardless, her entire experience was ruined by the incredibly rude cashier checking her items out; I believe her name was Bunny? This woman was standoffish from the start, refused to make eye contact with my mom when she was addressing her and every comment she made was in a condescending tone. She then proceeded to knock over one of the items onto the floor (accidental or not) and acted like she didnt even notice. No apology, no oops, when she clearly saw it. My mom finally confronted her and asked why she was being so mean and if she did something wrong. The woman dismissed her and acted like she didnt know what she was talking about. My mom then asked for the manager and the woman told her that she herself was the manager. Despite her disrespectful attitude, my mom remained level-headed and kind. She was being so rude my mom had to question if this was racially motivated or not. Still frustrated after checking out, my mom encountered the man who was helping her earlier and explained the situation. He told her that she was not the manager and told her what the real managers name was. This woman LIED to her and told her she was the manager. She took her for a fool and made her feel so awful. I understand people have bad days but this kind of behavior is inexcusable. Do better.

This is a great home decor store like At Home, Christmas Tree Shop, Big Lots and Ollies. I was looking for bathroom accessories, curtains and curtain rods. They have plenty and they’re reasonably priced.

The parking is so small..I had to park at another department store and walk there. Other than the parking this HomeGoods is really nice. They have a great variety. I was needing laundry baskets for myself and my kids and got a really cute set at a great price.!

The staff is nice but, the carpets in the room are stained and not regularly cleaned.I had three different rooms and but the third one, I just gave up. The last one was the best of the three but the carpet still had spots and stains. Definitely not the Hilton standard I was expecting.

I love shopping this store and love to come in weekly to do so. Unfortunately the items at one location is not the same as the other. Twice Ive looked for an item my sister found and it was not at our location 😪

Always enjoy shopping here. I found exactly what I was looking for! A nautical quilt and new scatter rug! They had lots to choose from!

I really liked alot of their stuff however the furniture was overpriced in my opinion as well as some of the wall art. But the kitchen section was amazing! I will be back for more cookware and utensils

Mr. Tim the cashier is simply Awesome!He packed the glass items so carefully and expertise. Great personality.I found very nice items! Great Shopping Experiences! I will return this Summer!!!

I LOVE this place to find hidden gems for decor

You need to stop by more than once if you are in the market for something eclectic for your home decor. The inventory changes very frequently. If you pause to think about purchasing something thinking you can come back later forget it, it will be gone.

Nice store. Just not much of what I was shopping for today. Im looking for chaises or indoor lounge chairs. I did find some awesome new pans in gourmet cooking section. Lots of merchandise. Fast check out.

Patrick is a VERY helpful person. He checked the stock room and found exactly what I was looking for, which is something I had originally seen at another HG store but the item had just sold at the other store. Hes the type of employee that makes a customer feel valued.

The parking lot is horribly small,but the store is always tidy. Hit or miss with the staff though.

The prices seem to be better than other places like Hobby Lobby. Ive heard people rave about Home Goods. I dont know what to say about my first impression. I think thats because I had just stuffed my car full with items to donate. Like eating before you do your grocery shopping! 😀 I actually walked out empty-handed. The store is packed with merchandise. The aisles are narrow. And even though it was Monday afternoon, you could hardly move without bumping into someone. I think this is a shopping venue for a serious shopper!

If you dont mind shopping thrift store style then Home Goods is a great place to find some good finds! They have redesigned this space a bit with clear shelving and better clustering of items. I have found some gems at this location over the years but with a slight overhaul in the pipeline of products finding the best luxury brands is more difficult as many of those are now in their own outlets, Off Saks or in Nordstrom Rack. I usually go here for snacks, stuff for my kitchen, planners and stationery, closet organization and bath and bed linens. I do not typically find great items in the furniture, childrens, pet or candles/frames. Avoid the aisle of doom on the way to the cash registers. Just wear a mask as if you are in Bird Box.

Was organized, clean and people observing safety precautions, have found good buys there on several occasions.

A lot of stuff, can get very unorganized and cramped but you can usually find a great stinkin deal on some pointless beach themed living room decoration, plus a huge candle and kitchen tool selection.

Eclectic stock of possibly above average quality compared to the chain competitors. Not much depth, though. Home Goods has a gourmet kitchen department but no oven thermometer? Aisles were poorly maintained with store fixtures and customer abandoned merchandise blocking almost every path. Below average example of the chain at the time of my visit.

Great place to find good deals to quality items

Went there during the holiday season and we found the staff very friendly and helpful. Store was cleanly organized and full of merchandise and plenty of sales staff to help during this busy time of the year.

Covid 19 protocols are a little lax, but not sure if you could expect better because it is so high-traffic. Less product than before the pandemic. Im looking forward to enjoying the browse when its past us.

Always a great experience when visiting this location. I found a variety of things that I had looked for at other locations and couldn’t find at those locations. The customer service is always spot on!!

I bought some wonderful drapes here that look amazing. They are for black out linen drapes and they were $50 a pair.It’s hard to find something for a large loft without going custom these were 96 inches long

Very bad custumer service and very bad managment and they talk to eachother on the middle of the way instead of helping customers also they dont even know what they have in their store ! Ridiculous!

Store had tons of badly damaged furniture.Employee Celia was rude, short and didnt want to walk 10feet to get an answer about damaged furniture. Id rate this messy store a solid 3 out of 10. Corporate needs to look into this one and clean up shop.

I like this companys brand stores (TJ Maxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods) because they always have great budget stuff...but this location is one of the worst. Not because of the merchandise, but because every single time I visit theres a group of employees just standing around talking. Three times I tried going into an aisle and theyd pause to look at me and then continue talking, blocking the whole aisle. Needless to say I left.

Its a little crowded for me to feel comfortable but if you go on off hours they have a great selection.

The store really tried to set it up smoothly with one way aisles and protection for the employees. - the minus 1 star is because of the other customers... Several older people took off their masks frequently in the store and others didnt seem to understand how arrows worked.The store was limiting capacity to 150 I believe. I dont know how many people were there when I went Google said it was not busy but it was too many to be able to comfortably shop. More anxiety producing to have to dodge people who failed elementary rules than enjoyable. I love HomeGoods but Im not going back until theres a vaccine, eliminated spread locally, or the store is practically empty.

I just love this place. They have the softest towels and wash cloths and accessories for your home.

This location is very busy. It was very messy and some of the shelves were sparsely stocked. I love HomeGoods and will always shop there.

One of my favorite places to shop, especially for gifts. Just watch their prices. Sometimes you can get a similar item cheaper elsewhere. Their quality of products is great.

There are a couple of handicap parking spaces by the door. The mdse is not the same things you would see every place. If you like it, youd better grab it..I dont recommend you visit on the weekend. Its very busy. Its7 a fun place to shop.

Jacob was outstanding his customer service was great. He helped me in the mirror section and I am thankful that he was so helpful. My husband and I came in Monday 1/13 around 3pm. Please applaud him on a job well down.

This store is pretty fun to walk around. You can find some great deals on every day home needs if you look hard enough. We were especially impressed with the prices of the bed comforters there. There are also other knick-knacks that are fun to look at and lots of random decorative items. This place definitely does not lack variety, and youll most likely find that random object youre looking for!

Long gone are the days home goods was viewed as kin to the good will stores. It is packed with people shopping for supposed values. Most items are not offered at that much of a discount but still somewhat lower price that full retail. But it is not much better than hobby lobby, Kohls or similar...

Great place to shop

I could spend HOURS in this store! I love all the furniture and especially when the Halloween and Christmas decor comes in. The quality and prices and incredible! I can always find cool things on clearance. The staff is friendly. There is a bit of wait in line but the associates wrap everything with care. Very pleased!

Lot and lots of merchandise, so much so that its hard to find anything, its chaotic. It was crazy busy when I went in a Sunday afternoon, impossible to walk through the isles let alone fine anything. Lots of friendly and helpful staff, but not nearly enough registers were open.

Great variety of stuff. Lady at register over charged me by $20. When I queried it she looked most put out. Re rang my goods through and managed to mutter sorry as I walked away. I know we all have problems but lets try and be cheerful people!!

High-quality products with affordable prices! Lots of things to choose from and the merchandise constantly changes which means Im in the store often. Im happy...my wallet is not 😀From lamps, to rugs, tables and chairs, bathroom decor, kitchen appliances and accessories, and more! The only drawback is that employees are not very friendly.

A lot of variety but hard to find quality items. Many of the aisles are tight so two carts have a hard time getting by each other. It is a popular store. There were a lot of people there.

Always a great selection of seasonal home decor. Also gourmet foods and cookware. Prices seem a little higher than before but still pretty reasonable. Two sunbrella outdoor pillows for 24.99. Salt and pepper mills 4.99.

Christmas stuff is nothing exciting and before that the store looked like it was closing. Disappointing

Love this store usually. They’ve raised their prices on mostly everything but once in awhile you can find a decent deal.

My wife loves Home Goods and I like it too for cooking stuff. My two complaints are that the store was very cluttered with carts because they were stocking shelves, and the lines are always kind of long. Other than that it’s a great store and the staff is friendly.

Really like Home Goods. Great prices and a variety of items. You may not find what your looking for on your first visit, but you have to check the inventory often because things change with every new shipment.

Terrible customer service! I was in the store shopping for patio furniture and asked to speak to a manager about the price. The associate called her, but she wouldn’t come to the floor to meet with me in person, but rather rudely answered my questions through the employee over the phone. I wanted to turn around and walk out, but the set I found was what I had been looking for, so I purchased it. I decided to make this review when I received a call from my husband, who was there, the following day, to pick up the set. I never mentioned the rudeness I experienced, to him. And he’s now calling me to complain about how rudely he’s been treated by the staff! This lady was extremely disrespectful to him, and had an attitude, as if we’ve inconvenienced her in some way! I don’t know... all I can figure is either we’ve eaten at Chic-Fil-A way too much, and are so used to excellent customer service, that we expect it everywhere we go, OR, these Homegood employees are common and rude as Sh#%!!! I blame management for improper training and lack of focus on customer service.

Love Home goods where ever its located. So while visiting family there we stopped in and guess what it had great variety of products I must say it was fun to visit a home goods in a different area to see whats popular in their community
