The company marks their prices up and then lures you in with a 20% off one item coupon every other week. This visit, we were looking for a feather pillow for a Christmas gift. The only feather pillows they had were against the wall without ANY prices on them anywhere. The first one we took to a price scanner on the wall said it was $144! Asked an associate for a $20 feather pillow (my 12yr old daughter was the giver of this present) and was directed to the middle bin as they were the only pillows that came close. Those pillows however were all synthetically filled. Went to Target and got a $15 feather pillow.

Great store. Sorry to see it close. Be aware ALL sales are final here, cant even be returned to other locations. I didnt see any signs posted though and even though it is noted on the receipt you only get that AFTER youve made your purchase.

This is a nice Bed, Bath & Beyond location... not the largest BBB store we have ever been in, but they have a ton of stuff packed into the space!Isles are really narrow here, so getting around the store during peak shopping times or holiday can be a royal pain. Still, their staff is very nice and they do their best to open extra registers to help things move along.Tons of coupons out there for BBB; save them and use them! Prices can be a but stiff, but the coupons help a lot.

I came here since the Broad Street location didnt have what I was looking for. To my surprise, this location is permanently closing next week. The shelves are empty. Literally. Im not sure how they will be able to maintain until they close next week with no stock.If its not an inconvenience, then I recommend going tonthe Broad Street or Midlothian location.

Staff were helpful.They were unobtrusively available to problem-solve.They helped navigate until I put my hands on everything I needed. Otherwise, BB&B is like a big candy store to me; I want one of these, two of those and a box of these!

I came here because I heard they have to throw away returned candles. I did not find any candles in their dumpster however I did find quite a few self-rising cakes. The cake was fine.

I had purchased a lamp. Got it home and you found the plug was defective. I returned it to the store. The sales clerk apologized that the merchandise was defective and that I had to make a second trip to return it. Was very pleasant.

Good selection of stuff, helpful staff, taking COVID-19 seriously (staff wearing masks, signs encouraging social distancing, & have made aisles and floor sets less crowded and easier to navigate than pre-COVID). Allowed use of multiple coupons (1 per item) which was good.

I went here to get a few items for my house. I wasnt familiar with the layout of the store because I dont frequent the store. I immediately went to the customer service station to get help. they were very helpful as it would have taken me forever to locate the items I wanted to purchase in the store. Based off of this experience I will definitely consider Bed Bath and Beyond when making a purchase for my home.

BB&B has started to use a 20% off the whole order coupon. Was able to get $6.00 off my purchase. Excellent 👍

Love this store. Prices for most part reasonable. Look for sales and clearance is really good deals. Sign up for coupons. Staff nice and dont mind helping find an item. Spacious and clean store. Plenty of parking. bathroom rugs, curtains, bedroom blankets, sheets, comforters, kitchen appliances and plates, art work.

Seriously, Bed Bath & Beyond is so underrated. Ever since my husband and I registered here for our wedding 5 years ago; every time I go in we receive exceptional service. They always send coupons (and take expired ones with no hassle) and have really upped their online presence. They price match and there have been a few times where something got damaged and I was able to exchange them no problem! Love Bed Bath & Beyond. We live close to this one and they were great when we had to purchase a bunch of things for our new house. Loyal customer.

They often beat Amazon prices. 20% coupon usually equals or beats anyone elses price. They price match even Amazons ridiculously low prices in lieu of a coupon. Good selection of quality items. They have the cheap stuff too for those on a budget.

The smell of artificial air fresheners permeates these stores, and thats a bit offputting. They do have good kitchen stuff, and bedding - and they have the CO2 chargers for my fizzy water making machine.

The staff was helpful and having a 20% off coupon was great when we purchased some pillows 👍

They really have some amazing products for just about everything you want. The store is a blue collar retailer, so make sure you have money to spend for descent quality.

I stopped the manager to ask him for assistance with 400.00 item.. he stopped for a second and said that they were out of stock.. I told him I just got off the phone with one of his associates who said that they had 15 in stock... Well at that point he looked p puzzled.. told me to go up to the register and have one of the girls get it.. not so much for customer service.. what an idiot..I would have walked out at that time but the 20% discount save me about $87..

This is a great Bed Bath ad Beyond location, probably the best Ive been to in the area. Super helpful staff, and a very well organized store.

Its not a very nice place to shop, its cramped and has an overwhelming odor of various air fresheners and scented whatnots. The people that work there are friendly but not all that knowledgeable about the merchandise.

Was not approached by one employee to offer help and passed by 3 of them. Was upset when they wouldnt accept my coupon that was on my phone and I had done the same thing with a different coupon at a different store with no issues. Yes, I can bring back the receipt when Im the area if I have a printed coupon but I live 45 minutes away so that is not going to happen. It was very difficult for me to come out that far to get two things I needed and the cashier made it more difficult when Im sure they could have accommodated for me that one time since I had not had an issue before and was under the impression that it would be accepted. Then she told me that the other store must bedifferent which is a lie because I know from talking with the other store that should not be an issue and its a corporation and all the rules are the same. I dont appreciate the lie or the lack of professionalism when this was handled. Was it really worth the 7dollars I would have saved for a customer to not leave happy and satisfoed woth the service Bed Bath and Beyond? Probably not.

We went to view the selection in bed covers, king size. Lots of choices, lots of styles.

Very poor customer service. Merchandise was mislabled, in wrong bin in the department. After checking to make sure I was telling the truth, the clerk brought the sign up to show it was an error. Instead of allowing the mdse to go for the price noted on the sign and location, all I heard was sorry about that.
