Ive purchased multiple pairs of glasses here. Selection is just right, prices (even without insurance in my case) are great, and service is friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The prices of frames seem reasonable. Those are the only two things going on well for Target Optical.There is no professional equipment to work on your glasses and frames.If you ask to buy a pair of glasses based on your current prescription, they will likely tell you to either bring a prescription or schedule an eye exam with their doctor.They simply don’t have the capabilities to do detailed and accurate measurements, as they lack professional equipment.Shop around, and see for yourself. Maybe you’ll like Target Optical.

I just went to Target Optical to get some contacts and the associate really went above and beyond to assist me with a difficult order. She was able to find something in stock that was perfect for me and saved me from having to wait for shipping. She got me the best prices Ive ever seen for my eyewear. She was friendly and cheerful and I cant say enough good things about her. Was a great experience and I will definitely be going back.

I had a great experience. The Optiicans were so helpful with the frame selection and explaining how the progressive lenses would help my near vision. As far as the person who said They did not have the latest equipment? Have have worn glasses over 30 years and purchased,in the past, from Optometrists offices, and Ophthalmologist.....They all have the same equipment for measuring the P.D. and height of progressive....i feel the expert experience of the staff more than out weights some, new piece of equipment

I had a great experience. The eye doctor was great and I was in and out in no time. She answered all my questions and even went the extra mile to help when I had an insurance problem!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The doctor there was really good as well. I would recommend anyone check them out for their next eye exam.

I had an appointment I scheduled a year ago. I got an email a little over a week saying call to confirm your appointment. I called with in 30 mins of getting the email to be told no your appointment time has been booked and that time is no longer available. Im confused as to how with over a week away from my appointment and when I called almost immediately that my appointment time could have been given away. Its ridiculous to even make an appointment if they give it away with over a week left to the day.
