The staff here are incredible! Very welcoming, accommodating and personable. They were able to get me a new pair of glasses very fast (same day!) when I was traveling and only passing through town. I felt like I was chatting with friends. Definitely get your glasses from them!

Ok, I don’t write reviews often but I had to write this one. I had the best experience here on Sunday. First, the store was open even though it was a holiday. Second, it was the store manager working that day by himself. I was greeted with a friendly welcome and felt like he was actually glad to see someone. He even stated he was worried there would be no customers because of the holiday and was happy to see me. Well that was really nice to hear because I was scared that the employees would bot be happy about working a holiday. So immediately I felt comfortable. He allowed me to try on at least 30 pairs of glasses until I decided on the pair I had previous picked out the prior weekend when I had stopped by. He gave me honest opinions about the pairs I was trying on which is awesome! He didn’t try to sell me the most expensive pair, he sold me the pair that was right for me! That speaks volumes about this man’s integrity. (I was a former salesperson myself so I know what he did was put me first and not take advantage of my insecurities to bump up the sale.) Anyway, I could go on and on about this man and my experience but I’ll just say GO SEE MICHAEL at the Glen Allen location! You will not be sorry.

This was such a great experience. I was helped by Michael Arteaga, and he was super helpful and incredibly nice! This was my first time getting new glasses without my parents there, and he made everything really easy. He even waited so I could call my mom when I didn’t have all the information he needed. Overall, he made the whole experience so much more comfortable than it would have been otherwise!

I walked into the store looking for a repair kit to fix a pair of sunglasses, unfortunately they don’t sell that.. BUT Michael, was absolutely welcoming and took my glasses for me and fixed them for me anyhow. I needed an emergency pair of glasses and we ran into some speed bumps regarding my prescription, but everyone was so helpful and got me a walk-in with the doctor next door! Once we figured that out and I picked my frames, they got my glasses to me within 10-15 minutes. Excellent costumer service and super friendly staff, definitely recommend

I came in hoping to get either my glasses repaired or new glasses entirely. I ended up spending more than I wanted but the quality of the product I received is the best I’ve ever experienced in a pair of glasses. Jacob provided excellent service and was also fun to have a conversation with while I waited for my glasses. They were so fast about everything. They actually made a mistake in their measurements too when they first handed me my new glasses but I let them know and they took it back and fixed it for me within ten minutes. These guys are the pros. No matter your budget, you’ll find what you’re looking for here.

I thought it was clever that he was lurking outside the door to catch me as I left the Drs office. Staff there were again friendly and helpful. The process for checking insurance and price for my glasses has been greatly improved over earlier years. I had my new glasses ordered and was on my way in maybe 15 minutes.

I love this new location. The layout is perfect for social distancing. As I entered the store, I was welcomed several times by various salespersons. Very friendly environment. Went in this store by accident, or better as it was conveniently located as I was at another store and turned around and decided to check out the frames for my daughter. She had a specific frame in mind, and we didnt see it, but as soon as the employee was able to help us, she took them out of the drawer and BAM! That was it, it was exactly what she wanted. I couldnt be happier with the service and attention, but still was worried about the price. These happened to be very affordable and on top of that, she is considered a child so ended up paying a little over $200 for her glasses, frames and blue light and all that jazz that was included. I will definitely check them out in January when its time for me to get my own glasses.

Ive been coming to this LensCrafters for over a decade now. Most of the staff recognize me when I come in and they always are super friendly to me. They always have exactly what Im looking for and they are always happy to repair or replace ( I lost one of the rubber nose pieces off of my Oakley sunglasses) for free. I love getting my glasses from here.

You better not show up late or they will not let you have your appointment. The woman at the desk was cynical and snyde. She told use we were over 10 minutes late when we still had time. She was persistent after we just drove an hour to get there. I wouldnt recommend these jerks to anyone!!! Beware!

Broke my glasses Sunday at around 10 am. Lenscrafters opened at Noon....had a new frame by 12:45 that day.I want to give a special shout out to Cecilia who waited on me. She was courteous, professional and prompt. Whomever owns/manages this location needs to make sure you hang on to her.You might consider giving her that raise sooner then later. Great service and very nice people! Many people helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses! I picked them out and they went over everything in detail from pricing to caring for them. Got my glasses in about an hour and a half which was amazing!

Received my progressive lenses and the reading measurement was incorrect, I wish that Lenscrafters could have fixed this onsite, other than my having to wait another eight (8) days for a lab shipment to another location.

Exceptional service at this LensCrafters location! Cecelia was a delight & so helpful! She was patient while I wrangled my 3 small children while choosing my frames. She thoroughly explained what my insurance covered so that I could get the most bang for my buck. She also helped me stack the in-store deals & coupon promotions. The only reason this gets 4 stars instead of 5 is because my lenses weren’t available for same-day pickup, which is a big part of the reason I wanted to use LensCrafters. A minor annoyance, but anywhere else I would have gone would probably have had just as long of a wait time!

We had a very good experience here. Honestly we were a little bit skeptical heading in because we had not been there before and it is not a place you hear people talk about a lot. Also, we have VSP Insurance and they do not fully take that. It is an out-of-network provider for VSP. However the selection of frames available in the store is higher than many places in the area. The manager was definitely on point with his service. Price wise was really not too bad. We walked out with a nice pair of designer frame prescription sunglasses and paid a little over $200. It could have been a lot worse. As an added bonus, which we totally did not expect, they made the glasses that night and we have them in our hand an hour later. Fantastic!

Store Manger is on point. He is focused on every customer being 110% satisfied with his staff and products. That passion is missing in retail these days. Thats why I take my familys eye care needs here
