I will never purchase anything from Knechts again and will never recommend them to anyone. We placed an order for a custom pantry for our kitchen. When the first pantry came in it was damaged and cracked. They ordered a replacement that also came in damaged so we asked for a refund but were told they couldn’t refund the money but could order another one. Today we went to pick it up and the lady told us she took it out of the box to make sure it wasn’t damaged again. It was fine that she checked it out for herself but she never put it back in the box or wrapped it or anything so my husband had to haul it from the store to our house without anything to protect it. For spending almost $1000 on this pantry the quality is complete garbage. If your remodeling your home I recommend you purchase from anywhere but Knecht.

Terrible customer service. Save your money and go to Home Depot or Menards. Cheaper and salespeople that care and follow-up.
