Im not familiar with the layout of the store but the isles are labeled well and I found what I needed quickly. Very happy that the staff are wearing masks for the protection of themselves and patrons.

Despite its flaws, the systems are awesome and make it super easy and convenient

Very helpful staff, usually easy to find someone to point you in the right direction. Have pretty much everything you need to build a spaceship or if your a lame duck a regular old house.

Dont buy any major appliances from these people. They wont honor their warranty. After several calls to Menards and Maytag-Whirpool I still havent received a call back from them. Whirlpool doesnt service this area. Washer hasnt worked right since we bought it. I guess Menards is just in charge of taking your money. And yes I have spoke to management and appliance center.

Great location. Came here because needed to fill RV propane tank. Not only was price great ($2.09 per gallon instead of normal $3.09 or higher elsewhere) but employees were also great. Pulled up to propane pump outside. Called store to have someone come pump propane. Employee had saw us pull up and someone was already on way.Wish we had Menards down South.

I usually use Home Depot for my house stuff but they have a different selection and their lumber yard is better. Never had a bad experience here just not my go to place.

I was in the store today. Made purchases of things in the store and out in the yard. I had interactions with at least 9 employees, they were all outstanding! Going above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. True customer service!

Dont know whos in charge of inventory, but nothing the app or website says is in stock is actually there. Staff was no help.

Masks are still required but if you need it you need it. Staff was friendly and the store was well stocked. Got in and out in about 20 minutes.

This place has everything. It is like a big lots on steroids.

Always a great experience here. I buy a lot of paint and stain; very professional in the paint department. Sometimes the lumber selection isnt the best but employees are always helpful and take care when cutting materials for me. Very clean store and customer service is wonderful.

Very dissatisfied with Menards. I shouldnt be forced to wear a mask. Its impeading on my constitutional rights. If I didnt have rebate coupons to redeem I sure and hell wouldnt have gave any of my business to them. I really dont think it deserves a rating. You lost mine and my familys business.

Best lumber yard/DIY store in Gillette based on price/selection. Typically I prefer Home Depot but in Gillette, Menards is MUCH more organized, better service, better selection, and generally better prices. There are some products that for quality sake, I go to Home Depot, (doors, windows, some power tools), but only when I dont need assistance. Otherwise, I do all of my shopping at Menards. Menards is the only store in Gillette that I can build a house from the ground up almost entirely in in-stock items. No one else Ive found in Gillette can claim that.

I have been in this store many times in the last few months and the staff is always helpful. Some things are not always there when I need them but this is wyoming you cant just go to the store and pickup what you want because we are so far from everything out here and I wouldnt have it any other way

Decent prices on hit or miss products. The employees seem wildly miserable and have a desire to pass that misery along to the customer. Especially in the paint department. One young blonde girl snapped at my husband for walking under her lift. There was no sign to indicate she was there and he was trying to wrangle our escaped 4 year old. He apologized and she scoffed at him. I hope she never has to deal with children herself. The very next day we came in for more paint and when I asked the woman behind the counter where a product was she was very snippy and seemed annoyed that I would dare ask her a question. I guess she was more interested in chatting with her friend who was there for a nice long visit. I even overheard her friend ask if she quote, Had to deal with that referring to me, all the time? I guess my 2 questions were just too much. I know it sucks to work in retail but jeez.....pull the sticks out of your collective butts.

Im never coming back. No one knows anything about what theyre selling,no one can answer any questions and when you finally find something thats almost like what you want, theres no one available to check you out.

Wide variety of products good prices.were looking at.counter tops cupboards ect to do a re model in the kitchen.. But just like alot of stores employees walk around look at u but dont bother to ask if u need help with anything ..
