Not a great experience. Many people in the store. No physical distancing, No masks by anyone including employees. Very uncomfortable. Hard to check out! Agh!

Great price on pellets . Bomgaar prices when up. We go there now.

I used there fuel for a long time. Then I got fuel that was contaminated with dirt and it wiped out my Low pressure fuel pump. Before I went to confront them about it I sent a feel sample off it showed the dirt. They sent one off to A month after I talk to them their test also showed dirt being 50% of what the tolerances is. I tried to tack with there Manager of there fuel and he would not listen. They did nothing about it

Purchased a bottle of perfume and when I opened it the bottle was empty. I went back to exchange (with proof of purchase) the manager told me she had to search video footage and that she could not take my word for it. I said fine call me back when you are done. Never got a call so I called back. I then was told they would not exchange or refund. She stated she spoke with her GM, finance office and inventory control and all agreed no. I asked why she said because. I then asked to speak to her GM she refused and then told me she was on vacation. I called back and was told by someone else that was not true the GM was there. I am waiting for a call back.

Dont think Ive ever left a bad review for a business, but here goes....I use the co-op for the propane in my house. I paid around $400 with my debit card twice a year to have my tank filled. Suddenly, they wouldnt take my card anymore. Fine, thats inconvenient but because the ladies downstairs are so rude on top of it, I decided to shop around for a different propane company.Because my only option to switch providers involved buying the old ugly propane tank from co-op, I decided to just stick with them.Everytime I interact with them (minus the manager or whatever he is), theyre very condescending and rude. The conversation I had this morning with some lady there really showed me I made a bad decision sticking with them. Their prices just dont make up for how Ive been treated.Sorry for the rant, but I hope those ladies see this.Forgot to edit: shortly after this review was posted, I got a call from the head honcho, who is very nice and accomodating. They are accepting credit/debit payments for propane now and I havent had any issues since.

Fast and Friendly! We needed our propane bottle filled, being that it was raining we didnt know if they would be open to fill. Driving up a man was already headed in our direction. Love this place
