Lacey was very thorough with explaining the ins and outs of the property, walked us through the awesome and easily accessible app and helped me set reminders on future payments. Ive rented from several storage places over the years (& even other Public storage locations) but this one by far has been the best! I spoke with Lacey on the phone after finding the unit I thought would work- & from the start- she was upbeat& personable & guided me thru the best process that worked for my timeline, busy schedule& budget! When I came in person - she offered the same helpful & stellar service! Rented a unit there for 6 years. Price started at 60$. Ended up at 130 $ a month. They advertise bigger units for much less than I was paying. I moved out on the 1st of the month and was forced to pay the whole month of 130$ again. Contacted regional manager to attempt to get my months rent back and phone call was never returned.

Fantastic customer service!!We love this place. Every time we’ve come, the customer service has been top notch. Everyone we meet is helpful, personable, and here for us. It’s strange to be happy to go to a storage place, but the employees have always been uplifting and friendly. It’s so important to be able to smile and laugh during this nasty virus outbreak, and Jerry certainly brightened our day. The place itself is clean and spacious, and the employees graciously wiped down all counters and door knobs and flat bed carts, which we appreciated. Thanks so much for the this place!

Went to the 750 Cooper location today and was very pleased with the level of customer Service and Enthusiasm to my specific needs. Site manager, Lacey was very kind. I kept changing things around and couldnt decide what I needed to do and Lacey was very patient and helpful to make sure I got what I needed. Scott was very helpful and super nice. I drove 12 hours from the bay area and found out I reserved too small of a space. He went through multiple options and help me get the best price for a space that was larger and fit all my stuff. Amazing experience with Scott through the transaction. Highly recommend. This is the most conveniently located storage for me and when Ive had questions or needed help, Sherry has been awesome to deal with. Its super clean and easy to pop in to grab something and back out again quickly.

Good to work with. Price is one of the best. John was respectful and took time to explain all policies and answer questions. The storage facility is clean and convenient. It is easy to get to individual units. I would have given it a five star rating if they had a yearly rate available to lock in the price for those of us needing a longer term storage unit.

When we signed up, the rent that was being offered was very, very good esp. for a climate-controlled unit. I hope that price stays that way for as long as were renting at this facility. This is a great property!! John is both helpful and friendly and has made my first storage unit experience great. This property doesnt have a second story so you dont have to mess with an elevator and it is kept VERY clean. It also doesnt hurt that the prices are affordable!! I recommend renting here if they have any units available!!
