I met Jamie at the front desk here while helping my brother with moving. I’m not going to lie, I hate moving stuff! But, when I went in the front, Jamie greeted me and really made me feel better. He emphasized with me over the horrors of moving. I don’t need a storage unit yet, but when I do, I know where I’m going! Thank you Jamie for making me feel better about helping someone else move! 😂

The manager was very easy to talk to, clearly explained what was needed and how I could get everything moved in as easily as possible. Getting set up took all of 15 minutes and all I really had to do was give him my documents and sign the lease! Extremely friendly, fast, easy, and secure. Would recommend this place to anyone.

This is the best location I found. Wide lanes between units make for easy turning, clean units, doors roll easily. Not the highest ceilings (8), but perfectly acceptable. Ron & Jim were extremely helpful. They also let me use their moving van for a day, complementary. All in all, a great experience.

Excellent customer service. Jim was extremely helpful. Good old fashion customer service, like when people used to care about where they worked. I love it!!!I also love that this facility has a moving van you can use for free if close by or minimal amount if you have to travel far away like I did.It was a pleasure dealing with the people here.

I want to give the biggest thanks to manager Jim....My family and I have gone thru multiple transitions in the past few months which have required storage units...and the use of rental trucks Jim has gone out of his way to provide the most sincere kindness, understanding, and compassion during this difficult time for our family...his store and facility grounds are extremely clean and well maintained...thank you Jim for all of the help you have continued to go out of your way to provide for all of your customers especially me, its such a refreshing and comforting feeling to know there are still outgoing managers who truly make their customers feel valued ...very rare these days unfortunately...but somehow Life Storage Facilities has 3 of the best managers running their stores...Jim at Gilbert and Elliot, Ron who travels between stores and Debbie at the Baseline store in Mesa!And then to traveling manager Ron...sweetest man anyone could meet...a big thanks to you...I had the pleasure of first contact with him at the stapley and baseline location...and then now at the Gilbert location on Elliot...he has bent over backwards for me as well as gone the extra mile for me on several occasions at both Life Storage locations...he is a pleasure to work with and always always always has a smile on his face...and have witnessed him providing the greatest customer service to any customer that walks thru the door at either location...most recently he was helping a lady in the store with the purchase of boxes when I entered the store to return the rental truck...he made sure he smiled and acknowledged I had entered the store...and greeted me with his famous smile and said he would be right with me ...he finished ringing up the customers boxes and then he turned and asked if I would mind waiting for a few seconds more I quickly agreed and he walked around the desk and offered to help her carry out the boxes and supplies she had purchased...he is always going out of his way to assist anyone and everyone and as a traveling manager not assigned to one specific location takes pride and shows commitment to both locations no matter what...he is an absolute asset to Life Storage!So if you find yourself in need of a Storage unit ...I highly recommend either store location best service you can get and always go out of their way to make you feel like family...they have all 3 gone out of their way to somehow make Storage facilities feel like my home away from home...which is a very hard task...lol..! 😀

I was heading over to this location to rent a unit until I witnessed Jim Stewart the supposed manager harass an employee at a neighboring business. If he does that out of work, I can only imagine how horribly he treats his customers. 100% would not recommend as long as Jim is still employed here.

I absolutely love this brand new storage facility in Gilbert. The manager, Dwayne is very professional and so helpful with anything that you need. I previously rented a Life storage space in Chandler. I was very pleased and when I found out a new one was opening near me I couldnt wait to move in.

The staff was awesome, they always are. But do yourself a favor dont bother getting insurance. I paid for over a year I didnt realize one week thats a lock was not completely locked on my unit. It looked locked. I was called I came within 2 days didnt think to look through my items, I had a large unit. When I moved out my outdoor patio set was missing a 40 inch color television was missing and my $200 vacuum was missing. If they call you and tell you that your unit isnt locked even though it appeared to be locked ask them to see the CCTV that was my mistake. So the insurance didnt pay, I had no proof that it was in there to begin with seriously why would I lie and go through the trouble of trying to get my things back that clearly were there. Im not sure who took my items could have been somebody that works there could have been somebody on the outside Ill never know. But read the fine print on the insurance they try to get you to buy there are quite a few loopholes on what they will and what they will not cover. Im speaking from experience. Again five stars for the staff and their kindness I give no stars to the insurance they sell. And maybe it would have been nice that the young man that called me and said your unit was not secure could of suggested looking at CCTV.L.Barr. Gilbert

Helped a buddy move out of this location . Great customer service Victor.. .We had lost or key and had to pay to get lock cut and let me tell you this he had a tuff time to get it off but he did it .i can say those lock are top security locks ...Never new that cutting a lock would be that difficult but he got us on our way and at the same time provided great service thanks again man we appreciated the help .100 % recommend Life Storage .

One of the employees named Victor gave me some quotes on the storage units that they have and he showed me around the property. I actually found the kind of unit that I was looking for. I must say that the ac units are one of the cleanest that I have seen around. I really recommend this location for anyone that is looking for great prices and great services. Just rented a unit here. Awesome experience so far. I wasnt sure if an outdoor unit was something I was interested in coming from a climate controlled unit at another storage facility, but both David and Tracey addressed my concerns and were super helpful in showing me the unit and helping me make my decision. Top notch customer service, the place is kept clean, and it helped that this place is literally half of what we were paying in rent at the other facility. I would highly recommend them!

David was very pleasant and helpful. We also took advantage of the moving van they provide and it was a hassle-free process. The storage unit is nice and air-conditioned and the cheapest in the area. I would recommend renting here.

For more than a year our Redbox team has been located at the Bobs Storage location at 375 E. Elliott Rd in Gilbert Arizona. During that time we have enjoyed the congenial attitude of the management and staff. The facilities are maintained in a neat clean and organized manner. Any requests we make for assistance are met with an optimistic and accommodating manner. We are not always at the facility; in our absence important parcels are received by the manager and securely held for us or taken to our storage unit. We have been made to feel that we are important to the Uncle Bobs organization and want to thank them for the continued professional and courteous treatment we receive.

I came into the store and was greeted by the assistant manager Victor. He was very nice. I was only supposed to go in to buy a large box but ended up leaving with other stuff. Victor answered all of the questions I had. He was a big help and the customer service is great.

I am a mover and can tell you the difference between a well run storage facility and, lets just say, one that is not. The staff at Uncle Bobs in Gilbert is customer service oriented and they take great care of their facilities with regard to cleanliness, maintaining the facilities, and security. Every time I have been there the staff know whats going with their customers and are looking out for their best interest. In addition their rates are very competitive.......I would recommend them hands down to anyone who needs storage!

We rented 2 storage units from this facility recently. One air conditioned, one outside. We had them for about 5 months and had no problems. Everyone was really nice, they gave us a discount for renting 2.

Ive had a great experience renting at this Gilbert Uncle Bobs. I have been pleasantly surprised at the hi-level of customer service I have received from all the staff. Ive rented other places where the staff seemed to not enjoy their job and were grumpy most of the time! Not here, everyone is upbeat and happy and really seem to enjoy what they are doing and have always offered up great customer service. Thank you, its appreciated!

This past March was a tremendous time in my life in which I left active duty. My wife and I came from the west Valley to the east side and had to downsize quite a bit. So, the big question of where do I put all this extra stuff came to mind. My wife had nothing but praise for Uncle Bobs, being a previous customer years ago, so I gave it a shot. Ill admit I was sincerely skeptical about the whole thing but all that was admonished when I stepped through the door at the property. I was greeted and treated with the utmost respect by the store manager Josh. He put to past all the concerns I had about my belongings being safe and secure. I would go as far as to give Uncle Bobs 10 stars if possible but alas, 5 will have to do. You can be sure that you can expect nothing but the best when dealing with Josh in terms of customer service and keeping your items of value safe as if they were his own. Uncle Bobs and Josh for that matter restored my faith in humanity...something I have long thought lost.

I went searching for a place to store some things. I went to a couple of places and the price was pretty much the same anywhere I looked. I was driving down Elliott rd and stumbled across Uncle Bobs. I went it in and Josh and Priscilla had given me the best greeting out of everyone. They then assisted me into a 5x10. I didnt care about the price. I cared about customer service the whole time. Josh and Priscilla, I know will provide that 110% of the time.

Josh did my move in a few months ago. expectations were high working in storage and storing prior. He met all of them. I proudly recommend his store to any one especially because of the convenient location and his great attitude. thanks Josh for all your help I do enjoy storing at your location and I know my stuff is in a safe and clean location:)

Our experience was good, price wasnt too crazy and the storage itself is in good condition. The only thing was the communication was not always clear. We were told one thing but then told another by a different employee. Other than that, we would come back and use their service again.
