The staff were helpful and I was able to do a day of rental and return in the next morning. Note that they do not do after hours returns any more. It is also slightly annoying when renting a truck that does not have a full tank. It is confusing trying to ensure that the exact amount of gas was put back into the tank. Was charged extra cause I was slightly off...

I came to pick up boxes from this location. I had no idea what to get. But TODD came to the rescue. He was professional, knew his stuff ...he was a breath of fresh air. They always answer the phone and they were able to provide us with everything we needed anymore. I felt comfortable keeping everything I own there while transitioning through a state to state move!!! Just got off the phone with this location and it was completely unwilling to help provide a proper vehicle to help provide proper services. I was looking to knock things out with one bird and 2 stones, it was shot down in a heart beat. I asked could they get or provide the vehicle to their location so i dont have to go here to pick up a truck and then here to put storage and pay at 2 different places for ONE service. I wanted to rent a truck to move stuff into your facility as you have storage too.... And the answer was just straight NO! Not lets see what we can do to make that happen, just straight NO!!!!!!!!

Would give 0.4 stars if possible. We called 3 times to make sure they would have our 2 boxes ready on a trailer for pick up. We arrive after they said to and they say we only have 1 box and insist our second box doesnt exist and cant find it. The first two phone calls they hung up on us, did not send confirmation emails of the pick up, or even enter the information in because the girl who answered the third call had to do all that and she sent the email before making sure everything was correct and allowed us to end the call. But I guess the morning shift cant read because they screwed it up like the guys who answered the first two calls.

Shawn has been helpful and kind the whole time I have had 2 units here. When a water main broke and flooded one of my units they carefully moved all my stuff out and saved what they could. They wrote me a generous check for anything even slightly damaged and they were very apologetic even though you know, stuff happens. Pipes break. I forgot I changed credit card numbers so my payment was declined. They called and were really nice when I explained I just got a new card. No late fees. They just got the new card number. Nice people!

We are currently moving and decided to get a storage unit for our belongings that wouldnt fit in our temporary setting for the summer. My husband and I have never done this before and ordered our unit online thinking the dimensions would fit our belongings. We got to the office and Taylor helped us finish up the contract process. She opened up our unit and we immediately realized that we picked a waaaaay too small of unit. We went back to the office and asked if we could change our unit because we are trying to fit 3 bedrooms and a whole house into one space and the 5 x 5 would not be enough. She instantly found an available larger unit and changed our contract within minutes. Taylor had excellent customer service skills and made the process of renting a storage unit really easy for first timers. Thanks!!

Shawn and his wife go the extra mile every time. They are friendly, kind, and always ready to with solutions instead of problems. They take personal responsibility of their storage facility, have top notch security and cleanliness, and I would recommend them every time to anyone and everyone for any of their storage or U-Haul needs.Im one of those people that rarely give 5 stars, but they really deserve it!

I needed a box to ship a computer back. They had the right size and more. Would recommend checking them out. Location is easy to get to.

Dont trust your online reservation here. They called us the morning we were to pick up a 10 truck (which we did reserve online a week prior) to say they had none available, and went ahead and reserved one for us 5 miles away further (meaning at least an extra 10 miles to pay for). We chose this location for its proximity to our home to keep the miles down. I got transferred to 3 different people to find some sort of resolution. Come on, UHaul...you are a national brand and one would think youd have your reservation system up to todays standards.

They get you in and out and don’t hassle you with their add-ons. They ask once and let it go! Great service and good value!

This location is Primarily Climate Controlled and Drive up storage. If you need hitches done or propane, you have to go to the Uhaul on Arizona and Knox as this location doesnt do that. The staff and managers here are all super friendly. They go out of their way to really help you. My favorite Uhaul location

At first I thought it was they was an honest place I had my storage here for 2.5 years. I notified them that I was going to be moving out. on the 24th, they billed my account 145.75 for the month on the 14th. I moved out on the 3/24. Left everything cleaned and held up my end of the the contract I signed when I first moved in. Never was I told they didnt pro rate not even when I came in person to notify them I was moving out.When I notify them today about the money that should be refunded to me. That is when they guy told me that I had no contract and they dont pro rate.These are not the same people that were there when I moved in.I was never informed of this. They just lost a customer. It is really sad thatU haul being such a large company that they have to be so dishonest!

This is a great storage facility. Its clean, has easy access and the owners are great and very helpful!

Always kept clean, never had an issue with pests in the unit Ive rented for over 2 years. The staff and owners are always helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

Fast and friendly service, they even helped set us up with some local guys to help unpack our truck. Highly recommend!

This has been the worst customer service and bait and switch I have dealt with in a really long time. If your looking for a storage unit I highly recommend not using this location!

Its uhaul. No problems except why do they yell you the price of the truck but when its time to return the truck the bill is 300 dollars?

My Family had a fire at there house and had to move. The people there where really nice and accommodating to there situation.
