Denise fixed my sunglasses quickly and efficiently. I also had my eye on their extensive collection of Oakley’s. A+ customer service!
Collin was super helpful. Great place to shop for current styles.
This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced from any company. let me explain my full experience. I go to this sunglass hut to buy a pair of specific glasses. Both pairs are blemished so they wont sell them to me and instead have me order them stating Ill receive them in 2 or 3 days. A week goes by and I get no shipping confirmation. I call the store and am told the order was cancelled due to out of stock and will receive a refund via check. I see online that the Superstition Springs mall location had them so I go there only for the gate to be down with a will return shortly sign. I walk around the mall for an hour and no one comes back so I give up and leave. I receive an email with a 50 percent off coupon for my inconvenience and when I try to use it the website says its no longer valid. I then call the 1-800 number and wait on hold for 20 minutes. I explain my situation to the employee and she said she was going to transfer me to the appropriate department and she transfered me to the beginning operator menu. Then it says they are closed. Are you kidding me? Unbelievable.
Amie was amazing super patient and told me about the great protection plan.
BUYER BEWARE!!!I just purchased a new pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses from here for $165.00 on April 21st (two weeks ago). Yesterday, the screw that connects the frame to keep the lens in place fell out, so the lens won’t stay in the frame. Despite my efforts to search for it, the screw is nowhere to be found because it is so tiny. I stopped by Sunglass Hut today (with my receipt) to exchange them. After explaining to the store manager what happened and that I’d like to exchange them for a new pair, she responded by asking me if I wanted to use my “50% off to buy a new pair”. I said, “I’m not sure what you are talking about. I just bought these two weeks ago and they are clearly defective if screws are already falling out, so I’d like to exchange them”. She said, “So you brought them in broken and you think that is our fault?”1. Rude. 2. Ummmm, yes. Yes I do. Sunglass Hut sold me a defective pair. I’ve owned Ray-Bans for years and they normally last forever. It is why I have always purchased them over other brands. I just spent $165 on a new pair that didn’t even last two weeks. If screws are already falling out, THEY ARE DEFECTIVE. I’ve worn them maybe a handful of times and they are always kept in their case when not on my face. So yes, I expect them to be exchanged or repaired or something. Nope. The manager’s only solution was that I had to spend more money to buy a new pair and telling me that it was my fault that the screw had already fallen out. After realizing she was going to be of absolutely no help, I told her to give me the number to corporate and left the store utterly astounded by her behavior. Rather than being greedy and trying to make a sale, the manager should have first mentioned to me that Ray-Ban covers their glasses for two years and that I could file a claim with Sunglass Huts corporate office, which I only found out after calling them.At least there is a solution, but now I am going to be without sunglasses for weeks while I go through the claims process. In any case, I will never purchase anything from Sunglass Hut again.
Shopped this location 4/3/21. Nice store with lots of sunglass options. Went specifically to buy a pair of Maui Jims. Pricing is a little high but expected from a retail store chain. Customer service associate was friendly. Theyre still limiting in-store guest to 4-5 at a time due to COVID. Overall, 4 stars.
Amazing service. Literally went above and beyond to help me. And very knowledgeable and fast.
My customer service Was great! Thank you.
Not impressed at all! Went into the store, no customers, 2 employees working. I was greated and a male employee walked up to help and showed me the items I had asked, no eye contact, barley could understand what he said. With in seconds another customer walks in and he just walks away while i was asking him a question and helps the other customers and ignored me. I immediately walked out and will never return.
Great customer service here....found exactly what I was needing!
Customer service very lackluster. No enthusiasm, very blasé & rude about the customer experience. I was just a sale to the staff which is a bummer considering the kind of purchase their inventory is.Inventory is OK, prices are a bit higher than everyones favorite online retail giant.
Got 60.00 off my 2nd pair of Arnette sunglasses. That helps with prices these days!
The guys working were cool but when I tried to negotiate anything I could hardly get a box to take the glasses out in. They handed the ones off the shelf to me and didnt clean them- I bought some Versace sunglasses keep in mind. I would go somewhere else but they had a good selection from what I saw walking by.
This arent ZZ Top glasses. My pair is straight from Italy. Always fun to get new shades.
Went in to buy two new pair of oakleys while on vacation and they were still requiring masks after the mandate had been dropped ... took our money elsewhere
I was upsold from a $120 pair of glasses to a $300 pair of Costa glasses because the employee Colin claimed they had a two year no cost warranty for any type of damage other than if I lost them. I brought them in for a warranty replacement. The same employee brought me to his manager who was exceptionally rude & had no regard to the fact that her employee was right behind me saying that is what he told me & thats what he thought to be true. She got snarky and told me he misspoke & that I would have to pay half price for a replacement. Hideous display of customer service! Especially considering the staff is selling these glasses to their customers with this understanding and then not honoring what they say. This store manager lacked any form of leadership or professionalism in this case. Very dissatisfied with what happened and will never give this store my business again after that. Sunglass Hut should take ownership for this poor display of customer service and should be more selective and the type of people that allow to operate the store and represent the company.
Bought a pair of sun glasses for my wife. They were too big. Walked into this store and they handled my return quick and efficiently. I dodnt get the womans name that helped me but she made it super easy!
They have a great selection of super cute eye wear. I would totally buy one or two, but I cant see spending the funds only to loose them to my kids.... so I stick with Wally World specials.
Bought two Maui Jim sunglasses from this store. They had a good selection of glasses. The staff on my second visit wasnt really friendly.
Great service!
I went in to return 1 pair of the 2 sunglasses I purchased. They returned them but had to return the entire transaction and were unable to sell me the ones I wanted to keep on my Sunglass hut card for 0% interest. Not the employees fault but for a nationwide company and for the price of their product they should update their software. It would make it easy on the employees..not to mention ..us the consumers.
The blonde sales associate was literally standing there just watching my husband and I shop. We were so uncomfortable we ended up leaving and buying our sunglasses somewhere else. Word from the wise, stop giving unsolicited advice. People know what they like and none of what you suggested was my style. Back off dude
Amazing service!
Went in recently, got some sunglasses and had No problems. Seeing the reviews before going was concerning, but they were old and things change. Customer service was good. The ladies asked if I needed any assistance as I entered the store. They made recommendations, gave me information on the sunglasses and also the store and manufacturer warranties. I Didnt have any problems with finding out how to get replacement parts for the sunglasses if I ever needed to.
This store deserves zero stars. Their expensive Prada glasses are garbage and they won’t even give me my money back. They last only a few days before the screw cracks the lens. $340 glasses are junk, return policy is junk. Their associate with the long dark hair is also rude and accusing me of altering the glasses to break them on purpose. I buy expensive glasses to break them, yeah that makes no sense. Entire experience is a nightmare!!!!
After trying to replace a pair of expensive Sunglasses because one of the lens kept falling out, the snotty man told me that the lens was scratched so they couldn’t return. After refusing to give me his DMs contact info, he gave me the wrong number to call customer service. When I found and called the right one, I was disappointed to find out there is literally no way to talk to a live person. Nice work Luxottica on ruining this retailer. After having spent around $1500 in the last couple of years in sunglasses hut, they will get no more. Bad company, bad store, bad employee.
Very rude management the worst sunglasses hut in the valley
To whom it may concern,On May 3, my fiancée and I each purchased a pair of Ray Bans Wayfarer sunglasses. Everything with the purchase went fine and we took our new sunglasses to a pool party. The glasses did get wet and we cleaned them afterwards but they each now have water marks on the lenses. We were unaware that these sunglasses aren’t water proof as we were not told by the store associate Lora. We also took a look at the manufacturer information and this was not stated. We tried to clean the lenses according to the manufacturer information and with the sunglass hut lense cleanse.Today on May 5, we went back to exchange the glasses. The associate was very rude and refused to help us in any way. He told us he could give us half of our money back. He refused to call his manager until I pressed him and still refused to issue an exchange or a refund. After speaking with his manager he made the statement that “there’s no way this happened to 2 pairs of sunglasses in a day”. He also initially said it wasn’t his responsibility to tell us that the glasses aren’t waterproof, and then when we mentioned in the future that it would be helpful for them to give customers better instructions on how to care for their glasses, he then says he tries his best to, contradicting his previous statement. He wouldn’t even give me his manager’s full name. This entire experience has been very frustrating and disappointing, and the sales associate was extremely rude and uncaring throughout our interaction.
Salespeople are way too talkative and prices are way too high. Stock. Is always good though. Probably because people rarely buy anything.

A person name, Lora (supposedly a store manager) called, a security on me. A reason was, she felt threaten by me, according to her. After security men arrived, Iv explained to them that, she gave me a card with her name, corporate number, left the store, went to a bathroom and realized Ive lost the card she gave me. Ive came back to the store, explained to her, Ive lost that card, asked her name again, and if it was okay to record our conversation that we had before (Because, I didnt wanted to be she said, he said.). She said, no, and I said, you have a right to say no. Then she said, If you dont leave, I will called the security, and I said, go ahead, I have done nothing wrong. After explain this to the security men, Ive asked, what have I done wrong?! They said, nothing... I am aware of that, I am in a store with many cameras. With or without the cameras, I should behave and Ive behaved. Also, two wrongs do not make a right, therefore, I was behaving. There was no customers but me, and was not interfering with the business. Things I have learned after this... When I am buying, sales people will make sounds like I can return the item/s in 90 days without any problems. Ive learned with this store and this store manager, it wasnt that easy. She became rude, short with me, unfriendly, etc, and, trying to find ways and excuses to not to give me a refund. Second, Sunglass huts receipt has a sale persons name and ID. Third, I knew how to take the right steps in these type of situations, get persons name, corporate number, etc and file a complaint. But, this is my first time experiencing, during taking the right steps; and, when I was there as a customer, a person like Lora can paint me out to be a dangerous person with her opinion or lies, falsely accuse and etc, calls the security without any facts, evidence. This can be another example of, she said and he said, therefore she lies or uses a word feels, and plays a victim. But, there are many cameras and I am the one who asked, Can we record our conversation?! Many cameras can tell facts and evidence, I was no near any type of threat to anyone and confident to write the review on here and make a complaint to corporate. Talk about customer service and, this person Lora, she is supposedly a store manager.
Absolutely miserable store and an insult to brick and mortar/ buy local initiatives. You’ll end up paying way higher prices than online or elsewhere, but get terrible customer service. If you ever have any issue with a purchase from here, expect to have to fight, get frustrated and leaving, and loathing the decision to ever have purchased anything from them. This place is a travesty of customer service and I cannot wait for their leadership to be replaced with customer focused minded people. It’s not just one person, we’ve had issues with multiple people unfortunately.Yes they will smile and make you feel nice when you’re paying 10-30% over alternatives, but show their true colors as soon as you need anything afterwards. Considering fashion is cyclical and I buy new sunglasses yearly, you’d think they’d value return customers but nope, they are more slimy than the worst used car salespeople.A true shame, please avoid at all costs!!
Went in to look at some maui jims....really uncomfortable experience with two youngins being complete smart asses. My wife wanted a pair so I got them..but it stung a little giving them my money. High pressure sales and everyones a thief is the impression I got. The lady I dealt with was very unfamiliar with maui jim and was marginally informed on the product and pricing. Ill not be back. Ill tell other people not to bother.
I made a visit to Sunglass Hut, which is where I purchased my Maui Jim $200 sun glass to obtain information for getting replacement lens. The associate was little to no help!Sunglass Hut sold me the glasses; however, it seems you they to deal direct with Maui Jim for to obtain any information.Very disappointed with Sunglass Hut customer service!
Colin is the man!
