This was my first visit to a groove store. Victoria made my experience very comfortable. She was very knowledgeable about all of the products & very helpful when it came to recommending all the best. I will be checking out all of the other locations thanks to her & be recommending groove to all of my friends & family.

Service was GREAT. But it literally makes NO sense that a “chef” will stand there and make something as BASIC as an omelette and hash browns and NOT SEASON ANY OF THE FOOD! Y’all need a new chef. Not to mention the place was INFESTED with FLIES. never going there again.

Horrible service don’t buy anything from here and expect a refund if it doesn’t work at all! First in the afternoon we went and they said yes no problem bring it in and when we go back in oh no were so sorry we can’t do anything about this . The lady even acted like the manager and took matters into her own hands than said if we can come back in the morning to speak with the actual manager, with everyone just staring at her. Great way to lose business won’t be here again thanks for wasting my time and money.

This place is bigger than in thought. Staff was friendly helped me find what I needed and recommend good merchandise. Ill be back to check out more of the lingerie!

I came in probably 3 times a week in the last year, and I decided to take a leap and apply here. I am a current employee and I can say I love it! Great management, co workers and owners. I always buy toys online because I never felt comfortable enough to go into shop. Today was my first time and it was so amazing I went twice in one day! The staff has one of the best costumer services I’ve ever seen. They were kind, friendly and overall the most welcoming. I got everything I wanted and some awesome tips I didn’t know before! Will definitely be a go-to!

I have visited Groove twice now and both times were beyond phenomenal. The store itself is beautiful, clean, aesthetically pleasing, and very inviting. The staff is wonderful, they are all extremely friendly and helpful without being too invasive or pushy. The quality and pricing of their products are exceptional. I love everything about this store, especially the welcoming atmosphere. The curbside pickup is also another feature that I, personally, love and hope they continue to do. All-in-all, I am happy that I gave Groove a chance and I will definitely be making it my go-to place from here on out.

I dont even want to give ONE STAR! As Soon as my boyfriend and I entered the store the security beeper went off and the employee said oh our alarms have a interest in you already.. we came there because I wanted a wig and I got one from the other groove the associate billi helped me and was so kind and helpful she made me feel comfortable being the situation I am in having to wear wigs now. Billi I would give 10***** I feel sad she worked with employees like this.... So I walked over to the wigs my boyfriend to the toys..I grab one I like and walked over to the associate behind the counter to ask if I could please try it on, she opened it than handed it back and said can I put that behind the counter for you.? I was really confused because I hadnt liked the stringy shiny hair looked way too fake. And I said no Im not going to get it thanks though. And she said no your bag. I wasnt carring a bag only a purse when I realized thats what she was insinuating I was very insulted . We had not been in the store two minutes and I feel I have been insulted for holding a purse. My boyfriend tried to get me to stay so we could buy what we came to and than some. But I will not spend my money there EVER AGAIN. INSTEAD now we drove 22 miles to go to CASTLE and I highly recommend CASTLE over groove. (Read my castle review 😍)

This was an amazing first experience, these ladies were the most wonderful employees I have ever come across, I got asked multiple times with a lovely smile and a happy voice if I was doing okay and if I needed any help, once I was leaving I realized I got locked out of my car and they all were wonderful and tried their best to help me open my car again unfortunately they didn’t have anything that could help but they were so kind to try to help me get back in. Their products look amazing the store is clean and organized and I had an amazing time I 100% recommend going to this store even if you’re not looking for anything specific this is my new favorite store ❤️❤️❤️ Will definitely return

Loved the place until I came in one day to find out the most helpful and intuitive employee had been fired with no reason. The owner and his daughter have no manners and the employees that do seem to be always getting let go. Not a professionally ran establishment at all.

Months ago I was looking for my size in condoms and due to recent craziness, none of the stores had them (even though their website said they did), but Groove had my size. Been back a few times. Very recently I bought some lube, but the girl handed me silicon and not waterbased. Ordinarily I wouldnt have been able to trade the item, but they told me the girl was still in training and made an exception to let me switch it out.The customer service is second to none and I never feel embarrassed about asking for help, as if Im asking for a jar of pickles at any other store.

Honestly, for the size of the store I never expected much, but I was HAPPILY wrong. The staff was amazing, prices rivaled online with many items, and the quality of the lingerie and even the toys were better than local mid-evil themed competition. Awesome store, will be visiting the other locations as we were told they had a slightly bigger selection.

Took $60 and never delivered it to me and dropped it off. The delivery person (local thst dropped off within an hour of me ordering locally) said I needed an ID and I was never aware of that. They then said they could not drop it off by my front door, but was never told I had to be home with ID, I texted the delivery person, and then I got a message saying i was blocked. I contacted this company through email, through website through text and never got a response back. This has been after 3 days no response and they live in the same city with me. I asked for a simple refund after waiting patiently and nothing. I’ll stick to going to satisfiers website and amazon, they aren’t frauds. It’s a shame.

Went in without the wife and kinda expected to feel like a creep but the ladies behind the counter made it very comfortable so thank you for that. Nice, clean, and organized with great prices and the employees are great as well!

Adult toy shop serving the East Valley.Not your typical adult shop - open, inviting and windows give it an upscale air. The staff are helpful and willing to answer questions and find recommendations. They have a large selection of toys and lingerie. Also, this is a good place to get fun bachelorette party supplies (or just for your next Saturday night shindig).Finding just one or two items is hard because the selection is great and the prices are fair.I love not having to drive to the mall or Tempe.Also, their art game is on point...check out some of the mannequins and the walls.

This place is a hidden gem! The workers are so nice and truly helpful! I went in myself and got excellent customer service and then my husband returned that same week a bit nervous and they also gave him great service for the presents he brought home! This is my go to place for any toys or lingerie. Its an incredibly welcoming environment from the moment you step in. The staff members are amazing!! All the girls have always been very knowledgeable, respectful, and most of all kind. They let you know theyre available when you come in but still give you space to peruse the items so you dont feel awkward or rushed. And there is a wonderful selection of stuff for both women and men at very reasonable prices. I love this place, couldnt ask for anything more :-)

Very professional, clean, and peaceful atmosphere. I was admittedly a bit nervous at first about going into a brick and mortar adult shop, but a very polite blonde girl who was working helped me with my questions and did so in a very non-judgmental and extremely professional way. The atmosphere of the store itself, combined with the workers demeanor, made it a much more enjoyable experience, and relieved me of any doubts or embarrassment that I was worried I would have.

This store was incredible! I was nervous gong into a store that sells adult toys and lingerie because I didnt know what to expect. The store itself was clean and organized (not sleazy, run down, or in a scary part of town!) and the staff where amazing! They where welcoming, available for any questions, and they didnt appear judgmental at all, while also not hovering. To a newbie, their selection of male and female toys, lingerie, etc was perfect! Their prices seemed fair to me, and they had a large range for any budget! As I checked out, a staff member went the extra mile to make sure a battery operated toy worked before I left. (I forgot the names of the staff there when I went in since I was so nervous oops. Both were ladies, one had rainbow nails and the other had purple hair in the Gilbert location! They were both awesome!) Purchases are also placed into discrete, plain bags so you didnt have to worry about being people knowing where you shopped! I am far from an expert on stores like this, but Groove was an amazing experience for me!*Tip for the un-experienced like me! Bring an ID with you age on it, especially if you look young, so they can make sure you are 18+. I brought mine to be safe and it paid off!

I love groove! They have amazing things for both men and women, they also have lotion and massage oils! A perfect place for a couple who want to experiment or for a single lady who wants something different! I definitely would recommend going to groove for all your sexual needs!

A young lady checked me out who was professional, friendly and zero judgement. As we were checking out she asked how my day was going. The store is clean and in a nice area. Inside is organized with a nice selection, bigger than I expected. Prices on some items are a little higher than what you can get from the web, but its a brick and mortar store so thats expected. Biggest thing is this place doesnt give me a creepy vibe, it seems welcoming and friendly. I didnt want to wait for shipping so I went in and tried to find a toy that would work. I normally only buy these kinds of things online because Im embarrassed to buy them in person. I didnt check out the whole store as I came in found what I was looking for and got out as fast as I could. But it does look like they offer a lot of things. They carry the high end personal lubricants so that nice. Definitely impressed with the atmosphere, clean, safe, friendly.

Very pleased with this store! I was really nervous coming in here as I typically would shop for such items online.... but the staff were non judge mental & super informative. They were very kind & welcoming! A staff member offered to hold my items at the front while I still looked around which I appreciated because I felt nervous carrying my items around while I still shopped because I was worried if other people would judge me for what I was buying... But I really appreciated that. Also, the store was super organized & clean so it made a great shopping experience. My boyfriend & I were very pleased with the products & the customer service! Groove is unique in its ambience. Most stores marketing to the lingerie, sex toys, etc industry are innately seedy or sketchy, or just incredibly uncomfortable to be in. Groove is in a league of its own. As I entered their shop I was instantly at ease with warm decor and entrancing smells. Groove can help remind the customer that sex isnt supposed to be uncomfortably serious, that the self-service industry shouldnt make you uncomfortable, and that shopping for lingerie for your body type is why they have sizes. Groove is the gold standard, as are their employees.

Staff is friendly and prices are reasonable. Like walking in and being comfortable. Like that when you walk in your not hit right away with toys. Have so many other things to look at.

I heard about Groove from some friends who have visited the stores location and after hearing how pleased they were with the merchandise and service, I decided to take a look at their online store. All I can say is WOW!!! Groove has some amazing products for unbelievable prices! I bought a few pieces of lingerie. When my package arrived (it only took 2 days to ship across the country!) I was pleasantly surprised to see that not only did I receive the beautiful lingerie I had ordered but Groove decided to throw in a couple of toys and samples. The store is GREAT, and the owners very personable and easy to work with. All recommendations!

Love the wide selection of toys and lingerie. Laura who is the manager I think is super sweet and helpful. She took her time helping me pick out a bra set that fit. I never once felt rushed even though the store was busy and I spent at least two hours in the store. Lol.

Lots of great products to choose from. Very friendly and knowledgable staff. Only complaint we have is that the music playing throughout the store was annoying and too loud. Made us want to grab what we needed and leave. We wouldve liked to have taken our time browsing.

Groove in Gilbert is such an amazing store. Its classy, elegant, and so sexy! I love the variety of lingerie they offer. I have a lot of plus sized friends so when theres a birthday etc, Groove is my go to store bc of the wide selection they offer for plus sized women.

Little upset that I paid a little over $100 for the same one I found from the manufacturer for $65.. other than that really love the customer service girls are great upfront extremely respectful and make the enviorment super comfortable especially for my shy boyfriend the girls really brought him out of his shell and made him interact super comfortably now every time we go in he asks for exactly what he wants!

This place is AWESOME! I stopped in just to check it out and ended up buying a ton of stuff for my wife! What an awesome atmosphere with professional graffiti on the walls and just a cool vibe! I usually never go to these stores because I feel awkward, but the gentleman, Pat, was an awesome help and really made me feel comfortable! Prices, product and location are just fantastic! I absolutely loved this place!! These type of stores are usually so trashy and nasty, but this place is so classy! It has a great variety at great prices and you dont leave feeling like you need to take a shower!

Associates did not hover but politely checked in on us every so often. Also Not many people in store so I didnt feel uncomfortable. Only negative was when I had to go to work I asked associate if the items my husband was buying me didnt fit if I could return it, associate looked at me and acted like I was planning on using the outfit then returning it and insisted I try it on there. I told her that i did not have time so she said if I kept the tags on and didnt get it dirty they would take it. I was insulted that she assumed I would do that but whatever. (Later date: one outfit did not fit and I had to return it. The associate didnt tell me that i would ONLY get store credit back. I spend over 150$ in less then a week and cant even return one thing that i couldnt use and get my money back. Also attitudes werent that great from associates again. Wont be going back)

My husband and I stopped by Groove last Sunday and had a fantastic shopping experience! This is a classy, chic store in a lovely little shopping plaza with kind and helpful staff, the perfect selection of merchandise and great prices.The shop has wood floors and creative shelving with great lighting and a welcoming layout. A truly beautiful selection of lingerie is on the left, books and various sensual/play items are toward the back, and vibrators, pleasure devices, and bath/body/lubricant products are on the right. While other local stores may have more merchandise, 70% of what they carry is tacky, gimmicky, blister packed crap. Groove passed on the crap and has stocked their shelves with products that are worth buying; they also have unique items that can be difficult to find elsewhere. While this shop carries some of the nicest high end vibrators available, they also offer a selection of the best budget friendly options on the market.Sometimes stores of this type are creepy, but absolutely not Groove. Groove is to romantic stores what Restoration Hardware is to home goods, and going forward it’s the only romantic store we’ll be shopping at.

Wide selection of goodies. From lingerie to toys. Good, competitive prices to the bigger, chain type stores. Id go here above the others in the area any day. The staff is also great and helpful! I should note that my hubby bought me a pair of shoes from here as a gift, and upon opening them at home realized the strap was broken. They exchanged the shoes without question and took care of me. Would certainly recommend this place to any one looking for a certain type of item or gift for you or your partner.

Groove is honestly the best sex shop in the state, they bring in local suppliers for some of the more advanced BDSM supplies.Patrick up front is knowledgeable, friendly, and always makes you feel welcome (not awkward or shamed) the second you walk in. Store is clean, never weird to walk into since they do not have a porn section!Toy wise the prices are more than fair, and they have great sales going on from time to time, and a bunch of things you wouldnt see at other stores. Lingerie wise, their collection is a little smaller than what you would see at Castle or Fascinations, but far more varied and way better quality if you are looking to get something that will hold up past a night.Lubrication wise, these guys carry the best of the best and are really great about telling which lubes for what ( water based for silicone toys and so on) Five stars, AH-MAZING .
