Great service love the selection for the holidays

Always friendly staff. Love the products. I always come here to shop for gifts and for myself.

I love this nail salon! Its so cute and nice inside. They offer you beverages or snacks. I personally go to Tracy, she does an awesome job! They do really good work!

The employee that assisted us on 3/10/21 at around 4pm was so sweet and helpful. Please give her a raise! I didnt really think to not pick up things and smell them, but she didnt say we couldnt, so I guess it was fine. I had never been in Lush, and my first experience was a good one.

Oceana was super helpful and brought over items for us to try before making our purchase. She was super knowledgeable about the store and everything in it. Has a great selection of bath bombs and skincare, and love that everything is sustainable. Very mask attentive and covid safe.

I wish I could give them 0 stars .........staff was extremely rude. Was told I had to use their hand sanitizer and when explained I have reactions to some and pulled out my own was told I had to use theirs. Also was told I was not wearing my mask right when clearly you had to take it down to smell the bath bomb scents. Will never shop here again and will make sure I tell friends how treated. Only store I have ever entered that was treated this way

Store was beautiful. Great layout and very happy to have one so close now. However, the staff needs some work. Some of the rudest treatment I’ve ever received shopping are Lush. Was looking at some bath bombs and was calculating the price with my phone while the staff I could see staring me down complaining how cheap I was and how I couldn’t afford it. Very disrespectful and was buying some Christmas presents for my friends. I left quickly after that and received much better treatment at the chandler mall location. Would rather drive farther to receive better treatment.

I’ve been here twice in the past two days and the customer service was PHENOMENAL! Everyone was so kind and went out of their way to make the environment welcoming and they were so helpful! Make sure to stop here on your way through Gilbert:)

Soooo happy they’re open! Wonderful protocols in place. Wash your hands with their amazing soap and keep your mask on. Enjoy your shopping experience and maybe bring your dog in - Mango enjoyed browsing for sure! Friendly staff as usual and I always appreciate that. At the door I was told wash hands then we can grab things. After I washed my hands someone ran towards me to “help” because I can’t touch closer jars. Yet I saw woman touching things. I guess a straight male can’t care about his skin

This store is still trying to require masks and was trying to give one to my toddler. Lost my business today!

RUDE!!!! first off they have the store entrance blocked off. Even when store was empty. The when the employee came we were told to wash our hands, wasnt happy about that, but went to sink. Then she told us we had to wash them for 20 seconds and proceeded to stay there and watch us and then tell us about wearing our masks the whole time. Over our nose. How can we smell ? She was so unfriendly. I honestly have never experienced this kind of treatment.. Pandemic or not.I left. Stayed outside and watched her follow my friend EVERYWHERE and was so RUDE to her. She couldnt even smell anything.. Shopping should be a pleasant experience. This was NOT . So we walked across the street to Bath and Bodyworks. Not to mention $7 for 1 bath bomb that you dont even know what it smells like. No thanks

My experience with this location was wonderful! I ordered online and picked up at the door, witnessing the swift grace of the manager who was assigned the task of taming the its a free country Karens of Gilbert. Will absolutely be returning, knowing that I wont have to compromise my health to appease someone elses nonexistent opression. Please give these employees a massive bonus for having to deal with a constant stream of ignorance. Oh, And my order, samples, and service were EXEMPLARY. You all inspire me so much. Thank you

Fun place. A big selection of premium shampoos, bath bombs and other bath and skincare items.

Very nice place, very courteous and lots of selections to choose from. They do encourage to buy more. Lol.

The employee did not focus on anything besides make sure my three year old’s mask was on correctly. Ridiculous. If she is too scared, she needs to work from home.

Ok...masks I get it but dont hound me. Your mask is too low on your nose, you can only smell the products through your mask. Then proceed to stare at me the whole time until I got uncomfortable and left. Solid work guys 👍 maybe you should focus a little more on selling your product and not the idea of wearing a mask 🤷‍♀️

Small store makes you wash your hands but dsnt provide tongs to handle product so people still smelling stuff by putting it close to their noses . They should provide gloves instead of hand soap and let customers rub whatever they are smelling between fingers and put that by their faces rather then having products getting sniffed close up and then put back down on product shelf.
