It is a relatively small store.I walked throughout the store and saw they did not have an item I have looked in a number of stores. I was not approached by staff. Parking is good. Stores are always attractive and well maintained. Larger locations seem to have an advantage with increased variety.
I recently have started going to this Ulta due to Vanessa in the brow bar and let me say that I am impressed. Overall this location is helpful and is knowledgeable in cosmetics! Also, Vanessa has been doing my brows for a little over 6 years now and I couldnt recommend someone more. She is considerate to what you want as a Benefit brow bar customer. I have trust issues surrounding my eyebrows due to some trouble with previous brow ladies but I know Vanessa always has my back. If you are looking for a fantastic brow girl, Vanessa is your gal!
Ive done my brows for awhile now so im very skeptical of getting them done, last person who did them made the space in between HUGE! I did a walk in and had the pleasure of meeting valerie! She was very sweet n got straight to it, she asked what i wanted and executed perfectly! Will be coming again!
I spent a good portion of time in this Ulta today. I was looking for some new hair products to switch things up a little. Everyone there was pleasant and helpful. Then I meet Kaitlyn who was fantastic!!! She was knowlegable and gave her honest opinion about products. There was also a stylist, I cannot remember her name but she was excellent as well. So thank you ladies!!!

Clean store with very friendly and helpful staff. We went on the hottest day of the year thus far so it was warm in the store. Other than that it was a pleasant experience.

My sister and I both received services at the Salon at this location, everyone who helped us was super friendly and professional! This is the best my hair has looked in a long time! After such a wonderful experience we will most definitely be back!!
I’m so angry with this location. I scheduled my daughter’s hair for the prom. Apparently the person who was suppose to do her hair quit, and I never received a phone call. According to the manager her staff called everyone to reschedule. I never received that call. Instead of being apologetic and fitting my daughter in, she told me they were booked. After calling 15 other salons we finally found someone to take her, but now we have to drive to Scottsdale. What a horrible way to handle the situation. Avoid this place.
I has money to drop.. but alll cosmetic consultants where too busy helping the young girls out or chit chatting amongst other associates....i tried to stop one girl but said she didnt know anything about the product i was looking at..i told her that the bobbi brown advertisement caught my eye, but then didnt even send me to her station.... clear she didnt want to help me as i watched her roaming around for her next sale..im right here!!!!disappointed and left angry and with nothing. was shopping for foundation... ordered onlineNOT ulta

Rating ONE star because the cashiers are rude. No one greeted me but then greeted other people as they came in right after me. The cashier who checked me out gave me an attitude. Oh no one bothered to help. I had to chase one of the workers to help me look for an item.
Unfriendly rude employees, yet again. Why is good customer service NOT important to this Ulta store management? That is the #1 priority in retail......be friendly, greet your customer, offer to help your customer, thank your customer, no exceptions.
I love shopping at this location! Everyone that works there is so sweet. But I want to rave about one of their hairstylist. Nico or Nicholas is such an AMAZING hairstylist! He was so patient, kind and friendly and he is so easy to connect with. I HIGHLY recommend going to nico!

The store is good, plenty of nice products with a good layout. However, my sisters and I were rudely met by the people at the counter. Why, I am not sure, but I have a feeling it is because we are teenage people. Quite frustrating to be met by a short tempered cashier. I understand that some people my age can be rude or impolite, but I was neither of these things and as I left I heard this employee sweetly greet an older customer with an attitude I never received.
This is my favorite Ulta! I have sensitive skin and the beauty consultants here are always so knowledgeable and helpful. If I have to return something it’s easy and it kind of just feels like a big pajama party girls night. Thank you for the great experience 😊🌼
Jaclyn was my stylist. She cut it shorter than i wanted but its still a cute cut . thankfully my hair grows pretty fast. Dont think id go back to herMy hair is so bad. No one would be able to fix it. I cant look in a mirror without wanting to cry. Its that BAD. Its so crooked n choppy. She might as well gave given me a mullet. I ABSOLUTELY HATE IT. It looked ok the day i got it but now that im really looking at it more. its so ruined.
I went in today and was asked an employee if he can help see which color Foundation suits my face best. I was shocked cause he grabbed a really dark tan color and said “this most definitely suits you for sure.” I said thanks anyways. I went to get a another employees opinion and she was shocked also and said the color was way off and found me a better color which I know is close to my skin tone. She was very upset and asked me who made the suggestion. Of course I said one of there folks did....

I went in today and I purchased a couple of NYX professional makeup because the ad said that they would provide a free gift with a purchase of $15 or more. They did not provide the gift and that did not have a sign that stated they were out of the gifts. I called them and they placed me on a long hold so I hung up and called again and they said that they were out at that point. This is not the first time it has happened. A while ago I purchased a fragranced and was supposed to receive a gift but I didn’t receive it. I called them and I had to go all the way back to pick it up.

I just got my hair done by Hannah. Ive never been happier with my hair. She takes the time in the beginning of the appointment to talk to you and really understand what youre hoping to achieve. Shes extremely good at what she does, and I couldnt recommend her enough. My hair looks amazing! Exactly what I wanted. Sorry for all the selfies, I call that the Hannah Effect. Spend a couple hours in Hannahs salon chair and you wont be able to stop taking selfies either!

I asked Erica about the 5 for 5 deal. Do I have to buy 20 or can I get 16 and it still be 1 each. She said yes. Well it wasnt. She seemed upset that I wanted to return the ones she charged me $3 for. Im not returning to that store. Very Rude and not knowledgeable about the sales!
While back got my make up done and it was AWFUL. Another employee tried to fix it but it was beyond fixing. Went in to this location on 5/18/20 and was greeted with a lady saying I needed to wear a mask. At Ulta.com it says they RECOMMEND wearing them not that I had to. She pushed that I absolutely had to or go online and shop. Recommend does not mean required get it straight! Never going back to this location.

As my sister and I were shopping, Lauren the male manager, followed the both of us around in every aisle, continued to ask us if we “needed help”, in every aisle we were in. After following us and already asking if we needed help in the same aisle he comes from the other side of the same aisle as we’re walking out of the aisle he hands us a basket and asks us to put our stuff in the basket, then proceeds to follow us to the register while we’re checking out to make sure that we paid for our items. He literally stood behind Sharon while she checked us out to make sure we paid for our things. Mind you, my sister and I are both minorities and the only other customers in the store we’re older caucasian women and there were only 4 other customers in the store. (The store was very quiet) Not one time did Lauren ask any of those women if they “needed help” because he was too busy assuming that because of the color of our skin we were interested in stealing something. The other manager Sharon did the same thing continuously asking us if we needed help in every aisle before AND after the manager Lauren already asked us if we needed help. The way that the both of these “managers” made us feel was extremely upsetting and the way they discriminated the both of us in front of the other customers was degrading. Neither of us will be returning to this location ever again. The way these managers are operating this store and treating minorities who shop in this store needs to be investigated and fixed immediately.

Every time I come in here no one helps and there is literally 10 workers there, they ignore you. Its the closest to my house and I do not like coming here...workers there are rude to each other and you can feel the tension and a British lady that works there is useless she never helps, you have to find things yourself. It depends who helps you, a girl name Hannah is nice and she helped me with what I was asking for. Good luck to this store because it needs it.
I had the pleasure of having Ariana do my hair at the salon today. She exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond to make my hair look amazing! She and the other staff that I interacted with were so sweet and kind. I am in love with my new highlights! 😊

Terrible customer service! The bathroom and floors are disgusting. The manager was barking at her employees and customers when they asked her a question. The cashier was rude and didnt know how to process my gift card so I paid out a pocket for what my gift card should have covered. I called the card number in the parking lot and they said my card had money on it and there was no issue. The cashier was rude and kept telling me to call my bank. It was clearly an Ulta gift card from the Ulta store. The manager was so rude I ended up just leaving. This location needs to take better care of their customers and their building! Visit the Ulta near Chandler Mall instead!
Like a kid in a candy store love this place! Wish it all wasnt so expensive but many great skin care products, hair products and make up products. I love to go to the brow bar after some rough experiences with waxing at nail salons.

Cant believe that I received a used empty lipstick from this Ulta store when picking up my online order. Good thing I checked it before leaving the parking lot . Went back in and showed them the product being used they did not even apologize. All they said was We can fix that and she went looking for one and I made sure that it was not used before i walked out. While I was checking the lipstick the sales lady said Its brand new, you saw me pull it out from the bottom in a rude tone. So check your product when ordering online from this store.
I love Ulta. I went there to return something and pick up hair conditioner. They were out of the conditioner that I use and discovered they will order it for you at cash register and you dont pay shipping. It will be shipped to your house. Thats a great service!

Like most ULTAs this place has everything! & for Christmas they have some amazing deals, but this store in particular was extremely rude to my friend and I who were in there one day beginning of December. My friend, who is a platinum card holder here was asking simple questions about a product, wondering what the managers thoughts were on this product, the manager told her to look the review up on Google! I went to this location today to purchase a gift for my boyfriend. It took awhile for me to find the right scent for him, and I finally found one and as I walking around with my daughter, I got a call being distracted as I walked around I must of moved the sensor from the alarm and it went off on the cologne. After 1 or 2 minutes, I realized the alarm was coming from the container I was holding. I decided to walk up to the front and before I got to go around the corner I was stopped by a associate from my left and in front of me, and one cashier just glanced at me as she was ringing another customer up. I’m still on the phone and as I’m being approached neither associate says anything to me and just takes the product to front. Did y’all think I was going to steal it ??????? Trying hard to fight my tears and anger cause I had my daughter, I did not want to be serviced by the 2 that approached and I had no choice to have the one associate that took the cologne away from me help me ring me up. I did not say anything except when she asked if I was okay and I told I will be okay. Before buying the colgne, I stayed in line and let 2 other customers go ahead of me and one of the associates asked if I wanted a manager. I said no, I’ll wait to be helped by someone else. None of these associates explained or apologized for approaching me the way they did and none of them cared for what happened. I hope someone from corporate reads this and resolves this or they have a discrimination matter on their hands. I’m beyond heated by how you treated me today and it was uncalled and humiliating !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Wish this store was more stroller friendly. Super difficult to navigate through the store and I have a pretty compact stroller. Moms wear makeup too!Other than that, no complaints. Store is clean and staff is helpful.
I came in trying to find a skin care regimen for my tired dry skin. A wonderful young woman, Xena, approached me with a comforting attitude and the visit went very smoothly. She went above and beyond with sharing her experiences and knowledge with everything she knew about skin care and products. We tested products and spoke about my skin and what I needed. She made sure to give me just the right amout of the products so I would get my moneys worth, also including free samples of extras. Im excited to go back and see her if I need more or have any other questions.
This location always has very friendly employees. A little disappointed that I was supposed to get a free gift with purchase, and the girl was like let me grab your gift and then said oh my bad we are out. She should have started with- we are currently out of the free gift that comes with that particular purchase.

Store is easy to find, in a good shopping area with lots of parking. The interior of the store is kept tidy and well stocked. However, my complaint with this location, is that all the employees seem to feel like they are better than you. They kinda give off that snobby vibe. I would rate helpfulness 3 stars as well. While I was there the last visit, I had one employee so seemed to go out of their way to assist me, while the next employee really only wanted to point in the general direction of where the product was located. Never mind trying to get some questions answered. I would recommend if you are going into the store knowing what you want ahead of time, know where the product is located and plan on leaving as soon as you pay for it. But otherwise, if you think you will need some actual assistance, I would go to another location.
Cashier, Adreonna and another cashier made fun of a plus size customer in front of me after that customer checked out and left. Extremely unprofessional, and the customer service at this location isnt up to par. I had to opt for a different product because I couldnt find the one I was looking for, and no one was around to help.
The discontinued an entire shelf of Laura Geller products just hours before I visted the store yesterday. Im upset because I need both a LG foundation and concealer I have loved for the past few years. Hey marketing team, maybe a little advancement next time!

I came in here today to repurchase the NARS Longwear Luminous Foundation. I usually shop at Superstition Springs location but wanted to see if there was anything different here. I wasn’t welcomed when I came in like I usually am at the other location. Not one person asked me if I needed help and when I approached two women to ask about a product she continued doing what she was doing, then eventually turned to me and literally scoffed at me when I asked if they carried the smaller bottle of foundation. Alllll without even looking at me. Didn’t ask me if I need anything else, didn’t even offer to help me find the brand I was inquiring about. I’ve worked in retail/customer service for years and I know for a fact I wouldn’t feel comfortable interacting with a guest that way. I spent 100ish dollars there but now I really wish I would’ve just gone to my home store.
The store its self was cleaned and well stocked.The manager and the cashier who helped me seemed like they were to good to assist their customers.

Ive been a member at ULTA for years. Ive always felt more welcome and gotten better service here in comparison to other beauty supply/makeup stores. Not only that, but I love the salon services here. Ive been seeing Erin for facials for about a year now, and Ive seen great improvements in my skin. I also see Katherine for my haircuts and she always knows what to do to freshen up my cut. The rewards program is great too, so even if youre a casual shopper here, definitely sign up for one. The points add up and its always nice when you can get a few bucks off on a purchase.
Nice assortment of products for all your beauty needs. I go there mostly for facial cleansers and moisturizers.

I had a bad experience with one of the salon stylists there. He was an older, taller man with silver hair. He literally took one look at me and gasped. There was no offer to help me or to see what I needed and then he proceeded to make-fun of me to the remaining female stylists. He mustve not known I could hear everything he was saying, but it felt directly vicious.I was mortified and embarrassed.II cut my day short and cried all the way home. Absolutely terrible. I would never wish that on anyone
Went with a friend to get a foundation. Unfortunately the brand has expanded their available shades(that is actually awesome) but the color my friend needed was not easily available. The first girl that tried to help was not the greatest. She tried but overall came off annoyed and basically just an out of luck type attitude. So the cashier Hyatt that checked ot her purchase came over and helped color match and even found the exact foundation my friend needed! So many thank yous to Hyatt and the customer service!

Im definitely not surprise that his location have very few star. Me and my wife visited this location on the 23rd evening to get a make up set case.. There was one showing on the display and was damage and my wife wanted to reach out to the sales personal. the gal that was standing talking ( apparently the store manager) to another sales girl about person issue in detail without attending to our assistance looked at my wife and told it is back of the store you can go and check for yourself knowing her educational level we did not want to spoil our Christmas spirit we decided to go and check for our self. While we were looking at the back of the store and couldnt find there was another young lady that came to help and Im not sure what her name was. she was a slim blonde gal with a very pleasant smile trying to help and finally she found out the one in the display was a the last one and it was damaged. but she was willing to help if they have the same unit in another store and she again reached out the gal who misguided her saying she is the manager. however the manger gal was very rude to the girl who was helping us. I would say she is a trainee or a seasonal employee. after standing for a while I was going to loose it but my wife said lets go and we left. However we were able to order online from the ULTA website and get it even cheaper with a discount. my thinking was why do they have employees like this being mangers in a store who doesnt actually care working there.
This location is clearly under-staffed and under managed. Several of the aisles I visited looked like they had been ransacked they were so messy! Of the 6 items I was looking for, only 3 were in stock. Then, after waiting a solid 8 minutes in the checkout line with no movement whatsoever and 3 customers in front of me, I abandoned my shopping bag. That was one less $150 sale for them today.

This location is always very clean! In comparison to other locations theyre number one in organizing! Everything is placed neat and open to plain sight. Although the store in itself is great, the cashier lead, Nya was very rude. She stood up there looking miserable behind the counter. I bought a product the day earlier and she wasnt able to give me any advice or recommendation on skin tone to get other then try the sample. (Even though I had the samples on my hand I tried already.) I bought the product, didnt match and returned it the next day. And I got Nya again. Again, no smile, no hi, just the monotone I can help you. Asked to return it, got no response back. Just grabbed the back. I was kinda shocked. she also was trying to fix her colored contacts while handling my makeup and that kind of bothered me. (Didnt seem very clean) All the other employees are so personable and kind, but this girl just doesnt like her job. She looks miserable and isant great look for the store. Ill still come to this location, just hoping I get there when shes not working.
Annoyed that people can go in without masks if they calm they have a medical condition that deems they can’t wear a mask. Shop online.

Overheard someone who appeared to be in management tell a young worker to “make sure she is shopping” as they looked in my direction. I played dumb. Then the young lady walked down the aisle I was in and said hello and asked how I was very kindly and I said “good thank you” or something of the like. I’ve been frequenting the store because I have points accumulated on my account and tonight my hubby waited for me as I shopped and I left my bag in the car. I can see why someone would assume I might steal but it felt wrong and I am slightly offended because it was me on the receiving end of that, I felt singled out and Im embarrassed and now don’t think I ever want to go back. So I’m writing this in hopes it is seen and the employees addressed and suggested to be more discreet if they think something is sketchy rather than assume a person is stealing or something. That’s what it felt like to me anyway, that they thought I was stealing!! :/ great products and selection though I’m just bummed this happened, it was my fave store :(

Why cant we post no stars?I set up an appointment for 10am Sunday it to find the store closed with employees standing at the door without unlocking it for me and another client with a 10am appointment. The store was full of all the employees, they were there for a staff meeting.As I reached the salon the store manager told a girl at the salon to check us in. We stood there for 10 more minutes without any one addressing is or asking us to have a seat.I left at 10:20 without much interaction while I was there.If you are going to book at 10am trim for $45 and it is in the salon with no other customers, why would you have anyone waiting, let alone ignored. I will gladly take my money elsewhere.
This has got to be the worst Ulta location ever! They are always conveniently out of promo items, have rude sales floor staff that are too busy gossiping to help customers out, and low on stock. Ive gotten the same excuse of oh it should be in soon numerous times. Only reason I was going there is because its the closest location. Will go back to online ordering. Amazon has most everything they offer and for less!
I got there right after opening this morning and clearly whoever had closed the night before did not do their jobs. The aisles were a complete disaster, nothing back in stock, lip glosses and lipsticks were all over the place and dislodged under and around the display cases. I needed help finding a product and when I asked an associate she said she was with a customer but would be back in a minute. When I looked again I found her applying makeup to a new customer. Couldn’t find any workers on the floor. Finally went to check out and only one cashier with five people waiting. When someone finally came to help check customers out, I asked about the product I’d been searching for. When I got the look of annoyance, I did say I had looked for employees to help but that thentwo I did see we’re applying makeup and I was met by a rude response of well Francesca is on the floor. Okay.... The manager or whoever looked to be in charge, I believe her name was Tasha or something that started with a T, was texting on her phone while people were becoming exasperated with the line and lack of help. Someone went to look for the lip balm I wanted and after waiting a few minutes and hearing nothing back the associate told me sorry she must not be able to find it. Huh? The workers were so out of touch, and clearly had no desire to be there. If I was the area manager of this store I’d be pissed having seen it this morning. I would never return to this store again.
Customer service is horrible, associates are rude and extremely unfriendly. I asked several employees for assistance only to be told to hold on or someone will be right with youI will definitely not shop at this location again.

Consulted in early April to go blond and was told it was doable to achieve the color I wanted in 1 setting. Day of appointment I paid and was again told it would not take more than 1 setting to get Ash blonde hair. Get to the end of the appointment and get told that she didnt want to fry my hair so she used a lower developer on virgin hair so I had yellow copper colored hair for 2 weeks as she wanted to let my hair rest. Against my better judgement I went in for the second appointment and again was told that by the end of the appointment it would be the shade of blond I originally wanted. It wasnt. Conclusion called on Sunday and had to leave a message for salon manager who contacted me today to say that I never should have been quoted one or two sessions as to go to an Ash blonde( on the darker side of Ash, no yellow) could take up to 8 sessions. I would recommend going elsewhere for any salon services.
