This location never has product available, the shelves are always empty. Now today it is randomly closed. Staff seem pretty uninterested in helping.

I do not write reviews but I felt compelled to write this since I have never had a good experience in a Sallys until now. Emily is amazing and meant to not only be in customer service but with beauty products! Her knowledge was far beyond any associate employed at any beauty store Ive ever shopped in. She is the exactly how every beauty store associate should be. I came in looking for a couple different items and not only did she know exactly what I needed but went over with me what they did and how they compared with others, not trying to sell me the highest priced item like every beauty store will do but what I truly needed. Emily went above and beyond to assist me with every item I needed which went from hair product, hair styling tools, eyeshadow, to mascara. I was looking high and low for a type of mascara brush that is just not available anywhere and she gave me so many tips and ideas I never would have thought of to use to achieve what I was looking for. The best part was how incredibly friendly she is. We ended up just talking away. Hands down best shopping experience in a beauty store. I have now gone in multiple times for items and will stay a customer because of the service.

I had a issue with a shampoo i got on Amazon giving me burns on my scalp . A girl helped me figure out the issue with the shampoo with her knowledge of what was in the products ! I wish i had her name she deserves a raise!! Thank you 💕

What a joke. The girl with the long brown hair just stood there while me and my mom waited behind another customer being helped by the red head with pretty eyeshadow. She also told us she couldnt look up my moms points on her Sallys beauty card. If you dont want to work, maybe you shouldnt be there. Horrible experience.

Best Sally in the Gilbert/Mesa are. The manager Irma is very friendly and always an excellent help as well as her team. Very clean store and easy to find product and good conversation.

Site and phone line both say this location is open right now and it’s not. Lights off and no one inside. Giant waste of time.

Online says they are open. When you call phone lines say they are open. Drive there in 116 degree weather and there is a poorly written sign saying store is closed until today yet it’s not open. Great waste of my time and gas. Definitely don’t recommend this Sallys. Even with COVID the governor says you can be open yet you aren’t. Yay! Wish I could give you no stars.

Ordered something online, overnight shipping. I really needed this item, and it’s hard to find, after paying for it and waiting a day, I get a random email saying my order was cancelled. This was after calling multiple stores, asking if they had this item in stock for pick up, and employees taking .5 seconds to “check.” Annoyed.

I love Sallys in general but literally every single time I go, the employees are absolutely horrible. They act like I am bothering them. When I ask for advise I either get one word answers or I dont know and they go back to texting after they roll their eyes at me. Today was especially bad. There was a girl stocking right where I was looking for hair bleach. I asked her about the products and asked if she could grab me some developer she grabbed me the wrong one and when I informed her she grabbed the wrong one she replied back with thats the only one she can reach. Even though all she would need to do was move a 5 pound box out of the way. Their professionalism and customer service is absolutely terrible. However its the Sallys that is closest to my house so I am forced to go to it. I am considering driving 15 minutes extra to go to a Sallys with better service

Found all that I needed and a couple of on sale products to a good trip staff was very helpful and nice thank u👍
