Yes, they already open. I went in just to do my restaurant marketing by giving out free boba teas. Many other stores are quite on guard and just said no thanks. This sales girl was wearing a cute mask and said shes not a fan. However she is very patient and sweet to allow us play at their comb table and give us letter stickers for identifying personal combs. Their products look quite natural and smell very good.
My first and second visits were terrific! On my first visit, I used my 20% off discount I received at a Yelp event and paid $180 for $225 worth of products! Most were items that needed replenishing, but I re-discovered Sap Moss shampoo and conditioner Mom and I previously liked before they were discontinued about ten years ago. These two products are a bit spend-y, but so aromatic, and my hair was so silky that evening I washed my hair and all throughout the next day! The earthy scent lasted all night and all day, too, which can save from wearing perfume/cologne. My second visit was a mini-facial that Tori scheduled for me after helping me with my purchases during my first visit. Such a heavenly treat, especially since my first and only one from another Aveda location was a terrible one!Yesterdays visit, my third, was my second mini-facial with Tori. If you sign up for Pure Privilege Rewards for a $10 onetime enrollment fee, youre entitled to a complimentary birthday gift each year, double points during the week of your birthday, AND six complimentary mini-facials a year.** I LOVE these mini-facials from Tori, even though she ran out of cotton balls yesterday... Tori had to resort to using paper towels to apply all of the oils, serums, masque, and moisturizers. Hoping the store is stocked up with spa supplies for my next complimentary facial.Looking forward to future visits here!**I signed up for Pure Privilege twice. The first mustve been at least two decades ago, in another state, so long ago that I had to sign up again a few years ago, because the Aveda rep couldnt find me in the system. Still worth it, though.2/22/20 UpdateHavent returned since my last visit of two months ago. Had scheduled a facial, but had to call beforehand to cancel due to a family medical emergency (I was reassured the day before that I could come in earlier, later, or call to cancel if I needed to) only to find out that the rep had already left for the day. This struck me a bit odd- wished the rep told me herself when I was on the phone with her the day before... Anyway, havent had the desire to visit since, and I just buy needed products online.
I got a facial from Jayden and it was AMAZING! She has the softest touch and she made me feel very comfortable. If you need a little “me time” I highly suggest stopping in to see her.
Love walking in to this store. Always greeted with a smile and offered some tea.The staff is always helpful
Personable and sweet staff + amazing Aveda products... whats not to love! So happy I found this gem!
Good customer service, the lady who you assisted me today is very informative and helpful, she messaged my scalp and made me really comfortable.
Three stars for the products but only one for the salon. I went to this store because it was closest for a root touch up, I called and made sure it was a salon, they said it was. I dont consider one chair a salon so I was quite surprised. I gave the stylist and owner my exact hair color formula from my previous aveda stylist out of state. She touched up my roots with my highlight color- an auburn color instead of my dark brown hair color. My scalp looks like its on fire. I will not return to this store for the salon experience or even to get it fixed. The store is nice though and they are friendly.
My wife was happy with the service.
Amazing customer service! Went in and got a free facial since it was my first time, so relaxing!
