I have been getting my eyebrows waxed by Vanessa for the last couple of years and I cannot recommend her more. I have serious trust issues surrounding getting my eyebrows done and Vanessa always makes me feel comfortable. She is quick, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable with doing brows. I love her! I’ve only been there a few times but the girl there named Vanessa is very good. She’s friendly and knows exactly now to clean up my brows while also keeping them masculine. I’ve been to other locations where the girls didn’t seem comfortable with doing my brows but I didn’t get that feeling here at all. Highly recommend.

Absolutely love going to the brow bar to see my girl, Vanessa! She is the ONLY person I trust to touch my brows! Not only does she do a great wax but, she brings my eyebrows to life with her tinting work too! Absolutely willing to follow her from her previous location to this new one.

Who would’ve ever thought going to the doctors then calling the closes Ulta to see if I could get it in for my eyebrows would’ve led me to meet Vanessa. She has been such a blessing to my eyebrows and makes them look flawless!! Thank you for being my eyebrow lady!!!

I arrived at 10:50 for my brow wax appointment at 11 and was told the benefit staff wasn’t even there yet and I would have to wait. The stylist walked in the door at 11 and wasn’t ready for me until 11:10...seemed unprofessional and she didn’t even do the “brow mapping” that benefit says they are experts in. She then asked which sections of my brows she should pluck...shouldn’t she know that? My brows looked ok but overall I wasn’t impressed. I’ll probably go to different brow bar in the future.
