Located near Target, this Starbucks is usually not busy. They have a few tackles and some comfy chairs for studying/working. They craft the normal selection of drinks, but it is not a test store so you wont see newer items.They have newer staff and they are great. They are fast, friendly and funny. A great location to visit. This is my wifes favorite Gilbert location.This location has gotten busier recently, but can be understaffed. Be nice to the baristas.

This is a great location, and is my favorite with plenty of outside seating on their patio with misters, or in the shade of the breezeway. There are a couple of inside tables you may sit at, comfortably distanced from the next table, but you will likely be more comfortable outside. Two thumbs up...with plenty of Holiday Cheer! 👍👍

I come here daily - and love it! The staff know me and my drink. They make it daily without me having to tell it to them. And, if I have been gone a couple days, they notice and ask where I have been! True customer service. Ill definitely keep coming to this location for that.

The staff here can never make drinks consistently. I can order the same exact drink on different days and one day it will taste great and then the next day it will taste like dirt. Not sure why because the recipe should be exactly the same. I prefer to come to this location because it is closest to my office, but I will once again start driving further to Dutch Bro’s or Black Rock where the drinks are made correctly every time.

My wife and I live in Gilbert and this is our local hang out. We come several times a week for great coffee and the staff is amazing! (Seth, Stetson, Faith and Glitter!). Cool, cozy, friendly place! SETH AND DAVID BEST BARISTAS EVER!

I have not been to this location for a few months and am glad to say the crew tonight was a major improvement over my last few visits (the reason I stopped going to this location).Minor issues with my order but the barista seemed to be new so I chalk it up to that.The store was clean, the case looked as it should and I was greeted as soon as I came thru the door.My order was taken quickly and the cashier was friendly.My only actual complaint is someone in Starbucks land really needs to learn the difference between a cappucino and a latte.I look forward to returning. 👍

I love this location... coming from working in the customer service industry everything about the customer is important and I definitely can see that these employees show that. Karen always brings a smile to my face when she learned my name so quick after Ive visited a few times.. I can tell they all take pride in remembering the customers. Definitely will be my go to Starbucks!!!

I love the toasted white chocolate mocha. It is Awesome Iced, frozen, or hot. Wish they would consider keeping it year round. 🙏🙏🤩🤩Please!!

Once again, the staff was wonderful. The coffee was yum yum delicious as always. We sat and used the WIFI and enjoyed our timeout...

This is the best Starbucks I have visited. I go at least once a day. Their drinks are always perfect and the staff courteous and helpful.

Bathroom was dirty, staff is doing you a favor by waiting on you.

Manager Ash told me to WAIT as she was screening a new hire application. Tone very rude to me, only smiled & was nice to job inquirer.

Was there during a hiring event. No consideration for customers, potential employees sitting at all the seats, people conducting the interviews very unorganized. Only 2 baristas, long wait. Need to rethink their hiring event format.
