Great little place to meet up with others or even to study. I loved the atmosphere with the 2000s grunge rock/punk rock/alternative music playing softly in the background. I ordered a cappuccino and I was not expecting it to be so strong, but it was much needed so it was definitely a blessing, haha.I love that there’s also local art being displayed and sold here, what an awesome way to show support for other businesses!I will be back ☺️

Really great coffee and a great vibe in the shop. I also gave the Chagaccino a try and I’m glad I did!There are a variety of ingredient options to choose from for coffee and for the teas (which are Maya Teas from Tucson).If you’re in the area, swing by. You definitely won’t regret it.

I love this little hole in wall coffee shop. The coffee is amazing and lemon bar was fantastic. Its a nice little place to relax and chit chat with friends.

Cute little spot with really good iced coffee. I got a half hazelnut and vanilla. The lady was very pleasant, patient and helpful. She told us how they make their syrups in house, which is fantastic. This is another coffee shop who uses way less syrup than the chains, but you do actually taste it minimally. The vanilla flavor was very good but hazelnut needed to be stronger. Tastes about 1/3rd sweetness vs other coffee chains. Wish it was a little more (at a half) to taste the distinct flavors.Most other local shops tell you it’s half when it’s less than 1/4 and make you pay extra for more.My hubby got a mocha and he said it was good.They offer Oat and Almond milk alternatives. We will def be back.

If you’re looking for a cozy spot for a caffeine pick me up look no further. If you’re a fan of cold brew or iced coffee I recommend trying a flight. Service has been friendly the few times I’ve visited and you can tell they are really passionate about what they do. The iced latte from here is hands down the best I’ve ever had. Dropped in on a Sunday morning with a few friends. We got an iced chai latte and an oat milk latte. They were both excellent! Very pleased with the quality and service.The shop is really nice inside; great atmosphere! It seems like the perfect study/hangout spot. Will definitely be back!

Came in looking for something iced and delicious, the barista recommended pomegranate ginger so I went with an iced pomegranate ginger latte and it was SO GOOD. The flavor is great and the coffee is high quality. Amazing coffee and awesome customer service. Highly recommend!!! They even have my favorite sip lids to avoid straws.

Fantastic local coffee shop! The nitro was the best Ive had. Much higher quality than either of the chains located nearby. Its well worth heading over here and getting out of your car for. Ive come twice now and will definitely be back for a third time. I always drink coffee whether its drip or espresso without any flavors, but these homemade syrups were wonderful. I tried the chocolate and then the cinnamon pear the next day...they only complimented the coffee and in no way over powered by them like any chain coffee stop does. The cortado on its own with no added flavor was bold and rich. My sister in law got a great pumpkin latte and my brother a cold brew flight, both tasty.The owner was friendly and knowledgeable, two very important things. Its great to have another quality coffee shop on this side of the valley instead of having to go to Phoenix. Nice to see another local family owned family joint opened up.

Discovered this place a few months ago while waiting to pick my sister up from school, and had the pleasure of meeting the owner Mark— super down to earth guy and very passionate about his work! He makes the best lattes I have ever tasted. Recently introduced me to Oat Milk and BOY is that a game changer!!! I always got lattes with whole milk because I’m not a fan of almond or soy, and it tends to be watery? But man oh man the oat milk is such a smooth and creamy texture and really enhances the coffee. Thanks mark! This lactose intolerant, creamy texture obsessed, coffee loving girl, and her gut forever thanks you. 😂

We have been going to GrindTime almost weekly since it has opened. The service, atmosphere, drinks, food, everything is amazing every time we come! I super love their syrups and the fact that they always have vegan/gluten free options. Seriously cannot say enough good things about this place!

Im not one to visit and hang out at a coffee shop, but this place is very different. Super chill and really nice vibe. Whats more important is how delicious their coffee is. Ive ordered several different items on their menu, and theyve all been delicious. Cannot wait for their winter drinks.

This brand new brick n mortar for Marks former coffee truck is stunning.You can immediately feel the labor of love when you see the reclaimed wood that blankets the bar.Mark beautifully prepared a Saint Anthony pour over with Peixotos Santa Monica roast. Love this place. They are pretty new so I suggest checking them out. I usually get the nitro cold brew but they make all their own syrups from scratch if youre looking for something sweeter and different.

This is hands down the best coffee shop in the area. If youre in the area looking for coffee, this is where you should go. Locally owned and run by the owner. Sometimes his wife or his daughter will help him out behind the counter.

Everything is delicious! High quality ingredients, family owned and operated. They partner with other local businesses to bring in all sorts of exciting products from hats to pastries. My favorite is the dirty chai with house made caramel sauce over ice!

I just moved in the area and trying out some coffee shops. I tried this place for the first time this morning. I ordered a large peppermint mocha. The coffee is delicious but it doesnt seem strong enough and not pepperminty enough.

Grindtime Coffee has some outstanding drinks. They have delicious lattes and the coffee flight is awesome because you can sample 3 of their cold brews. Super sweet owners too! 👍🏻

This small, family owned coffee shop knows what they’re doing. They have peixoto coffee and all of their drinks are SO good. I got a vanilla latte and it was so rich with espresso, the milk was perfect and creamy. My dad had the cold brew flight and loved their hoppped cold brew. 10/10 recommend Grind Time if you’re looking for a great coffee shop in Gilbert.
