So good even my kids 11 and 13 love the Cali girl. The Goldilocks and all the fruity blended drinks we have tried so far are great. So refreshing!!

This little shop is on a corner at the San Tan Village, Just down the sidewalk from the front of Harkins Theater.Only drinks available. I didnt notice any food items. The beverages come in a lot of fun flavors and cost about $5-$6 each. I couldnt find a website that had a listing of the menu choices, although each shop seems to have a Facebook and Twitter page. They have teas, coffees, and juices with different kind of poppers inside. Some poppers are tastier than others. They are little round, edible balls that are added to the drink. Your drink comes with a wide straw so that you can sip up the poppers.If you do stop in, I would recommend drinking it the shop or at one of the benches outside. The cups are very wide at the bottom and did not fit in any of the cup holders in our car.Sorry about the pic, I took it after my son finished it so you could see the cup.

Complete GARBAGE location. Have been coming here since it opened and now customer service is down the drain and the drinks are completely messed up as well. Messed up my drinks and then shift manager giving me attitude on the phone call that sometimes if they dont have stuff they forget to let the customer know. Telling me to drive all the way back to the store to talk about it. If I paid for something, I expect that. I can understand if it is not in stock, just let me know before I pay so I can change my mind about buying it. Have no sense of basic customer service. Kept on saying no refunds and nothing that can be done about it. You messed up and you expect nothing to be done about it. Garbage management. Wont be coming back to this anymore.

Service was bloody poor. At first I blamed the employee but its the business fault for being so understaffed. At least 3 people were missing. The employees there should be recognized and rewarded for their work or else they will quit. Honestly, I would.Cant hire? The owner needs to step up and help. Figure it out and take care of your people

There were 3 ladies who were absolutely killing it on June 30th around 8:30pm. It was extremely packed and they were working hard to make sure all drinks were out in a timely manner. Even though it was busy they still had great customer service and stayed positive throughout the whole thing. Overall, I absolutely love this location and these ladies are one of the reasons I’ll come back!

Second time I’ve been in a week. The boba drink is tasty, I must say. The first time our drinks were messed up, asked for one to be redone and were given attitude by Chloe. Mind you, it wasn’t busy at all and both of the drinks were messed up but only asked for one to be redone. The second time I ordered two coffee drinks. It wasn’t until I had already paid and they were getting ready to begin my order that I was informed they were out of coffee. I would have liked to have been informed PRIOR to ordering and paying. And when Chloe told me they were out of coffee, I was asked if I wanted a refund or something else. I decided I’d try the horchata. Well she asked if I wanted strawberry or something else. I said I’m sorry I want horchata. She gave attitude and said well do you want strawberry or the other thing. At that point I stated I just want a refund. I had encountered two sour customer service experiences with Chloe in a week and decided I did not want to give my money to someone or a business who is going to treat me with such attitude. Customer service needs to be improved and drink orders need to be correct. Also, please inform customers of anything that is currently out of stock at the time of the order. It saves both of us time. Will never go here again.

Worst customer service ever! The cashier Kalia was rude, ignored me when I wanted to ask about my order. I would recommend getting the employees trained on customer service

This place was by far the WORST ever as far as boba and/or milk tea. I have been to almost every Boba place in Maricopa County and this place was so disappointing and for the price omg are u kidding me what a rip off. The Boba was old and past the gummy stage into almost crunching phase and the cups they use are a joke its just another scam to cheat the consumer put of getting their money worth.boba tree is the best in Maricopa

Awesome boba place I’m never disappointed by them and whenever I come to AZ I HAVE to get bubble bee!! The drink I got was sparkling and fruity. It was sooo good! If you like fruity sweet drinks definitely try the Fancy sometime. I love the cute names for the sizes. 2 years ago I got a drink that was sparkling but with glitter in it, so pretty!! I love boba tea and I can’t wait to get more in the future. This location is my fav!!!!

Everything looks so good but they really need to work on staffing. They have one girl serving a full restaurant bouncing between taking orders and making drinks. She’s killing it and I’m surprised she hasn’t quit to be honest. Definitely deserves a raise if this is how they work here everyday.

Would have given 5 stars because the drinks are great, but Ive been twice in the past few months where theyve been out of honey boba, and the second time wasnt informed until after I had already paid and had to ask for a refund. They dont seem to be concerned about comping in situations where the customers time is wasted. Ive been a loyal customer for years, but I unfortunately wont be back.

Not milk tea boba but I personally prefer drinking the sweet drinks with the popping boba and jelly, pomegranate paradise is my favorite

I really love going here, but the past few times I have ordered pickup from Grub Hub, the employees have not made the drink correctly. For example, I ordered a drink and asked for the boba to be replaced with the fruit poppers - I received a drink with boba AND fruit poppers. My most recent order was one of the coffee drinks and I asked for the coffee jelly to be removed and I paid extra to have fruit poppers in the second drink - when I picked up the order the coffee jelly was still there and the fruit poppers were missing.I think the issue is that this place is understaffed. The employees are definitely being overworked, almost every time I pickup an order there are at MOST two employees even though there are at least two or three other customers. I cant really fault them for missing the notes when theyre understaffed and busy.This review is specifically for corporate and the greedy head honchos. As a consumer, I would really appreciate my drink to be made correctly, and I understand and realize that will only happen when there are more people that are able to focus on specific duties. Rather than one jack-of-all trades running the show and being underpaid.

It was really good, fresh tasting. It was hard to choose which flavor I wanted because they equally sounded good. I believe I picked a strawberry lemonade type of drink, all I know is that it was good and being someone from out of state trying this place out was refreshing for the hot weather that day.

So bought 2 king taro drinks. Tasted Watered down only to find out from the servers after we asked for a refund that they basically had run out of the ingredients and used what little was left to try and make the 2. Waited 35 minutes for a refund due to shift leader ISABEL being out on an errand. You would at least think when she returned that she would try to make it somewhat right after all that trouble... NOPE! Not even an apology! My family and I along with relatives and friends have been long and loyal customers. After leaving a bad taste in my mouth tonight... Done with this place!

This was my first time going to this boba store. I’m very familiar with boba and Thai iced tea. The lady who helped me seemed to not know exactly what I was talking about. When I got it, 1/3 of the cup was filled with foam and it had no sweetener to it. I’ve drank this multiple times, and it tastes similar wherever I go. Not here. I’m sure they do other things well so I’m willing to try it again.

Great variety of tea, creamy tea, slushees, & smoothies! With or without boba. Friendly staff who answered my many questions and made great suggestions! A refreshing change from the standard chains.

This place is amazing! They have a great variety of options, but allow customization to your preference as well. Ive been about a dozen times trying something new nearly every time. I have not been disappointed yet. Also met the owners, they are so nice and down to earth. Stellar company with superb drinks!

Favorite bubble tea place. Use actual tea instead of powder (organic too) and has white tea as an option as well as local honey as sweetener.

The drinks are pretty good, but every time Ive visited, Ive had a long wait for my drink. Usually thats fine, it happens, but some waits were almost an hour.

I always get the king taro with honey boba! I find that the quality is inconsistent, some weeks its perfect, and others its watery. Their staff isnt too friendly or consistent either. Some have told me that we get 10% off for bringing our own straw, and others say that discount doesnt exist.

Cool hip spot to get some boba or other sweet treats. Drinks were good...we got the chocolate, taro and vanilla.

The staff was friendly and helpful in assisting my daughter picking something she would like. I have tried a few different drinks from here, my favorite so far is The Love Story.

This place has really great flavors. Downfall: they are always busy! It can take forever to get your drink. I recommend ordering in advance through an app.

I am extremely disappointed in this establishment. We are in the midst of a pandemic with state wide restrictions clearly not being adhered to. I ordered online for pick up, when I walked in the store was packed and I counted 6 teenagers all standing within close proximity either wearing no masks at all or their masks were pulled down by their chin. I will no longer be giving business to this company as they are not making the safety of their patrons as their top priority. I hope state and local officials take serious action against this business as they are absolutely participants in spreading COVID-19. I will add as well that this is not the first time but the second time I have experienced this at this location.

My favorite boba place! Love that their drinks are not too sweet and taste fresh! Every menu option I’ve tried so far has been a hit! Only annoying thing is that their cups are too fat, are difficult to hold, and won’t fit in any cup holders! Also, it’d be great if they open earlier...I’d love this as an alternative to Starbucks in the morning!

There were around 5 girls in the store and still they did not pay attention to my order, I asked extra sweet one of my drinks and they just didnt follow, seemed they were a little to worry about finishing with customers.

Dont know what all the negative reviews are about we LOVE it here. Sometimes I just tell them to make me something, I always love whatever they make.

Um this place is amazing, not only is the staff awesome and helpful but the drinks are flipping amazing! Everything I have tried so far I liked. The snowball and the original are so far my favorites! (The snowball with Taro is amazing and a secret menu item! Get it you won’t go wrong with it!)

Got the Traffic Light fruit blend and it was delicious!! Enjoyed both the fruit loops and jellies. Yum!

This place initially was great, Ive ordered via grubhub and gone in person many many times over the past year. But lately theyve really dropped the ball on grubhub orders. They just stopped reading the request portion of the order. I just got yet another tea with no flavoring, sometimes Boba is missing or wrong flavor of poppers. I know its a first world problem but when I pay $12 via grubhub plus a tip, I really want that drink and I want it to taste right. But now yet again I have one that tastes meh, because its not what I ordered, but if I want another one I have to take another risk they wont read the instructions for the drink and I have to pay another set of delivery fees etc. I know u guys get busy there, but take a moment to slow down, read the order, and make it right.

I came in on March 18 2021 the small girl in the front wasnt paying attention to me was YELLING and had attitude with her team mates and after me repeating myself three times she still got my order wrong and when her team mates corrected her she yelled back at them. Wont be returning.

My favorite new drink shop. I love that they let you customize and make what you want. The tropical island with orange poppers is my fav so far though. Highly highly recommend this place if you have never tried it.

This location needs to slow down and read their orders. Unless you order one of their specialty drinks as is, something is always missing, whether it be the creamer or the jelly or even the boba. It wouldnt be a big deal, but theres an extra charge to add in a lot of these toppings, so Ive paid extra for nothing multiple times. The drinks are really tasty, when they are made correctly. And not a lot of boba places are able to offer milk/dairy alternatives because they use mixes, so thats a plus. Just dont order anything custom or add too many things if you dont want them to forget something.

Love this place! Though the store itself is small & a bit crowded, not exactly stroller friendly. Staff is always so friendly & nice! First time I went there I was a little nervous that I wouldnt like it, but they reassured me if I didnt then they could make me a new one! (love love love!) I ended up really liking the Iced Sweetheart & its my fav. The staff seems a lot nicer here than the people at their Tempe location in AZ Mills Mall, (they wouldnt re-make a drink for my friend when she didnt like the flavor she got) but I love the drinks still. Definitely prefer this location over the Tempe one.

This place was way better when it was Fat Straw. The girl didnt do anything I asked and when I asked her to correct my drink she was rude, dumped out what was wrong and used the same tea even though doing that completely gets rid of the carbonation. On to of that, it was way too sweet to drink and I had to cut it with so much water I dont think it even qualities as the drink it was supposed to be. Unfortunate, especially since they used to be very good and very professional.

While we were here last Sunday, there was only one employee in the middle of a rush because the other didnt show up. The wait was a little long, but the lady making drinks was absolutely killing it. She was making perfect drinks at lightening speed while calling in reinforcements. Give that woman a medal!

First experience with bubble tea in AZ. The workers recommended great drinks for our taste, and they were delicious. The cups are a very awkward shape/size and don’t fit well in a cup holder but I’d say the tea was definitely worth the trip though.

Amazing place for boba, I love there fruit sparkling drinks especially the one called Desire. Its very refreshing.

If it’s busy it takes a long time for your drinks to get ready because a lot of time they don’t have enough staff but it’s worth waiting for. If you like coffee drinks try Vanillacino.

Note to self: go somewhere else for boba. Just wanted good ol Taro boba. Thats what I get at the other half a dozen places Ive been to for boba. Threw the whole thing away

Great tea and boba ! Fav drink is peachy lychee Came here during this quarantine and there was only one person working and a huge line ! I felt so bad for her cus she was getting tons of order online and a lot of people in the store waiting and I could tell not the happiest being here waiting when it’s supposed to be in and out ?? Was looking for good Thai tea with boba, so stopped in here. They have many smoothie kinds of drinks as well. The tea was good, the boba kind of chewy which I like better. The milk though was really thick, so overall a much thicker than normal drink. If you like that then great. Cup was also not a normal cup but rather a wider container almost like you would get when you buy salsa, so it wont fit a cup holder in your car! Small inside and busy place

Long wait on my last visit, but it was a Saturday afternoon. Drinks are always delicious, and they are willing to customize which is nice. My favorite is the Cali, but got the Traffic Light this last time and it was also good.

We love this place. The cloud 9 and sweetheart are my favorite. I always get half the syrup because its normally way too sweet for me.

The workers were nice and very charismatic and the drinks were absolutely delicious. The atmosphere of the place was hip and bright.

Your place is good. I like the drinks, but your employees are not listening well and messing up the order. I was ordering blended matchacha with lychees and she asked to repeat what we said and we did. And she made high thai instead of matchacha. We asked her to fix it, but instead she put iced matchacha with poppers that i dont even know what flavor is. I was really disappointed that they asked us to repeat and mess up the orders two times. I hope you guys can improve on employees listening skills.

So many options, decent Boba, but slimier in texture than Im used to. Staff competent, but on a busy weekend day, not the most helpful for a first-time customer with questions. No portable menu, and again, so many options that to stand in a crowded line while trying to decipher the vast menu with tiny lettering was both bothersome & uncomfortable. Blended style was definitely better than the plain. Would love to see a printed menu & nutritional info made available.

I wanted this to be our new “go to” Boba place. But I found the service a little moody towards the end of the day, in addition to no boba! I’m pretty sure we were the last customers. Anyway, we both wanted small sized smoothies as it’s hard to finish and we were sarcastically told “ok I’ll refund your 70 cents”. We didn’t know the difference in price. And then in the end were given a large one, so there was actually no refund at all.UPDATE: I have updated the review to 4 stars. I was offered two free drinks, courtesy of the management. The new manager at San Tan village was efficient and fast and extremely professional. They certainly aim to please. So thank you for that! This time I was served to the expected standard and the drinks were great!

Showed up at 6:40 and was told by Amy that they wouldn’t serve me because they are “closed” the sign in front of the door literally says open until 7. When I asked her why she had decided to close early and turn away me (group of 3) and the group of 3 that walked in right in front of me, she said “because I decided to close early”. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Ive become a big fan of boba tea and this is one of my favorite places to get it. Parking is kind of a pain at this shopping center but its worth it!

If I could give this place zero stars, that would be more reflective of my opinion. Had never been in, the two girls at the counter were completely aloof. We asked if they had non dairy creamer and were told “I dont have the key to the storage room” ...so your doors are open for business but all your products are locked up and apparently the key holder has left? Nope, won’t be coming back. Place is a waste of time.

Honey boba is an interesting gimmick. The vanilla pearls work better with most of their drinks in my opinion, but the service and beverages were fine.

One of the best places for Boba that Ive been to. I definitely recommend trying the Cloud 9 with Panda mix boba (vanilla bean and honey boba). Ive also never been happier with the drinks I get from here. Always busy, but they get the drinks made with a very little wait.

Absolutely fantastic service! The employees helped and explained the menu as I was terribly oblivious to all things boba. They also let me sample the boba balls to see which I liked. The employees helped me deciding a drink and the kiwi was bloody delicious! Will recommend!

Interesting topping choices for a boba place, however, fell short for a group of us who are frequent boba drinkers including one of us who worked at boba tea company... Store Manager Cynthia was rude. This boba place ran out of boba (didnt even offer to make more even thought they werent closing for another 2 hours), and did not make the correct order. It was the store manager who took our order. Overall, not impressed.

The snow thing didnt have much flavor. Had the vinillaccino very good. The boba was a bit to hard.

Just moved to Arizona and I was excited to try new boba drinks in the area. The store design was cute and location was convenient, but unfortunately the drinks did not meet my expectations. I got the matcha latte (?) drink and it lacked the bitterness and deep flavor of matcha that I love. The drink was really watery overall. Although I did get the honey boba, the honey flavor didn’t add anything to the drink as it was rather bland to begin with.

I am not a huge on the whole boba craze, but the Orange blend with Green Tea hit the spot while I was walking around San Tan Village. Still dont get boba.I ended up changing my review from 4 to 5 stars after walking around the mall with a cup in my hand for 15 more minutes, simply because how satisfying it was to hold to giant cup in my hand and walk around drinking it. Fun stuff.

Best boba Ive tried in the state of Arizona. Then again, this is the state of Arizona. The flavors offered are truly great, though.

Very good. But sometimes way too sweet for me. They are usually busy and you have to wait a long time but i definitley think it was worth it.

The staff has been friendly every time we have gone and my boyfriend has tried different boba teas each time and loves them all. There was one time they actually ran out of honey boba but it was fine. The thing is that their menu has TOO much to choose from to where it’s overwhelming for both the customers and the employees. I think if they simplified it, it wouldn’t take 20+ minutes to get one drink.

Boba is made just right and in put in the sink in the right amount. Teas are fresh/not from a powder mix. Not sickeningly sweet.

I was so looking forward to like this place and make it my go to boba place but it just didnt meet the expectation.The place is conveniently located around the corner of Macys at the SanTan mall. The place is trendy and cute. But that is all it is about. We went with enchanted chai with honey boba and mango all the way with jelly.The chai was just alright and being a regular boba drinker, I could tell easily that the boba wasnt fresh and the drink said honey boba and they served it with a regular boba. Mango all the way was much better but it wasnt the best yet. They do not have the sugar customization option which other places are offering these days.The service wasnt that great either and though the store wasnt very busy there was hardly any greetings when we entered or exited the store.One could get some refreshing drinks but not boba. Please stick to jelly or something else. The price is average for the size and the cups are fancy. Wouldnt be visiting anytime soon though.
