No matter what you do, pick another cvs. Don’t have your doctor send your medication here. I got my prescription made Monday I showed up Tuesday & they said “ it’s not ready wait 30 minutes” bring that I work fro home and only have an hour break I decided to come back the next day. Where they tell me I can’t use the drive through if I’m using a discount card, I come in today (3rd visit) and here I am 46 minutes sitting in a line after finally getting my meds discounted…. Just don’t waste your time here.

This is the worst CVS Ive ever been to the pharmacy lines are almost all the way down the aisle from one end of the store to the other I would never have my prescriptions filled here again. Im surprised you even get the right prescription. The manager should be fired

I understand Covid is an issue, but Ive been waiting over a week for 3 medicines that I need to be filled. Ive had surgery and cant get them or go to the store to see whats going on. But no one answers the phone when I call. Im not sending my prescriptions to this cvs anymore. I couldnt even trust to bring the prescription I need for after my surgery because it wouldnt be filled.

I have 6 prescriptions in process and I have been waiting for them for 2 and half weeks....NO ONE answers the phone.I have a concussion and cant drive so I need to be in contact with someone there....this has been going on for the last 2 or so months .....NO ONE in the pharmacy answers....my doctors office calls and they get right through, me NO ONE ever answers me.😠 I wouldnt give them any stars if that was an option.

Severely Understaffed! Pharmacists are running and stressing out due to familiares of Management to hire or maintain staff.Customers health is being affected and this just cannot continue.Thank goodnes for all other pharmacies in the area. WALGREENS, Giant, Safeway, Wegmans, Harris Teeter.... here we come!!!

In a great location, usually have no issues getting my prescription at the pharmacy. There is a RedBox movie rental here as well.

I called the pharmacy to refill a prescription and the female who took my call threw a bunch of insurance jargon at me to indicate an issue with the refill. When I clearly did not understand what was wrong with my refill she said Great, so thanks for calling, bye. and forced me off the phone. I get that the pharmacy is busy, but when you answer the phone with an aggressive, rude, and unprofessional demeanor it leaves a sour taste in any customers mouth towards both the individual and the location.

Have tried multiple times to get through to the pharmacy but no one answers. Plus the drive-thru is shut down. Will be taking my prescriptions elsewhere.

I recently moved from the area. Pharmacy was very understanding and helpful in transferring my prescription. Saved me a lot of time and expense!

The store is dirty, understaffed and my prescriptions have not been ready when promised, twice. The store needs to be cleaned, trash from the previous day needs to be emptied. Its really filthy and now with COVID it should be cleaner.

They gave me a hard time due to me not having a car and my son needed Covid testing for travel purposes. They made me call a Uber to go thru drive-thru. On top of that my son test results I still have not gotten back!!!! Flight plans may have to be canceled b/c of the slow as cvs not getting my results back to me in time for my son travel verrry upset !!!!!!

They are usually very friendly and helpful, good selection of hair and beauty products. Great coupons!

Id like once again to thank Murielle for the outstanding service.I visited the store on January 21st to get some drinks.Murielle came to help at the cash register.After she realized the product was expired, she quickly apologized and took a step further.She actually made sure there was no expired items left in the refrigerator!As a medical professional, customer service is an attitude: A positive attitude is what makes the difference.I will definitely return

I came to this CVS today and CVS still did not follow CDC guidelines about social distance between client and employee. CVS truly wont care about peoples live except making money. People, please check out Costco and Giant. This is a horrible company.

I dont know about other people, but this is one of the most courteously and professionally staffed pharmacies i have been to. Compared to the other CVS pharmacies in the area, these guys are quick to fulfill your order. A few times when i have had to fill acute prescriptions, the pharmacists have gone out of their way to fill them quickly. I highly appreciate these folks proficiency and politeness in dealing with some very impatient people.

Ive frequented this location for years and have always received great and attentive service. On my last trip there- I received assistance from an employee whom unfortunately I cannot recall her name but she walked me through a situation in which I was being scammed for 2,000 dollars and offered some guidance. She helped me in what wouldve been an extremely stressful situation and eased all my worry.

I generally find this pharmacy very helpful and prompt. Yes, occasionally pharmacies get backed up and it can take an hour to have a prescription filled. Most times Ive visited however, my prescription is ready in 10 minutes or so. The pharmacist, Sue, is very helpful, one of the few pharmacists Ive found in all of Montgomery County who will not lie to me on the phone about if the location has pain medication in stock. The pharmacy tech staff has helped me find the best discounts available for my medications numerous times.

Went to this place with out of state prescription. A pharmacist told that they do not take out of state prescription. So, went to Giant to get it. Some pharmacists were not professional in their attitude. One pharmacist did her best.

Pretty rough. The place is massively understaffed and the parking lot is a pain to navigate. There is always a wait in the pharmacy section. There is almost always a line (and congestion) at the front of the store. Im not sure how well they integrate with various notification tools. Sometimes youll be notified days after you picked up a Rx that it is now available. Unlike others, Ive never gotten the call and have the staff unable to find it.I feel for the people who work there. By and large, they seem good and hardworking; there just arent enough of them and it makes the entire process miserable. Im thinking of moving over to the store on Wisteria (insurance prevents me from returning to Rite Aid).

Pharmacist yelled at my dad while I was waiting in line to pick up his prescription and he was standing off to the side, not in line. She took one look at him and said impatiently, Theres a line over here. He is elderly and just got out of the ER, I couldnt believe her rudeness. Will not go to CVS pharmacy anymore.

I have never had any trouble at this CVS. They are friendly and Helpful both at the Pharmacy and the rest of the Store. Whenever i cant find a certain product, I ask and they always help!

I totally agree with all of the other reviews. This CVS pharmacy is very understaffed and the employees seem like they just do not care. Dont bother to talk to the manager. With all of these negative reviews why doesnt the CVS corporate office make some changes? Most likely because they continue to be very busy. Perhaps we as the customers should contact them.....

If there was an option for a lower rating, this CVS earns it!! After my procedure I went to my home CVS to drop off my pain killer Rx. I went to the pharmacy once I received a text my prescription was ready, to only find out it was not ready. Not only that but they were not able to fill my prescription due to insurance change. The pharmacist, Afra, came to only talk over me and continually tell me she left a message on an old number that was already updated on their system. Surprisingly, I was able to receive a text message on the new number but not her call or message. She was so focused on speaking over me, SHE WOULD NOT EVEN FILL THE PRESCRIPTION FOR SELF PAY. I go to this pharmacy quite frequently, I guess all the mishaps that have happened in the past were overlooked since I was not in pain. Dealing with pain and the nasty, malicious, unprofessional behaviour the pharmacist displayed was absolutely unbearable. I will no longer be using this pharmacy and will be traveling to another pharmacy where they understand the beauty behind customer service and relating to your patients!!

I dont know why people give them a low star because the store is kinda small but has the products and things.

I went in on a Tuesday morning. (For reference) the store was (and has been before) very neat and tidy and I was happy to see they had a lot of item. Definitely come here for cosmetic type items (like my hard to find Feria hair color #63 and many Garnier and Splat hair colors. Like my daughter loves.) I wouldnt even let myself look at the nail polishes cuz they had an amazing selection (Im addicted) I left with my Jack Link jerky and my favorite flavor lime cucumber Gatorade....lol

The pharmacy is almost always busy, yet understaffed, but the pharmacists are polite and as prompt as possible. A lot of people come through that hold up the line and sometimes you get to see the rare person that screams and shouts and refuses to leave.

Never order youre prescriptions here it will cost u headache only. Terrible customer service, manager even worse.....

Go ahead - ignore all the poor reviews. Go to this CVS. And after they routinely miss deadlines, lose prescriptions and otherwise perform terribly, youll be back here in a bit to leave your one-star review too. Awful.

I stopped going after on 2 occasions I was told after I called that my prescription was ready to find out that it was not and I had to wait. No excuse for this.

If I could give 0 ZERO stars I would. By far the worst CVS I entered. This specific store needs some sort of new direction and management. Just plain nasty attitudes and rude.

This is a terrible CVS. Always busy, understaffed, and unfriendly staff. I have been called to say a prescription is ready, drive all the way there to find out it is not. They advertise flu shots everyday, no appointment needed. Last year and this year I went there to get a shot and guess what? No one there for 4 days to give flu shots. You get put on hold and left there. Not once have I had a good experience at this CVS. Sorry, I finally changed all my medicine to another facility. Not that anyone there would care.
