My husband went to the GT store and complained of our phones didn’t work up north. The guy asked where we lived and checked the phone. He said we needed a 5G phone. My husband purchased a new phone and told me I had to go in right away with the same guy. I purchased my new 5G phone too. We went up north and neither phone worked. Returned back to GT store and talked with another guy. He found the problem immediately! 👍🏼 They don’t have a tower in our area. GREAT. So why did the first guy sell us the phones and lied to us????? Very unhappy customers!
Exceptional customer service! I recently switched to Verizon & a different phone completely. Ive been in there a few times. Always welcoming and helpful to answer all my questions. Kai is knowledgeable and friendly. While it is a nationwide company, this location certainly has a small-town, care-about-your-neighbor feel to it. Thank you!
This is my experience. Went in on 1/27/21 to upgrade my phone that is on a business line. Had a few other questions, and the answers contradicted what I thought was supposed to happen within business accounts. Turns out that the employee was saying incorrect information. Always a great sign. Eventually, still placed an order for a new phone and I should get a call once it is received at the store. Wonderful! Being slightly impatient, I decided to call around 1:00 pm on 1/29/21. Asked if my order was received, and the response I got was “did ya get a call?” I responded by saying that I had not, but in the past with Verizon they said they’d call, didn’t, even though it was there. Guess what. The phone was there and I didn’t get a call. Another great sign. We try to start setting it up....employees having issues. Eventually needs to call for support. Support is seeing the same issues the employee was having on his screen. Support says they’re going to see what they can do to help. Well, after adding a line without my consent it seemed that they were able to activate the phone but then issues happened again when trying to transfer the new number that should’ve never been done back to my actual number. After close to an hour of being on hold, employee finally asks if I can come back when the original representative is back in at the store. I was given the number, but ultimately decided that the best thing to do is just cancel the order and take my business elsewhere. The employees are very nice, there is no doubt of that. But my experience was a complete mess. Zero interest of ever going back.

Drew was great in helping me! He provided the best customer service I could ask for. I usually don’t go to the authorized dealers, but gave them a try. It was definitely a good decision with Drew taking care of me every step of the way. He was patient with all my question and even with system issues no fault to Drew. I would definitely recommend him for any of your needs.
Recently everyone in my family upgraded to new phones and devices, on the part of Verizon (corporate) things got a little messed up, EVERYONE at this location went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted. Katie reached out personally to make sure everything went through after Jake spent 4 hours (!) With my mom and I setting up our stuff. Huge shout out to Sean and Darion who didnt even set up the deal, for taking the time to assist us, they stayed late and made sure we were taken care of. The professionalism was unreal! Sean and Darion displayed real teamwork getting in touch with Katie and handling all the tough stuff I couldnt be bothered with. Thanks so much everyone!

So we all know that this kind of place isnt what we would consider a joy to have to go to... were they busy? Yes. Did we have to wait a little bit? Yes. Was it worth my time? I would say yes. I was helped by Dan, he was great. I switched a phone over and added a line. It took a little bit but his customer service was on point. He really was a pleasure to work with.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!! You honestly should just switch providers. They have terrible customer service, they do not care about you or your needs, no patience and are down right disrespectful. My 26 year old sister-in-law who is hearing impaired was at this store for THREE HOURS trying to upgrade her phone which she was due and no one gave her the time of day. She was trying to work with a man named JACOB who didn’t want to “deal” with her because she has a hard to me of hearing. Even before they even started talking, she explained that she is hard of hearing and tried to make this run smooth as possible, he immediately lost interest, answered three other calls, sent text messages, left their conversation to go “help” other customers and left her just standing there. Never in my life have I ever heard of such poor customer services and the lack of wanting to help someone. This disgusts me.
This is a newer Verizon location and it’s very nice and also well stocked. I had really good help from the staff choosing a new phone and setting it up. Had a little issue with something later and I received a call back right away and we got it fixed up. I appreciate good customer service.
Night and day difference from going to the Normal corporate office that we go to. They helped clean up the mess that was created at the last place and helped get our phones set up and restored. We couldn’t have done it without Katie and Travis! We were beyond frustrated prior to coming in but leaving as happy life time customers. Will never buy a phone elsewhere again! Super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable staff that is more than willing to help with any of your Verizon needs.

Very sleezy business operation. Went in with broken screen to see if anything could be done. Salesman told me he could upgrade my phone for the cost of only tax on the new phone. Rushed through signing the paperwork. My next bill was almost $400 over what I usually pay per month. AmazingpAmazing how paying taxes on the new phones turned into an extra $400.
I came in to replace my phone due age and a bad battery. I bought the LG8. I was serviced by Danno. He was very well informed and very helpful as I am tech challenged. I enjoyed my experience.... It was stress free.
When I came to visit friends from Madison I realized my phone wasn’t working. When I stopped into the Germantown location I was pleasantly greeted by Jake. He took the time to understand everything that happened and really dove deep into what the real issue was with my phone.Thankfully there were options to get my phone working again. Bought a new phone 7 dayd ago and have been frustrated with setting up specific functions. Stopped in today and Dano helped me and explained things in language I could understand. He was very patient and helpful. The world needs more sales reps like him. Give him a raise!
Was a great overall experience. Spending an hour and a half in any store, cellular or otherwise, isnt great, but they did a great job working on getting my wifes texts moved over from an old out-of-service phone into her new phone. It took so long because they needed to use a special Bluetooth app to move the thousands of texts in a long process. They did a great job improvising the solution and kicking it off, and didnt mind at all that my daughter and I went out to get some McDs (bringing it back since we didnt know how long the transfer would take), having dinner in the store, and chatting with the two guys. Was as good as it gets - very professional.
The germantown verizon store consistently gives excellent customer service! The staff is courteous, friendly, and helpful. In the past Adam has been a great help when Ive had a question. Yesterday I got the same great service from Cayla Kristi, and Randy. They all went out of their way to provide professional and knowledgeable assistance. They were all so great!

Came in to the Germantown store with my mom to trade in my old phone and upgrade. I was having troubles before coming into the store backing up my phone and was worried I’d lose all of my pictures and contacts. Nick at the store made it so easy for me to transfer all of my information into my new phone! They provided us with A TON of knowledge on all of their products while we were waiting for the information to transfer. My mom now has more of a general idea of which phone she would like to upgrade to. We will definitely be visiting the Germantown location for any additional services!!

The salesman I had was such a good person and so very helpful, Im so grateful to have had him but I went on Black Friday and wasted the entire day at this store which is uncalled for. The store its self was not busy. The system crashed and I was never able to check out in store which is ridiculous. Im very disappointed at the head of this company! I will feel different when tomorrow comes if they give us customers that had to wait such a longgggg time a discount for the inconvience of wasting 24 hours, which I know will never happen with such a big company....good luck people...If you do ever go here, ask for Rolando, you wont be disappointed in him!
