I went to get a phone upgrade over the weekend and had an excellent experience. Jeremiah Schmidt was my customer service representative and he was extremely helpful throughout the process. Not only was he informative about the product and services (offering suggestions and recommendations that fit my needs), he was also friendly and personable - which made the waiting time to transfer my data fly by. Simply put, this was the best experience Ive ever getting a new phone.

We recently went to Connect Cell Inc, the US Cellular store located atN112 W15800 West Mequon Road, Germantown, WI 53022. Jeremiah Schmidt worked with us and helped us to reduce our family cellular phone rates and helped us to pick out two new cell phones. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful and made our experience a very good one.I recommend working with him and the associates at that location. I have been a very happy US Cellular customer for 22 years now.

Things are great as long as you dont come back with a problem. Purchased a new S20+ phone with a screen protector and case in mid July. There apparently is a provision that is made in the protector to allow the thumb print reader to work. The screen protector started getting cloudy in the thumb print reader area (see pic). I made the mistake to remove the screen protector on my own and wound up cracking it. My bad. Shouldve just brought it back and let them deal with it. Its less than 2 months old. I thought they wouldve been more helpful but was told its been too long. If anything, please dont buy this protector with the provision for the reader. It was a $40 mistake. Better ones available on Amazon for half the price. Another lesson learned. Shop around first. Shame on Connect Cell, for not backing up the products they sell. Yes I did crack the screen protector while trying to remove it but one can easily see the defect in the print reader area which would no longer work due to the cloudiness that formed inside the circle which I had nothing to do with. Really disappointed with them.. Fortunately there are other stores around for future business.

Jeremiah Schmidt at the US Cellular in Germantown on Mequon was so informative in getting my new phone set up. He answered all my questions and was was very patient. US Cellular has always had freindly associates, but I feel Jeremiah was the best I have had. He is very knowledgeable.

Great Service; Exzavier went out of his way to assist me with to get my unlocked Note 8 that I purchased online (not from US Cellular) moved from my old Note 4 (they have different SIM cards) He went the extra mile for me and it is appreciated. I had 2 previous bad experiences here years ago and Service has definitely improved GREATLY!
