Staff is always very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, always a wait. Waited 1/2 hour, fixed my problem by myself before being helped by associate. Glad to have the store nearby if there are things I need help with, though.

This store is a joke was told by employee I had a really great plan and not to change it so I listened to him yeah my plan was way worse then what I could have and ever time I went their its at least a hour to hour and a half for simple stuff
Update your store hours on the internet. When we drive 30 miles to your store because the people are helpful, on a Sunday morning and it says you open at 11 BUT you dont, it is very frustrating! We did not have an hour to waste waiting for noon to roll around!! Wasted trip!
I really wish I could remember the person I worked with. But with all that happened I just cant. I got my phone stolen, he was very helpful with getting anything I could do to get it taken care of. Even lightened my mood a bit. Very great service, very helpful, very kind!
Had a great experience at this US Cellular the other day. Im not usually much for writing reviews, but Tom was excellent and actually made it a pleasant experience. I mentioned I needed to be out of the store in one hour - and he made sure that I was. He helped me pick out some phone accessories and was great at letting me know he was listening to me. Hes the first agent Ive worked with in 16 years of being a customer that was able to hold a decent conversation and get my phone set up AND get me out of there in under an hour. Excellent. I could totally see myself going back to the store specifically to work with him. Great personality, knew what he was doing, knew his audience.

I made the mistake of switching to US Cellular from a carrier Ive been happy with for a decade and have spent the last three months crawling my way out of a wireless nightmare ever since. To this day Ive yet to receive any of the promotional incentives they promised for switching. One ineffective sales rep after another has led me in circles time and time again. At this point, theyre either doing it on purpose or their level of incompetence borders on the profound.Ive done exactly as instructed at every turn only to be told later that I was instructed incorrectly. Ive spent hours waiting in line to see sales reps about correcting issues that stemmed from one employees error, yet the steps the reps take to resolve the issue only continue to create more problems. Ive given up on the store to resolve these problems entirely and began working with the online support center, who always tell me to go to the store to get the problem fixed. When I politely refuse, they are actually able to help fix things.Its odd that the only time US Cellular has been effective in addressing any of my problems is when Im able to get an e-mail transcript of what was being said/promised...If youre thinking about switching from another carrier to take advantage of US Cellulars holiday promotions then realize you may never receive those promotions. Get everything in writing. When I first walked out of their offices the rep told me they didnt usually give the customers copies of their contracts. What? Then at every turn the reps told me everything was taken care of; that I didnt have to do anything extra. In each case they held the door open for me, shook my hand, and had a smile on their faces. Ive never seen an operation go so smoothly, but it turned out that was just because behind the scenes they werent lifting a finger to actually fix a single issue I was having. Id wait for the confirmation that the account changes were made, and then theyd never come. A few weeks later Id contact them and be told that the change was never made.When I turned my old phone in as they instructed I handed them the phone, they smiled, and told me I was good to go. I politely reminded them that they hadnt even asked me my name on that visit. How would they know whos phone it was? The rep gave me an oh yeah and then put my cell/account number on a Post-it note and attached it to the phone. That phone represented a $300 incentive and a Post-it note was my assurance that it would be handled correctly. I cant believe I was surprised that nothing here worked out.Im rambling now, but I just cant easily convey how stunningly inept these people have proven themselves to be.I had a Note 7 that Im still waiting for my refund on that too. Apparently the store couldnt issue me a check so now Im waiting for corporate to get their act together and give me the refund theyre legally responsible for.Nothing about this process should be this hard, but somehow US Cellular found a way. My advice: stay away.

Derrick at USCellular in Menomonee Falls was the best customer service rep I have ever dealt with. Not only did he help me quickly with the purchase of my new phone, he also gave me tips on my husband and fathers phones. Thank you! I will be back!
Really helpful staff. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because I had to wait over an hour for service. Seems I show up at the worst times, but I will continue coming to this location.

I wanted to switch to US Cell because years ago, I had it on the west coast and the service was great. I went into this office because I met the manager at a chamber event. After the initial buy, we had problems and subjected to a very dis-interested staff. We were sold a product with our package and were surprised to find the cost of it on our bill. We werent told in advance. We went back to have it removed but still had to pay for the month of owning it.There was no great customer service here. I felt all the sales people really didnt want to be there. Not the way to build a business. We are now dealing with another store.

I came in to the Germantown store about a week ago with a battery issue on my phone. Chris was the associate who assisted me, I feel as though he did everything in his power to not help with my issue. He tried making me file a claim on my phone for $175 then lied straight to my face and said that they didnt have a floor model with a functional battery. I drove to the camera case in Hartford where the associate swapped my battery immediately and helped me order a new one for $10.

I totally agree with the other person who rated this store. One other thing to mention, many times I have gone in, employees were idle despite the long wait times. One manager was doing just that, managing. It is hard to believe they dont have some experience dealing with customers to help reduce wait times. I was under the impression that US Cellular was trying to improve their image after the billing fiasco. They have left me wanting....Still!
I stopped in on a Tuesday night to pick up an iPad we had sent to this store. No one greeted me when I walked in. I waited twenty minutes for someone to talk to me, only to take my name, write it on a list, and comment that he didn’t know why anybody would send an iPad to the store. I waited another ten minutes, and was then helped by a different employee, and all he did was hand me the box and tell me to call 611 to get the iPad set up. Even though this location is close to my house, I will avoid it for future transactions.

They try making you pay for two phones when its still under warranty and what happened to the phone was it was sitting on a window seal and no one touched it and it cracked over night my Bluetooth wont connect ether I have had this fone for maybe 24 days. Oh my word Im thinking about switching to Verizon
Dont go here unless you have at least 3 hours to stand around picking your nose waiting for service. Three hour wait time just to get service. Apparently, you have to sign in when entering. Would be nice if they told you that, or maybe put a sign up letting people know that. Waited 2 hours before having to go interupt a sales associates who was with a customer just to ask how much longer the wait is since non of the associates bothered to tell anyone else waiting how much longer it would be. Was told it would be anotehr hour before Id get called. Really ridiculious that they dont tell you this when you sign-in or give anyone in the store an update for how long the wait is. Instead, they just have people literally stand around the store staring at the wall for hours. If the waits going to be that long, you should make appointments for people to come in and talk about their phones, and have more seating available for people to wait. Not to mention, you should get a sign to tell people to check in, and then let people know their wait time instead of letting them guess for 2-3 hours.Also, they had tons of people waiting to get helped and only 5 associates working. There were at least 7 service booths with associates at only 4 of them. Two associates left for the night in the middle of this extensive wait time. What manager has employees leave when theres a 3 hour wait for service with people standing around in your store? You couldnt have asked them to stay an extra hour to help with the wait? So that left only 3 customer service booths open. Each associate took OVER AN HOUR to sign people up for a phone plan. I could have bought a car or closed on mortgage quicker than they were taking...seriously! I ended up leaving because I didnt have another hour to waste on standing around.
I came into us celluar to just buy a cell phone upgrade. Sales rep Sarah you can have 2 ipods a wifi hot spot all free and y0u only pay $155.00 a month. I went to the Hartland Wi. store to have them explain my bill and the said you will be paying $255.00 a month and you owe $485.00 dollars in product.My time in the Menomonee Falls store was over 4 hours and I trusted Sarah. I feel Sarah stole from me. I complained to corporate and they made the cell package that I needed right and refunded almost all the money I spent. Sarah from the Menomonee Falls store will take advantage of you, she is a crook and a thief. Sarah should be fired from Us cellular. I will never, ever set foot again in the Menomonee Falls US Cellular store again.

Call ahead to let them know and put you on a list so when you get here you do not wnd up waiting over 2 hours to get help. Even with customers in store it takes along time to get to a representative.
