I am suprised how this store got such a great rating in Google! I found this store closing earlier than their posted time on the door or on the web. This is extremely disappointing when you have something to do (such as pickup, return, etc.) that needs a couple of minutes and you could not enter the store after driving 15-20 minutes just because the store is closed 10-20 minutes before their posted closing time!Also, they have hidden return policy which they do not post on their website.What a disappointment!

Home sweet home. Only this place makes shopping for my classic lip stain so easy. Ive been wearing the same lip stick for 7 years and it never lets me down. Keeping ladies looking amazing and feeling fantastic is what my favorite brand always delivers.

Good store. The employees enjoy being there and help however they can. There are plenty of people staffed at any given time. Good location. They keep the door open when the weather is okay, so it doesnt get too stuffy inside. The prices are a little high, but the rewards programs and great service make up for it.

This store is convenient to go to, but the staff is not friendly and the management is rude. Most of the staff is busy socializing with one another and not willing to help you. Luckily I know the store well enough I can find what Im looking for.I think this company needs to do a better job of selecting people for their positions, not everyone is customer service oreinted.

Great place, Lauren did an awesome job on my daughters makeup for her senior head. Ms. Latisha did an amazing job on my makeup as well.

Got good cosmetic stuff

The ladies followed my daughter and me the entire time we were there which made us feel uncomfortable 🐛 for the most part they were friendly and helpful.

My wife came home sobbing after a visit here. She stopped in evidently a little to late for the 3 staff working on Sunday afternoon to make fun of her, rush her and make her feel horrible to come home in tears.Wife did not want anything applied to her face. So 1 staff puts on a moisturizing tint cream, 1 staff laughs and watches, the 3rd staff looks and smirks not wanting the hassle of a question of what my wife came in to buy.Wife asks for a certain brush and they say no we dont have it and offer another one with Attitude and hurry up.She came home trying to explain what happened, - Im glad we live close by, As she walks out the door 1 of the staff locks the door and says if you want a facial make an appointment.WIFE asks to return $80 of items she says we are closed while other 2 laugh. She wanted to buy some items here for a date we have tomorrow and rarely puts any makeup on. Her mother died years back and she has never been the same. Getting dressed and ready is a chore never mind getting fancy with makeup.MESSAGE TO SEPHORA STAFF IN NEXT MEETING AT THIS LOCATION..Be kind for you do not know what anyone may be going through at anytime, including the 3 women working.

The associate by the name Lauren was rude, dry and have no customer service skills she should not work there if she’s unhappy with her job! This company needs to offer customer service training or hire new people with a better attitude and welling to help people!

Staff are not as helpful as they used to be here in Memphis and sorrounding area, Collierville and Germantown. The Pensacola Florida Sephora at the mall, I had a pleasant experience. But at Sephora, everything is expensive.

Every time when I walk in to this store. No one greeted me or acknowledged my existence at all, EVERYTIME!! The staff are just staring at you. I used to work as a sales associate and it’s not hard to say hi to ur customer.

I was there visiting this weekend and as we walked by I told my sister she needs to go and find her an eye concealer or something to cover her dark spots, so we walked in and had the pleasure of speaking to Javon oh what a sweetheart.. I have been working in customer service since I was 16 and I love it. I would’ve never thought I would’ve met someone who loves it as much as I do .. Javon helped my sister took her time and answered all our questions. Even though I wasn’t purchasing anything she took her time and still assisted me with tips about Sephora makeup.. I will be going to Sephora this weekend and hopefully I get a Great sales associate like Javon.. 😍😍😍😍.. great customer service perfect 10

My observation and experience the consultants are not helpful when they find out youre not going to spend a ton of money in this overpriced store. Found many inexpensive places online with same items.

I adore Sephora because since I started going here no matter which location, I never have come across a rude employee! Plus they give you a couple of samples to take home & try to help you decide which cologne/perfume is best for you. This way you wont purchase a bottle of fragrance for yourself & then regret it afterwards(at least not for tha sake of tha scent).

I love coming to this location specifically for its greater selection of false eyelashes. After visiting and checking other Sephoras around memphis, Ive come to find this one has the best and most false eyelashes.

This is one of the larger Sephora’s I’ve been to. The staff was helpful, they had all the products I was looking for, and there wasn’t a crazy line.
