They were friendly and very helpful. I spent a ridiculous amount of time trying to figure out what smells I liked and for what (lotion, cream, scrub, body wash, mist etc.) And they stuck with me ; ) lol, sorry guys. I hardly ever shop here so I had no go-tos (the final verdict)

Okay so I got a coupon for a free beauty or bath item value at $14.50 or less so I took it into bath & body works. I wanted to get a belated birthday present for a friend of mines daughter who was turning 12. I decided to use the free coupon and possibly get her something else from another store. I looked at a spray bottle tester and at the bottom it said $14.50. The salesperson informs me when reaching for the regular bottle that it was now $15.50 they raise the price by a dollar so that I could not use the coupon. The spray bottle tester still indicated that the price was $14.50. The bottom line is theyre using their coupons to get you into the store and then up selling the items by raising them a dollar so you cannot get the spray bottle. You have to settle for a lotion. I brought the matter to the attention of the sales associate and the manager and then they decided that they were going to honor the $14.50 price and I was able to get the spray bottle. Just make sure that you look at the price of the tester as well as the spray bottle that youre trying to get. They may try to disqualify items by just raising the price by a dollar or a few cents. This is a shady business practice and Bath & body works needs to be ashamed of themselves.

Bath and Body Works body products are okay, but nothing special. I shop there strictly for their candles. Theyre really strong and last for a long time. The 3-wick candles are overpriced just like everything else in the store, but they run perpetual sales so you can trick yourself into thinking you got a good deal. Seriously. Dont ever buy anything at full price because it will be on sale with a week. Anyway, Im mainly giving a 5 star rating for the employees at this location. They are always super nice and helpful.

My experience here is always amazing! I am always offered help when I come in. They have arrows on the floor to show you where to go when you are ready to check out as well as leave. The workers always sanitize the counters between customers checking out and they always have a positive attitude. The only issue I have here is what every woman has. I end up getting more than what I came in for initially. Good sales and always a new product. I love bath and body works! It is truly my kryptonite lol

Horrible customer service! I asked for a gift receipt. They did the transaction twice, refunded and then started all over again. No gift wrap, no tape, no nothing. Selling over priced low quality product with no customer service whatsoever.

This is my favorite place to purchase any sprays, lotions, and soaps. I love all of the different scents. The entire staff at this location is always very friendly and always with a smile on their faces. They are always willing to help you find something and even make great suggestions on which one to purchase because as you know there is so many choices.

Every time I go there and try to use their coupon there is always a hassle. Yesterday there was a sale for Wallplug Fragrance holders buy one get one free. I make my choices go to the register and they tell me certain ones are not included. However, the holders I choose are in the picture of the ad. This was my last time going into the store. People wonder why stores are closing down because customer service is terrible. Another lady who was beside me asked to speak to the manager and they said she was busy and couldnt be bothered. I would suggest either go to a different store or shop online. Im sure you will get better customer service by yourself.

I spend hundreds of dollars here. I go at least twice a week and spend hundreds. I had two coupons that they sent to me and they didn’t honor it! I was very disappointed! I love their products but their coupon policy is dumb! If you send two coupons in one day and can’t combine them why would you even send it? Love this place but very disappointed of their coupon policy.

It was a huge hassle to buy one thing for my moms birthday. The cashiers would rather chit chat with the only other person in the store. It felt like at least 5 minutes to check out and buy one thing while staring directly at them to come to the register. Awkward and awful.
