We called several lawn mower shops around Berkeley county and no one had what we wanted and said it would be 2-3 months before they could get it. We finally called GSE and they said yes we have it. We traveled almost an hour. They close at 5pm and we got there at 4:50. They stayed late so that we could get what we needed. I would give them 6 stars if I could. They we very helpful and didnt complain not once when they had to stay late to help us. They stayed until 5:45 to make sure we had everything loaded properly. Any where else would have complained the whole time. I would highly recommend them to anyone they are worth the drive.

Top notch service from the owner down! They were very professional in assisting my elderly father with his new riding mower. The staff went above and beyond their normal procedures which made my 3 hour one way drive worth it!Thanks again for what you guys did.

Bought a brand new riding lawn mower. brought it home and the deck was shaking really bad took it back and they said it was fine. and they would have to charge to fix it? if its fine why does it need to be fixed? terrible service and people. will never buy anything from here again and neither will my family.

Brought my zero turn in to get a belt put on. Guy called me a few days later to say it needed pulleys but he couldnt order them. Wanted to put on a $70 pto belt that he couldnt guarantee wouldnt tear off. They make u put down a $50 deposit in which he kept 25 for a service he couldnt provide. Would definitely not recommend them to anyone.

Very spacious place for lawn equipment

The Husqvarna dealer in Andrews said that it was going to take 3 weeks. Georgetown small engine took care of it in 30 minutes. I highly recommend Georgetown Small Engines.

Reliable and friendly folks here. All of my purchases and repair work here have had a good outcome. They are not so excited about working on old (obsolete) equipment but do a nice job on currently available equipment.If you like Husky saws and lawn equipment, they have large inventory of most everything offered. Good idea to watch for seasonal sales and special offers if you are super thrifty.

I left my lawn mower for repair. I was told that it is working fine after the repair. I paid and took it home. The lawn mower broke again about 20 minutes after I got it started.

The staff here is very helpful and they have a solid stock of mowers from residential to professional as well as any other equipment needed to make to outdoors manageable. Their service department has always been quick and reasonable. Recommended!

I have never been so disappointed in the quality of husqvarna or the service that I have received at Georgetown small engine all I can say is buy and get repaired elsewhere!!!!!!!!

Friendly staff, good customer service. This is the place to go if you like Husqvarna equipment. Just dont buy their propane, theyre very overpriced compared to others in the area.

I will never darken their doorstep again. Both their website and voicemail says the are open on Saturday from 8am to 12 pm. I drove 20miles to get a needed part and they were CLOSED! I waited from 8:30 to 9:30, I finally got tired of along waiting with others, you can believe I am not the only one who wont be coming back to GSE.....!

I walked into the store just looking for a zero turn to buy later down the road. I was shown a closeout model at a special price and bought it the following week. Very friendly and helpful staff. Huge selection also.

They have good equipment but the customer service is lacking. They often times dont call you when they finish working on your equipment. They need some competition.
