Absolute worst TS I have ever been too. Go to the one in Jarrell and you will be way happier. The store is messy, the kid who works there will avoid you if he doesnt know what the answer when you ask where something is, than he will say he is going to ask someone and hide from you for 20+ minutes. When you ask the cashier about am item that shows 4 in stock, she will call for help and you get the same kid who has 0 clue whats going on. I ended up putting a cart full of stuff back and leaving after wasting over 30 minutes in the store and getting nowhere with their employees. Like I said, go to Jarrell. Its cleaner, more organized and a way better staff

Friendly service, cashier was brand new but she greeted me with a smile. Seemingly well trained so far.

I love all Tractor Supply stores. This one is no exception. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is the fact that it is a little difficult to get to. Little did I know that you must go through the HEB parking lot entrance to access the TSC entrance. There is no separate entrance to TSC from the northbound IH35 frontage road. After I passed it up I took a short tour of Georgetown to finally reach my destination. But like all other TSC stores, it has a little bit of everything and the people are genuine and very helpful folks.

We go there to buy horse pallets. But you can find there some unique things like Christmas ornaments, pillows, things for decorating

We were looking for a large blue kiddie pool. The lady brought out a $500 pool. When it was the wrong pool, the lady that brought it out was complaining because she had to move things and was just very ugly about the whole thing. We buy a lot at tractor supply. I will only be going to the Belton one now since this one didn’t want our business.

Great place for experienced farmers as well as back yard gardeners. I get most of my lawn seeds here as well as my replacement mower parts. Plenty of nicknacks and such for sprucing up a front porch or driveway. Good tool selection, always gotta get some of the old fashion candies at the register.Good selection of nuts bolts screws washers in a smaller, accessible area than big home improvement stores.Plenty of fencing materials available.Friendly staff, always willing to help, usually available throughout the store.

They have a good variety of gardening supplies that you cant find at other retailers. However, their customer service can be improved and adding price tags to their items would be helpful.

Use to go there weekly to get dog food and treats and quickcrete but the service is terrible. Ordered and played for 6 bags of quickcrete and pulled around to get it loaded and waited and waited while an employee was talking to someone behind a big trash container and tried to be out of site. After going back into the store to ask who was out there if ignoring me, the lady at the register said it was the assistant manager. Avoid this store at all cost.

Great value on quality Pet and Truck supplies

This store seems to have gotten its act together, these days they have good stock management and capable help. They used to be frequently out of stock on things but that seems to have been solved. Keep up the good work and I will keep coming back.

Terrible Customer service! Went in for a propane refill and was told by staff to wait in side lot and someone would be right with me. I waited 10 minutes and when no one showed I called and was told it would be a few minutes and no one showed. I went elsewhere, I wont be going to Tractor Supply in Georgetown for anything in the future. A lot of people looking for work, they should hire some new customer oriented staff.

When I run into Tractor Supply for one or two things, I always find several things that I didnt know I needed! I especially love finding unique dog toys and fun gift items. The staff is always helpful and nice too!

Picked up a new lawn mower made in America... the heck with Home Depot or Lowes... keeping the little guy going..Had great service and personal attention... didnt have to hunt down a rep ...Great place ...will be back... worth it

This is my go-to place when I have to get chicken scratch and laying pellets. They have tons of stuff to look at so be careful if you are in the mood to shop ... you may leave with more than just feed. Friendly staff seems to always make check out speedy and pleasant.

Went to return an item that was unused. I did not have the receipt but they found my information in the computer and I had the card I used to purchase the item. When processing the return the manager grabbed a gift card. I asked if I could have the money put back on the card instead of getting a gift card upon which the manager rudely snapped at me saying I dont have the receipt so no. While I think it is ridiculous they can not just put the money back on my debt card, I was more put off with the total lack of caring and rude attitude coming from the manager.

Very helpful staff. The job smart tools are high quality for my uses. Wide range of products at lower prices compared to big box stores. Everything from small home repair to farm equipment.

I love shopping here! They have the BEST dry mixes for making Bread and Butter or Dill pickles, along with other canning supplies. When I need 50# sacks of chicken feed, I am always able to find a friendly face to load it for me.

Nice little tractor supply in Georgetown. The people are very helpful and will lead you personally to what your looking for which really helps because they have hundreds of products.

Staff were very nice, I was able to find what I needed, and the stuff here is mainly cheaper than Walmart and you can find what you need for pet stuff and for cattle. Even have dog vaccinations for owners thst are responsible pet owners.

Good store fair business however I think city of Georgetown ruined their location. It looks as though they were going to be on a frontage road to 35 however they never finished the road so youll be lucky to find it hurried back in the woods. Store isnt to blame however I wish Georgetown would finish the road so that southbound traffic can use the U-turn lane to get to the store. Hard to explain but if you visit the location youll see the road they were I refer to - literally stops right at tractor supply - feel like this location got done wrong.People inside are great no problems am happy to shop there it just really sucks if you miss the turn - turn like youre going to taco bell if you intend to visit this location! Thats the only turn that gets you there.

I went in to pick up an order and dealt with Michele and Eugene who were super helpful, and just really genuinely nice. It was the most pleasant chore Ive had in a while.

I have been looking for an augur bit locally without success, resigned to ordering online. I went to Tractor suppoty for a salt lick and deer corn. To my surprise, there was the augur bit waiting to be purchased! In fact, this location in Georgetown has many hard to find tools. Oh did i mention the staff is eager to help locate whichever item you are looking for? All of this assistance with a genuine happy cheerful disposition!I definately would return to shop at this Tractor Supply

Rude! Rude! Rude! I called to check stock of an item before making the 10 mile drive there, whoever answered the phone put me on hold for 14 minutes. I finally decided to end the call when I arrived in the parking lot. Obviously its much easier to just show up rather than call first. Upon checking out my cashier Dawn was so rude. Her customer service skills we some of the worst Ive seen in any retail establishment. I will not return here. I asked for a manager after feeling frustrated thinking maybe I could bring my experience to their attention. The manager on duty (I think she said her name was Michelle, she didnt have a name tag) wasnt any better. She was very rude as well, so I asked for the managers phone number, she pointed to the back of the store and told me to go back there and get the number from the service desk. Seriously? The customer service in this store deserves 0 stars!

On Monday, I went in to purchase a carry-on trailer. Jordan was very helpful! Though they were short-handed that day, he stayed non-stressed and focased while helping me. We got through the paperwork, and he found the hitch accessories I needed. After checkout, he hooked up my trailer and did a safety check to make sure I was road ready!Thanks for the excellent customer Service Jordan!👍

Tractor Supply Co. Is a great store but their supposedly low cost vetinary vaccination service -- Pet Vet Clinic (is pathetically unorganized and slower than slow. I advise you skip them and go to another (Austin Avenue...) clinic that knows how its done.

The staff was very helpful and the store was easy to navigate and find what I needed.

Love this store, you find things to decorate your yard, parts for mowers, planters, meds for the animals and so much more. Their service is great, someone is always ready to help.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE...So poorly ran by the manager. I went to the store to return a power washer which was less than 30 days old. Manager gave me such a hard time I decided to take it to another store where I felt they would listen to me. Showed up and they pulled my ticket from there system, which the rude disrespectful manager couldnt do. He said I would have to take it up with the corporate office. The other store refunded me with NO problems and within 5 minutes of being there. This store is one of the most unprofessional environments I have been in awhile.

Their propane is cheaper than the stores in Bastrop, Elgin and Taylor.

My family bought a chicken coop from TSC online for 149.99 best price around. We bought it Saturday night online. I picked it up Sunday morning around 10:00. Awesome, I was impressed with TSC operation. Not to mention I was loaded up and gone within 10min. Went home and put the chicken coop together. We had a great day and it started with the service at TSC- Georgetown.
