Purchased a used 2021 Kawasaki Ninja 650 ABS from them the middle of July. Nobody on the east coast had the color I wanted, new or used, but expanding my search westward paid dividends. I called to verify the availability of the bike, paid the deposit over the phone, and drove out to KY from VA a week later. I took a chance and paid the deposit for bike, sight unseen, but everything the salesman, Eric Green, told me about the bike was spot on. Everyone at the dealership was courteous, friendly, and accommodating, and the purchase was seamless. Any after sales calls have been accepted with open arms and all questions answered. I would definitely buy from them again

Update....I drove up to Georgetown Ky today to MLS Powersports to pickup my new blue KRX 1000. I will say that I was impressed with the way all of the staff treated me. I highly recommend them if you are in the market to buy a ATV, lawnmower, motorcycle, 4wheeler etc.

These guys and gals are great. I purchased my new kawasaki at another dealership many hours away due to the dealer at the time was only one in the state that had what I wanted in a sxs.Had a warranty issue and MLS is only about 40 minute drive for me. Called them with my issue and got my machine in and repaired as soon as my particular part was received. Will definitely recommend them and return with anything else needed. All the staff are very friendly and genuinely care for the people that walk through the door

They had the lowest price for a new 2020 Suzuki V-Strom 1050 I was looking for on CycleTrader so I made the 3 hour drive and am not disappointed. The staff is very friendly and professional. The bike is flawless and there were no hidden fees like some of the dealerships I have dealt with like to sneak in. I of course bought the bike and I will be back for my future motorcycle purchases!

Called about getting a broken bolt removed from the passenger foot peg mount on my softail and they said “No we can’t do that.” Really? You work on ATVs, UTVs, as well as dirt bikes and motorcycles. Can’t take out a broken bolt?

The service department personnel were more than professional making up the work order quickly, there attention to detail was note worthy. I was a little surprised that I could not leave my trailer there until my service was complete. I kind of understand the dealership not wanting to be responsible for my trailer.

Got a bike from them sale man didnt really seem to care if I got the bike or not. Couldnt test ride it but he said it was in great condition go it home rode it and would cut in and out took it back up there and they had it for a week and said it was fine. So I took it to a real shop and had it fix. If you buy a use bike or side by side make sure you have it checked first by Professional even if its a 2020 or you will pay for it later.

Great place. Drove down from Michigan to trade in some bikes on a new V Strom, they gave me good money on my trades and got me a great deal on my new bike. Plus they got me in and out in about an hour.

Wouldn’t buy anywhere else. We came from Michigan and it was a quick in and out for us. Treated us well and it was a great time for a road trip! We bought a 17 wildcat sport limited, then the next month came back down for a 18 wildcat sport for my father. We love our machines !When we add a machine to the garage we will be back down for a 19+ XX. Thanks for the great service and saving us a hell of a lot of money compared to Michigan.

MLS Powersports was amazing. We put a hold payment on a beginner bike, Suzuki GSX250R, about a week ago and when we came in to pick it up, they were phenomenal. A nice clean restroom for clients to use with clean spray, good cleaning soap, the grounds were clean despite the harsh rainfall happening today. Their stock was impressive as well, a variety of different new and used cycles and mowers available! Even amidst the current panic, MLS kept very clean and sanitary space so if youre looking for a mower or motorcycle / scooter, this is definitely a place to check out. Their representatives were all very polite and knowledgeable about what they have and are willing to order if you dont see what you specifically want! The process of getting the motorcycle was painless and easy, took more time getting my insurance company to fax our insurance information than to do the paperwork! If you want a place that feels like home and has amazing service while having a fabulous selection of Motorsport vehicles, this is definitely where you should plan your time for.

MLS has been a great company to work with. I have bought a set of rims from them along with several orders of OEM parts for my Wildcat. I have had to talk with Ethan and Austin several times when working on my machine and they have help point me in the right direction every time. At the end of the day i have a Arctic Cat dealer 30 minutes from my house but I always make the call to MLS who is over 6 hours away.A+++++

MLS power sports are not organized at all and have poor communication. I order parts for my side by side. When I called I kept hearing 3-5 days for the parts. 6 weeks later I called again their team stated my parts came in. I drove an hour to the shop they could not find my parts. 30 minutes later they brought me the wrong parts! I told them refund my money.

MLS works on my Yamaha 1700, and my Harley Electra Glide. They do great work at fair price. They get it done in reasonable time.

I would guess the first ten reviews were written by friends and relatives, I only believe the last two reviews. I bought off of these people through e-bay, I would not recommend buying anything from them through e-bay. Said everything was perfect on the ATV when I bought it. When I received it the tires wouldnt hold air, took it to my service shop and the tires had over 20 plugs in them. Mark would not stand behind his product and wasted a ton of my time, insinuated that I was lying to him. Buyer beware from these people.

Bought a 2014 wildcats trail . This thing has had shifting problems since day 1.Has less than 500 miles on it now and replacing a $464 dollar primary clutch because it’s sticking and in high gear it kicks out going down the road. No one stands behind their products . Looked on the internet and that’s been a big issue with no recall ?I will never buy another Artic Cat !!

I live over 2,000 miles away, and deal with MLS every chance I get. You wont find ANY business with more honesty, knowledge, customer service, and better prices. My 2014 Wildcat X has MLS parts and products all over it, and when something breaks, they will have what I need to fix it. My wife and I are disgusted by what some companies charge in shipping costs, but with MLS that is never a concern, most often our stuff ships for free. Mark and his staff are so easy to deal with it never ceases to amaze me. You cannot go wrong dealing with this company! MLS ROCKS!!!
