Great ice cream and great service.We wish the inside was open. 🤷

Absolute worst service ever! The young lady who was taking care of the entire facility didn’t even know her boss’s name. She refused to give me HER name when I asked who I was speaking with. She said she refunded my money for an item that wasn’t there, an item that she didn’t even know the name of, and an item that they’ve apparently stopped carrying. I’ve received zero notifications that my order was not gonna be correct or that they were out of anything, and my amount that I was charged $40 for ice cream by the way, was never refunded anything. When I called to try to get help, she wouldn’t give me her name, didn’t know her bosses name, didn’t know when her boss worked next, didn’t know how to help me. Do you wanna know why this company is continuing to go through people? Because clearly at the top level of this particular company, no one trains any of their employees or cares one bit how the customers are treated. Watch this one continue this behavior and go out of business.

HORRIBLE!!!! We ordered a SNICKERS sundae and it came with peanut butter because apparently they don’t carry SNICKERS topping?!?! Why advertise something you don’t carry???!!!

The ice cream was good, but we were sorry we couldnt go inside.

For her 1st ever visit to an ice cream shop,I took my 3 yr. old granddaughter and they treated us with great care and dedication to their craft of making ice cream an event! She had chocolate with sprinkles and just a touch of chocolate syrup to top it off. I said lets wait on the whip cream for. another visit. I plan on going back it was such a fun experience. Even on a Friday afternoon this shop was a little busy but the lovely lady behind the counter. took it all in stride without a hick up ! You need to go there, its in Georgetown off Williams Dr. Prepare for a positive experience all the way around!

Went there today in the Drive-Thru and the lady that was helping me proceeded to say that she hoped that the restaurant would never reopen where people could come inside cuz she didnt want to be around them because she was paid minimum wage and had no health care insurance... what kind of attitude is that portrayed to the customer? Unbelievable!

Went and was in line WAY before closing and little girl taking orders was very entitled and rude. No customer service whatsoever. Definitely wont be back again. Better off down the street at shakes or DQ. No need to support this baskin robbins with the way they treat their customers.Note: I mention I was there before closing because the car in front of me had a large order and were taking awhile to choose.

Got a 2 scoop sundae and boy was it two scoops. She measured it to the least micron. RIP OFF!!! Go to Marble Slab where a scoop of ice cream is more like three. Im done with this place, better off going to Dairy Queen where I feel respected. I gave this place two stars because 2 scoops, not a micron more.

I called asking about ice cream cakes and what they had available for pick up tomorrow, the girl that was on the phone put me on hold and then proceeded to not get back to me about the cakes they have available. I was put on hold but not really put on hold I could hear conversations VERY INAPPROPRIATE conversations between her and other co workers Ive been on hold for 30 minutes now. Love, love, love it! Ive been a huge fan of Baskin-Robbins since I first encountered them - over 40 years! Theres not one near me now, so Im really happy theres one so close to my daughters new home. I absolutely cannot wait for an excuse to get an ice cream cake; its been many years since I had one from B-R. Nothing else compares!

It was the best!! The young lady working was amazing. Our visit was on April 2, 2019 between 8 and 9:30p.m. Sadly I failed to get her name but if management reads this just no shes awesome.

Good experience, we showed up really close to closing time, Drive through lady was nice, everything was made as we asked. Please bring back pink-bubble gum.

Drive-In only ! went to Sonic right next to it instead, I will not pay the extra money If cant see the different cream flavors and eat in a nice parlor . Theyre just using co-vid as a gouging excuse.

Good flavors I am told. We went there because their web site ( for this specific store ) said they have sorbet and I am lactose intolerant. They did not have any and made it seem like it was a strange request. So I got to watch others eat their desert.

I love ice cream, and this establishment is always coming up with new flavours. Very clean and family friendly, welcoming staff.

Horrible service from managers. Workers did great but management was horrible. Gave us the wrong cake and they only offered a refund and they took the cake back. Then hung up when speaking to management.

This is the worst Baskin Robins I have ever visited. The service is extreamly slow, you can expect to be waiting there for at least 20 minutes. Plus, they are always out of the toppings. How can you run an ice cream place and be out of hot fudge, strawberries, and chocolate on a regular basis? I will NEVER visit this location again. You are better of driving 20 minutes to the one in round rock!!!

They where really slow the lady on drive-thru keep asking if we could repeat what we just said because she was not paying attention and when we paid she came and ask one more time was the flavor for my husbands shake and when they gave us the shakes they where missing the wipped cream and mine the almods....they need to get there stuff together and pay attention.So last night I gave them another try I have to say Alex make me change my mind he has super friendly and happy you can tell when somebody loves his or her job and he does he was really nice thanks Alex you are awesome.

At this Baskin-Robbins, never thought that I would taste ice cream sooo sour, not because of the flavor of the ice cream we got but because its patrons and employees. Went in and was completely ignored by staff, for no obvious reason. Theyd just served the customers ahead of us and then apparently it took all 3 of them to sort out a drive thru order. 10 minutes later, we all hadnt been helped, so we left.

Descent service. I drive 45 minutes to get my favorite drink. Its always a sad day when they are out of it.
