These bubble waffles are great! My wife had them a couple of times and was raving about constantly. I finally had the opportunity to get myself one of them (along with my wife and kid) and I loved it. I got the bacon bubble waffle. Fluffy waffle, tasty bacon and sweet syrup... what more do you need in a delicious treat?

These are oh so good!!! My favorite is the Church Lady 😍 The bacon waffle and the one with strawberries and cream are both amazing as well. The owners are very welcoming and all around awesome! You cant go wrong with a fresh bubble waffle from these wonderful folks! Highly recommended and Ill be back 😁

I had the one with honey a few weekends ago and cant stop thinking about it. I loved the softer more cake-like bottom part with all the honey and my husband loved pulling off sections of the more crisp bubbles at the top. Perfect for sharing but next time I am getting my own for sure!

My kids are obsessed with waffles, so when I heard Amanda Gonzalez had put together a Bubble Waffle booth at the Georgetown Farmers Market, we couldnt wait to get out there and try it out. Solid variety on the menu and amazing flavors that left my kids speechless. I hear they are now experimenting with more flavors of whipped cream and syrups, so we definitely need to get back out there.

I HAVE to give Syrup Bubble Waffle 5 stars! These things are amazing. My suggestion to anyone that reads this is to order the Strawberry Dream. Its incredible.Also, get there early, they sell out in a few hours. ;)
