I’ve only been to Crumbl one time. I used the app for curbside pickup and it was a breeze. Once I parked I used the app to check in. The app stated I was #2 in line. There were several customers in the store. A sign stated a maximum of 10 customers are allowed in the store. I waited a few minutes and a long heavy box of 4 cookies were handed to me. Each cookie is 4 to 4.5 inches in diameter. They are thick too. I don’t see how 1 person could finish a cookie in 1 setting. You’ll definitely need to share. The cookies are delicious! I’ll be back for sure.

I probably like crumble(and cookies for that matter) too much.....The standard chocolate chip is solid and different flavors are fun. Loved the peach cream pie. Keep experimenting!

Delicious cookies! Soft and flavorful. They have diff flavors every week, chocolate chip and sugar cookie will always be an option. Small location with a busy parking lot but service has always been quick. Never waited too long for an order. Staff is always eager to help.

Cookies always good! Today they were having some technical problems and a packed house and all of the young ladies kept their cool and got the orders out and were so polite and apologetic. Very good employees. Owners would be proud.

Went in today 8:30ish p.m and they had made all the cookies for the night. I was under the impression that we got them fresh out of the oven to the order. Sadly I was mistaken the cookies was over 2hrs old the cashier told me. I was sadden because I drove a 1hr to get fresh cookies.

Being the first person in line, I thought this would be a smooth trip. The lady told me to hang on and she will be right with me, which was no problem. However, 15 minutes later and still no order being taken, the cookies sold out online. She said “because the people online have already paid” well if you would’ve took my order, I would have also paid. The cookies are good, but looks like Georgetown needs to revamp their service since I’m not the only person saying how bad it is.

Tried their cookies for the first time about a moth ago and have been back every week since. These cookies are so decadent and soft, and all the flavors are amazing! The Georgetown location is very fast and efficient.

I love Crumbl because of the new flavors each week. There’s always something new to try AND they deliver! With three teenagers in the house the cookies disappear pretty quickly. My favorite is the iced sugar cookie. It tastes just like the ones I make at home.

This location is seriously awful. Placed a mobile order literally 45 minutes ago and still waiting. Other people have been waiting outside for way longer. Ordered 1 cookie and it should not take that long. It’s like going to the DMV for cookies. Honestly, it’s not worth it. Personally, I don’t like the taste of any of their cookies, they’re not good. My husband likes it so we go for him but nobody on God’s green earth should wait an hour for ONE cookie. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Go down across the street to Tiff’s Treats and get yourself an actual good tasting cookie in less than 5 minutes.

They’ve always had my order ready to go when I do curbside. Their cookies are always fresh and super yummy. Whenever I know someone has a birthday I stop by here and pick up a cookie and they always add a happy birthday sticker to my box.

I give a 5 for amazing cookies but I would like to rate the service of the store a 2.5. I would give it 1 star for service but today I ran into a nice lady at this location after the first employee was just nasty to me so I increase it for her. The employees here are a real problem though. I thought it was a bad day the first time but I have been here 4x now and they are always awful. No customer service skills. I do not tip at this location because of how they treat the customers. Please do some customer service training.

Such a fun experience. Ordering was quick and easy. While waiting our family watched fresh cookies being made. Our order of 6 came out in a timely manner and looked amazing!

I love Crumbl cookies, but tonight I had to wait almost an hour to receive my cookies. The online order had apparently been backed up for hours. The cookies were still good, but the wait time was outrageous.

Although the cookies are good they need a better method of service. I have not ever been to this store and not had to wait. Each time it’s at least 30min. Regardless if I’m ordering pickup online or in the store. I ordered one red velvet cookie for pickup at 6pm and did not get the cookie until they closed after 10pm. Every time I went up there to get the cookie they were “sold out.” I was told come back in and hour came back no cookie. Come back 30 min still no cookie. There just has to be a better way to keep track of cookies that are selling out and prioritizing orders.

First time going yesterday. Its in the Wolf Ranch shopping center close to Pearle Vision and other stores. It is a small store. You get to see workers rolling cookies and baking them. There are two screens to order and pay. You can also wait in line. They have delivery and curbside pickup also. Military get a 10 percent discount too!!!! The kids enjoyed the cookies for the most part. Their only complaint was the ones with the fresh icing on top were too soft. Service was great.

My initial experience with the customer service at this store was not great, but I was beyond impressed when the owner contacted me for feedback. This speaks volumes to the product and experience they are working to create and is much appreciated as a customer.I love crumbl cookies and will be sure to be back to support this location knowing they have management who cares about the customer experience!

Seriously good cookies. Curbside pickup and online ordering was painless. Strawberry poptart cookie was my personal favorite of the box of 4 we sampled. Cookies were served warm and the milk was iced cold. Extra props for being open late up in suburbia. Well definitely be back!

Amazing delivery cookies! The menu changes weekly, so snatch up a flavor while you can. The box is clean and makes for a lovely presentation. Most of the cookies come warm, a few are served chilled. The cookie bases are thick and some are almost cake like. Each one comes with unique toppings or frostings, making for a special experience. My personal favorite (so far) is the chilled sugar cookie with the pink frosting. The cookie is buttery and the frosting had a light almond flavor. I dont think you could go wrong with any of them! I have sent a box as a gift and it was truly loved.

The cookies are huge, about the size of your entire hand. 4 adults at my house can cut slices off and share them and a box will last for days but they’re so many delicious flavors that it’s hard not to eat them right away! Curbside is always fast and the cookies that are supposed to be warm ARE gooey and warm. Love to see what new flavors they have each week on the app.

This store needs to get it together. We waited over 55 mins from time of order placement, for a curbside order - zero communication from them until we finally walked inside. This, only to find out they were out of two of the flavor varieties we ordered. We then waited for them to come up with replacements. They said there was an issue with their app not showing we were there - seems like a pointless system for curbside. No customer service to make things right, just handed me the cookies and said, have a great day. Weve had more issues at this location than weve had good situations, usually having to do with them being out of things or having poor service. Cookies are good, when you can get them. This was the last straw for us. We wont be back.

Asked to use the kiosk and was told no they were trying to catch up on curbside orders, when the store was full of customers. Customer after me was allowed to use kiosk to order.. Horrible customer service! Workers standing around talking!! Took 45 minutes to get cookies!

Crumbl cookies taste amazing no matter where you go.But this store needs to restructure its serving process.I can understand being slow but I’ve been waiting an hour and a half for a curbside order. I spent 30 minutes in the lot, came in to find out there were still 12 people in front me so I left to run an errand and came back and they told me I still have 8 minutes. I just don’t understand.The curbside system also requires that you check in before they prepare your order. The system then tells you when your order is ready, so that’s when I came in the store only to find out I was nowhere near the front of the line.In summary, I placed my order at 4:11pm. It is now 6:41pm and I am just leaving.

The smells from this place have tormented me for weeks as I frequently find myself at the nextdoor FedEx.. finally had to go inside. All curbsides were full but they have easy, fast kiosk ordering! Win! And so in 1 stop I solved dinner AND dessert! #motheroftheyear!

The cookies are great. The only issue I have is when the cookies selected when ordering through the app are sold out when you arrive to pick up the order. This has happened on numerous occasions. On one occasion, I ended up having to wait an additional 20mins for them to bake the cookies. Whats the purpose of ordering ahead of time if youre just going to sell what Ive selected before I arrive?

Having to downgrade. The cookies are still great but the service had become horrible in the last few weeks. The kiosks no longer work; you have too stand in line and order when one of the workers can get to you. It takes forever; much of the time they dont do curb service and they frequently get the order wrong. Always open the box and check before you leave there store!

I wish there were boxes sold for 4 cookies but was told that due to a national shortage. When this happens, I wish single cookies were less expensive. There should be glassine envelopes available if you want the 4 pack and they dont have a box available.

I order a the party pack of Crumbl cookies every Friday for my office. Everyone goes crazy for them. There hasn’t been a week that we ordered them and haven’t just devoured them!We took one week off and ordered fr a different company and it was just so disappointing in comparison. WE LOVE CRUMBL.There’s some cookies that we just love and are sad that we don’t get it every week, but the business strategy of changing your menu is honestly genius. Because we just HAVE to try the new flavors every week.

Cookies are delicious but the customer experience is terrible. They are usually out of flavors by noon and they don’t make any more. Also, the wait times on their website are a joke. They tell you that the order will be ready in 2-5 minutes but you should expect to wait at least 20 minutes. The worst experience thus far has been waiting 30 minutes after placing the order online (on a Monday morning at 10am) and having the manager tell me that they “didn’t read the baking instructions and it takes two hours to make the cookies”. My recommendation to anyone is drive across 35 and order from Tiff’s Treats. They never seem to run out of flavors and never have to wait.

This Crumble location is very nice! It had always been clean and the line moves very quickly. The people who work there are very kind and are hard workers.

I changed my mind: this store is garbage. I’ve been to this store so many times and every single time I wait 45+ min for a single cookie. I’ve been to many other Crumbl stores and none of them have these issues. Customer service at this place is so bad. All they worry about is completing door dash orders. I was in the store with like 20 other people and only 4 orders were called in the time frame of 45 min. Also don’t bother ordering them in advance you’ll have to wait just as long. You also can only order 6+ cookies to go this store doesn’t offer the single packs for delivery. Oh one more thing: they are almost always sold out of the cookie you want. Get it TOGETHER crumbl

Ordered cookies to be delivered to my mom for Mother’s Day and they were delivered promptly, warm and delicious. I was notified regularly to know when they were making there way to her and when they arrived. She loved them and I loved how easy it was to surprise her!

Went to the Georgetown location to try this weeks new flavors. When I arrived, the kiosks on the wall were out of order and no one was taking orders at the front. I was waiting in the very long line for awhile before another person in line spoke up and asked why they werent taking any orders and only fulfilling the online orders. Another lady in line even ordered from her phone just to get her order taken since the workers only seem to care about online orders here. I will be going to the Pflugerville location from now on, this Georgetown one needs more workers or better management.

Desserts are delicious but the customer service is definitely lacking. First time here, Id imagine management would at least ask staff to greet customers and direct them towards the self checkout tablet instead of ignoring people. Flavors are bomb though.

On multiple occasions, my curbside pickup order was lost, and I had to go inside and speak with a worker. Each time, they either missed the order entirely or gave my order to someone else. Walk in orders can be handled in 5 minutes or less, but curbside always takes 30+ minutes and additional action.For a company that brands itself as modern and tech-savvy, this is unacceptable indeed.
