Do you guys even care anymore? Used to be great but now I cannot justify returning with the product you are providing. Today I purchased a dozen variety for the new employee and when I opened the box I was so embarrassed. No one is touching these.

These shops are franchises and all are now different. These people are rude and use old grease. These people are not up to the old standards. I wont go back to this location. AND DONT TRY TO GET A FREE DONUT ON DONUT DAY!! What a joke!!!

I used to get devils food chocolate filled donuts from the location near my home when I lived in Houston and now both locations in Round Rock Ive noticed are very stingy with the chocolate filling. I wouldnt call them chocolate filled so much as chocolate dripped. Because there is about a drip worth of chocolate filling in there instead of the donut being... you know.... filled. Maybe just ask to top them off if you get filled donuts at these locations

Young girl didnt know what she was doing. Had to go back inside twice for wrong filled donuts. And we were the only customer in store.

Giving up on Georgetown Shipley locations. After an initial drive to the other location to find out they dont have donuts, I drive here. Gave my simple order twice, employee repeats it and looks as though she writes it down. Still couldnt get it right.

The Shipleys on leander has much better service and quality personality, as well as a more laid back atmosphere. Patience is needed though as there is never more than one person working. If they had more staff at this location they could close willaims and make more money.

My children and I had a sad experience at this establishment this morning. It started with the attendant ignoring my greeting, continued with his inability to get my order right, then rolled his eyes after I asked for an item that he did not note with the order nor charge. I declined the item as free of charge and provided my card once again for the purchase. Classic learning opportunity for my kids on the subject of poor customer service...

I would advice those seeking adequate service and competent staff to stay away from this place. I have been here one to many times, tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. However, they constantly get my order wrong, the staff at the front is passive aggressive and rude. STAY AWAY!!!

Cant go wrong with a fresh Shipley donut! This location rarely disappoints, call ahead for large orders. The staff isnt always the friendliest (this seems to be a theme at most locations) but I can get past that.When I was a soda drinker, Shipleys was my favorite place to get an icy Dr Pepper to get my day going! I love that regardless of the location, the quality remains!

Great service. I called ahead at 5am for5 dozen donuts. When I arrived they had my order ready with a smile. Donuts were great too!!!

I placed a large order of donuts, kolaches & coffee for a local school breakfast & Shipley’s was awesome! They accurately took my order over the phone & they had everything ready right on time when I picked up. I will use them again next time!

Bad service. Came in early and wanted to have a nice cup of coffee with donuts. Instead I got cold coffee and got the wrong order several times.

Listen...I have been out of state for awhile now and those other donuts places dont compare. Ill eat them all the while imagining Im eating Shipleys donuts. So of course the second I get back to Texas, you bet your bum Im gonna go straight to Shipleys to get me some donuts holes. Hands down the best. Good customer care and donuts nice and fresh.

I specifically asked for 2 chocolate cake donuts with chocolate icing 2 kolaches 1 dozen donut holes and a large chocolate milk. total 11.88I was given plain cake donuts with chocolate icing when I asked the rude girl at the window said they were chocolate cake. My son bit into the donut and it was plain cake. Since I had to go back in and request the milk I took the donuts too - they explained those were what they considered cake donuts and they didnt have chocolate - Why couldnt they just say that at the window. then they proceeded to tell me I didnt pay for milk..... I really dont think each of those items was over $2 but okay, I dont go there that often so maybe a price adjustment. The girl from the window proceeded to look at me through the window as I got back into my truck obviously annoyed, but really?? Is it too hard to put a little effort into your job and at least try to explain to the customer when they order a product you dont have. This is not my first bad encounter with this particular girl thus the post. Personally, I will avoid and tell all my friends too.

I left my debit card there and the wonderful cashier held onto it for me... I wouldve given them 5*s even before that!

Great doughnuts but slow window service

The staff is friendly & wonderful, donuts are great (of course), place is clean BUT that manager... I can see why they are always short on staff. She is rude to her employees & scolds them in front of customers... the woman is a horrible manager and should not be employed in any business remotely related to contact with customers. She makes her staff nervous which causes them to make mistakes.

We come here around the same time everytime we come.The (i assume) owner is abrasive and untrusting of her staff and constantly micromanaging, giving the side eye to them. She makes it unbearable to sit inside and enjoy myself.As for the food its the same tasting Shipleys i grew up with in Houston, so Im happy about that.Clean too.

The staff here is friendly, but are constantly being rushed by manager or owner. This causes frequent mistakes in orders. I have stood at the counter for twenty minutes before being greeted or helped on numerous occasions. I only go here because of the great quality pastries and its location.

Not sure what the deal is with the cream filled donuts but every time I buy them there is hardly any cream in them. I bought cream filled...not a smear of cream.

How can I give Shipleys a bad rating they make donuts only thing I will say tho is make sure to get their earlier or they probably wont have the donuts you dont want but thats my fault for going late.

Store was clean & service was excellent.Pastries were fresh and warm.

The line wrapped around the building and moved extremely slow. I was almost late to work because of it... However the donuts were good, when I finally got them.

Food is tasty, but service has gotten so slow in the morning .....7 workers in the back and only one person at the drive through and one at the inside counter. It is frustrating.

Manager causes a lot of stress on workers and needs to tone down the attitude! She makes the workers uncomfortable and that makes customers uncomfortable. Really unkind woman!

Small kolaches you use small sausage. Large kolaches they us small sausage. Too much dough on the large kolaches you need to use bigger sausages.Donuts are still ok,but kolaches need help
