My husband Bob and I came to the Verizon Georgetown store today. I wanted to get. a phone upgrade. Our salesman was Michael. We both had a great experience! Both of us got new phones. Michael was great at answering all of our questions and gave fantastic customer service. We believe he deserves a big pay raise.We are very happy with our new phones! Michael quite literally provided the most enjoyable experience weve ever had at a Verizon store. Not only did he work hard to ensure we got the most savings available but he went above and beyond to make sure my fiance got a nice surprise tomorrow, Christmas morning. The store in Millsboro told me they had the phone she wanted but when I got there they were out. Called the Georgetown location and Michael had what I needed but I couldnt get there before closing. I went to the Millsboro store looking to buy the iPhone XR. I worked with Michael who actually works at the Georgetown Verizon store but was just filling in this night. He was very out going and very easy to work with. He was not pushy at all like another Verizon rep in another location we had dealt with earlier that morning. The phone I wanted was not in stock but he was able to order it for me and when it was delivered he had it all set up and ready for me to pick up. I enjoyed working with him and would definitely do business with him again. If you go to the Georgetown location make sure you ask for Michael!

I have been a Verizon customer for 10 years. My wife and I just moved to the area and needed new phones and a new Verizon rep. We were extremely fortunate to meet Michael! Michael is by far the best rep Ive ever had. Not only did he go above and beyond to help us get squared away with new phones, he even stayed way past the time he was was supposed to leave for the day to ensure we were all squared away. He wasnt pushy, he was extremely knowledgeable, and it was clear that his only goal was to make sure we got the phones we needed at the price we could afford. We could tell that he throughly loves his job and gets satisfaction from helping his customers. That level of customer service is something I have never had with prior reps. I had a wonderful experience at this retailer, located in Georgetown, DE, after my phone stopped working in the middle of a business trip. I was completely stressed out because my phone died and not only did they calm me down, the kindly helped me with all of my issues. In fact, they let me use the wifi to finish my meetings while they helped me to get a replacement phone. Excellent service! Both Michael and Brittany are exemplary employees!

Walked into this store looking for a phone for my dad and had one of the best experiences in my life! The rep. That helped us was a lady by the name of Ileana and I gotta say she was more than amazing.my dad is an elderly person who only speaks Spanish and what I wasnt expecting is that she made my dad feel welcome and listed to what we really needed and spoke SPANISH!
