I purchased a phone 2 days ago. Came in yesterday to ask a question and whom I believe was the Mgr really answered my questions. Later that evening I swung back by cause I had an issue with my phone.Now whomever or whatever this person identifies as, they were rude with me in trying to assist me in something that literally took 2 mins.I had a good experience up until then. Im a chef for a restaurant and Id NEVER allow my employees to be rude like that to customers πŸ˜’πŸ˜‘.

Had a great experience Chelsea Melissa and Adriann were very helpful. Helped me pick out a great phone that fit my needs and were nice and polite. Felt very bad that they had to deal with the very rude lady that was in there that allowed her teenager to yell at them for no reason and say disrespectful things and refused to leave. There’s no need for anyone to be that disrespectful. The ladies that work there are more than happy to help and are very honest. Would 100% recommend this place to buy a phone and any and all of your needs.

Went into this store to pay my bill. We had our bill on recurring payments and because my debit card updated the expiration date, cricket did not put in new expiration date and the bank did not process the payment. Went in and immediately was told I had to wear a mask by a rude person. I said all I want to do is pay my bill. She refused to wait on me because I didn’t have my mask on. She said it was company policy. Went to the other cricket store and was told there was NO COMPANY POLICY FOR MASKS!!!! What a joke!!!

Walked in and no one was behind the counter, we rang the bell on the door several times, yelled into the back to have someone come help us, seriously thought the place was left abandoned. Then the woman appeared with an obviously sleepy look on her face. This girl was legit sleeping in the back room!!! She had the audacity to then be rude to us. I left! Going to the Leander road location now! I was about to drop $1000 on new phones for the whole family!

Walked in to the store to find out about the recent migration and when simply asked about it, the man at the register replied with a very sarcastic-toned response that the migration has been going on for a while. The online instructions for the migration state no activation fees for current customers, and when I asked after he quoted me a 25$ fee, he responded with I dont know how other places do it, but we are privately owned. From the looks of the other reviews here, the owners may want to look into investing in some sort of customer satisfaction initiative. I will be taking my business somewhere else from now on, even though the Georgetown location is way more convenient. Not worth leaving feeling unwelcome.

There has been one person running this store in the last couple of days for 2 hiurshbith ddays.Iswear he doesnt know what he is doing. When he called his supervisor for help, no body answered the phone. I bought another phone and he set the phone up to a number that belongs to a different person. I bought two different phone in two days. The phone I have I can text and receive calls but cant call out plus its not my phone number. When I call my number it says phone is not set up for calls at this. I have to be late or miss work to get this problem taking care of.

I went in to this store to buy a phone, I decided to get the blackberry curve. So my total came out to 150 for the phone and 50 for the service, it came out to 220 total. A week later I decide that this phone is horrible and the service is worse. I dont like cricket at all this service sucks. I dont get signal anywhere. So I go back to get a refund on the phone and service and this lady at the front with tattoos refused to give me a refund, made up multiple excuses as to why she cant give me a refund. And when I finally convince her to just refund my phone she tells me The system is down. I wish there was a way around this I really just want a refund so I can get a phone somewhere else. If anyone has suggestions comment on here what I should do.

Poor-Fair doesnt even begin to describe how horrible the service is at this store! I went in with my fiance and her mother to get phones and the two main ladies (shall I even call them that, they were more juvenile) ignored us for a while, were of us trying to seemed to be getting irritated with us trying to get phone service with them. Someone from the head department of Cricket wireless needs to come in and clean up the store or they will lose much business thanks to the childish girls working up front. They even talked in Spanish about us to one another and the stuff they said was horrible I thought it was extremely poor of them to do so but loved the looks they had when they realized we understood them. Still having issues with them currently they kept the money from the down payments made on the smartphones we tried to get. Please if you choose cricket avoid this store and take the time to go to another place, I truly hope they remove those girls, or otherwise like Ive said they will lose many clients to girls that care more about getting trashed after work and the drama in their lives.Thank You

I took my broken screened phone there to get a new one and I was told to go buy a go-phone at Family Dollar and bring it back to the store. So I get back with the $15.00 phone and the employees were having a difficult time with the whole situation so I told them I would be back in about an hour to get it. When I got back they were like Oh, we figured it out right after you left, here you go! So i had a working phone, which was good, although no transference of my contacts. Later that evening I made a call and my Pops was like what is this number you are calling from and I was like what are you talking about... Turns out this store had actvated a second line, charged me for it, and left my original number activated as well. When I complained about this somehow my original phone number was deactvated and I couldnt make any calls for about two weeks. The store also refused to refund the money for activating that second line that I never asked for. This store is Risky Business, to say the least! I have to agree with Jenn Non-Ya about the feeling of not being welcomed there. Discrimination maybe... Hmmmm.............

Ive been to this location 3 times and only one time was less than bad.. The information online states they the store closed at 7:30pm, I called at 7 and got no answer.. Made it to the store at 7:11 with $700 dollars in my hand to buy an S7. the employee looked at me like I was stupid when I attemepted to open the locked door even though that location should have still been open...

En cada ocasiΓ³n que he ido a esa ubicaciΓ³n de Cricket he recibido un pesimo servicio pero lo de hoy a sido increΓ­ble. En primer lugar no tienen un triste parqueo especΓ­fico para los clientes de Cricket. Segundo, la seΓ±ora que tienen en el mostrador no tiene conocimiento ninguno de los servicios que ofrece. Fui con la intenciΓ³n de cambiar un nΓΊmero ( de una cuenta de Cricket) pidiΓ³ ID del dueΓ±o de la cuenta. Es que acaso ella no sabe que existe un PIN de acceso? ConclusiΓ³n en mi opinion deberian cerrar esa ubicaciΓ³n pues nunca a servido para nada. PΓ©simo servicio el de hoy
