Went last week to find out how to get my phone replaced or fixed due to malfunctioning battery. I had an appointment but it was obvious that the appointments were superfluous. The rep was very curt, immediately told me to call the insurance company. I had to ask her for contact info and said I wanted to also look at changing plans. She again was curt and extremely unhelpful.I called the insurance company and they sent me back to Verizon. I called and the online rep was helpful and knowledgeable. She put everything in motion to help me. If the sales rep in-store had done even ONE of those things, my week may not have been with a frustrating phone.Ill be going to a different store in the future or change carriers.

Eva went above and beyond to help my family switch over to Verizon. The situation got a bit messy due to the specific carriers we were coming from, as well as some phone backorders. Thankfully, Eva was patient and super helpful, following through until the transfer was complete. Im incredibly grateful to have worked with her, as well the other associates in the store. Would definitely recommend this location.

This is the best Verizon store in Central Texas. I highly recommend shopping. I went to the store with questions concerning changes to Safe-Wi-Fi. I got accurate answers to my questions and an account review that saves me $5.00 per month. Kudos to Nancy for great customer service!

The best customer service we have ever had. Andrea and the rest of the gracious staff put up with the two of us (un-savy and tech clueless old people). She patiently set us up with two, new, wonderful iPhones. JOB WELL DONE-Thank you!

I have spent 3 hours calling Verizon and get disconneted when I ask for technical help. My phone drops calls and people say it goes in andout of them hearing me. The phone service connects me to chatwhich did Not help. Do not call this center for technical help because they do not talk to you. You are switched to a very unhelpful recording that is the same no matter which verizon number you call. I am totallydisgussted with Verizon. I get one or two bars in Sun City.

I went to this store to upgrade two devices and make plan changes. The person assisting me said that they cannot convert my plan to prepaid, that I would have to start a new account for that. The employee and their co-worker did not know how to do it, so it didnt get done. For devices, only one of the two was in stock, there were no promotions available, only full retail prices that were much higher than purchasing from the manufacturer direct. They tried to offer an unlimited plan, which is not really listening to what I was trying to accomplish, but after they saw that I was not interested in buying an unlimited plan, I was not treated very well, and they ushered me to do my phone business online or through the phone-based customer service. Essentially the employees only want to sell unlimited plans and have little patience for existing customers, especially when it comes to switching to a cheaper plan. I was very unimpressed by this store and I suppose I wont be visiting again since after twenty years with Verizon I ended up going with a different carrier completely. Only come here if you are a new customer interested in buying an unlimited plan. If you are buying high-priced plans, Im sure you will be treated like gold. But if Verizon already has your money, youll be only an annoyance to them.

Negative 10 stars sick of it Called 512-876-2005The number listed for this store it’s not the number it’s to the Verizon call center and it’s a 30 minute Waite just to get told to go on Verizon.com I am a ATT customer and was going to switch to Verizon I had a question about a phone and wanted to see if it was Available in the store before I drive up there witch I did not just based in the phone number and sorry Verizon customer service I can’t even speak to someone in the store very sad if I did not want to use the internet and give all my info just to find out it’s not available in stock at the storeJust a sad situation all around so many red flagsStay away from this store can’t even talk to a person in the store

Chase gave me two written quotes, I got my Verizon bill and it was much higher. The store refused to honor their written quotes. Verizon corporate fixed everything. This store is bad news, other customers in store indicated same problem. Verizon has been a great provider. Buyer beware when you walk into this non corporate store on University in Georgetown TX.

Nancy helped my wife and father in law get new phones. She was unbelievably patient and helpful. She took time to answer every question and explain all the details clearly. Usually it can be a confusing and stressful time upgrading phones and navigating through all the payments and bill, but Nancy did the best job. Highly recommend coming here and working with her if you need any help with Verizon!

Tonight my SIM card decided to stop working on me. I needed to get it replaced before tomorrow so I ran down to this location. The store closes at 7 PM and I arrived at 6:49 PM. When I got there the door was locked and the employee was vacuuming. I knocked on the door as it was still during business hours and she shouted at me through the glass, closed! I made a motion to the sign with operating hours and she shrugged and turned her back to me. I guess its time to switch to a new phone company.
