1st your customer service is TOP NOTCH. However, I have to say that the reason for that is Skip McCracken. I have been taking my vehicles to Skip for what seems like forever for service and he is lets say DA MAN! I dont trust anyone but Skip for my vehicle needs. He is in constant contact with updates and just keeps me reassured that my vehicle is in the best hands. Thanks so much for everything you do Skip and the mechanics at Georgetown Ford!!!!

Calling and reaching someone in the service department is an all day affair as they seldom answer before 4pm. Talking to the general manager is a waste of time. All I needed was an oil pressure switch replaced on my 2018 F150 FX 4 Supercrew with 3 5 turbo and it took three days. There was another man waiting on the paperwork for his superduty who said his truck was in the lane finished and ready to drive off but he had been waiting over 40 minutes for the paperwork.. He said the mechanics are good but the service people were terrible.
All staff are extremely courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. A dealer service department that treats customers like a mom and pop shop, yet has the training and access to all the latest technology. Bonus points for not finding something that needs to be fixed like less trustworthy shops sometimes do.I have owned Toyotas most of my life and took a shot with Ford two years ago. So glad I did!
I would give their service department zero stars if that were a possibility.In a word: inept. To elaborate, my 2020 Ford Explorer with only 15K miles on it started having transmission problems on 5/19/2021. I drove the vehicle to them for service with an appointment on 5/20/2021. They took several days to diagnose the problem (which is understandable), but then they delayed ordering parts for an insane length of time. Now, on 6/14/2021, almost a MONTH later, they are *still* trying to diagnose the problem with the transmission AND they are still ordering additional parts.Which brings me to the next problem in this review. Communication. They have been completely inept at clearly communicating the issues with me. I, the customer, have had to initiate EVERY communication with this service department. I have received exactly zero calls from them with updates about the service progress. When I call, I get different answers depending on who I speak to. Last week I was told that all of the parts were in and that the vehicle should be ready early in the week of 6/14. Today I call again and was told that, no, additional parts are now needed and that it will probably be ready next week. Remember that they have already had the vehicle for almost an entire month. The service advisers clearly dont talk to one another, the parts department is not giving clear answers to the service advisers, and, worst of all, they are not proactively reaching out to me, the customer, with clear updates.If you can you get your vehicle serviced anywhere else, definitely think twice before going to this dealership.

If you are looking for the most painful way of buying a car, this is the place to go. If I could give negative stars I would. Chad who is supposed to be the head manager there could not have been more dismissive towards us. He was not helpful in any way. This place really lives up to the stereotype of buying a used car. I would rather pound my head against a brick wall then go back to Georgetown Boulevard. Thanks for wasting my time.

If this is how you run your business then you should be ashamed, or you have to much money and dont care about getting service work. I was looking to get my fleet of trucks serviced but not now. I will be takeing my business to Hertrich Ford instead. Shameful

Shady place and the General Manager Chris was unprofessional. I went to buy a Jeep off them and they showed as local to me since they deliver vehicles to your home and I am located 2.5 hours away. I did all the financing, took pictures of my trade, agreed to all terms and financing on 5pm on a Saturday. The salesman saidGreat we have a deal and on Monday morning we will send over paperwork and deliver your Jeep. At 10am that Monday, another salesperson heard about the deal and brought in a client who bought the Jeep. I run an office of 225 people and if I conducted business like this place, I would be out of business. Beware of this place!

Went in for an oil change. Had an appointment and waited. Took just over 2 hours. Oil change was done right. No issues there. Just took way too long and he waiting room wasnt sanitized regularly. Even after I said something, it took another person complaining 30 minutes later for the chairs to be sanitized. Other than that it was a pleasant visit and yes, I would return for service.
I purchased a Ford F-150 Raptor from Justin Smarte at Boulevard Ford and can honestly say it was the best car purchasing experience I’ve had by far. Buyer BEWARE!! Very disappointed! Paid cash for a used car. I understand it was as is but was told there were no issues with it besides the brakes which I fixed the next day. Took it to mechanic for inspection and it needs over $10,000 in repairs. The mechanic also told me it was unsafe to drive! I guess I learned a lesson the hard way. But even more disappointing is that I called several times and have left several messages for the GM and have yet to get a response!

I purchased a extended warranty and I took my truck to have it repaired and nothing I have had break down has been under warranty and I bought every one they had the people lie in there they didnt know what paper I signed the computer needed a new password I dont recamend buying anything from them and I thought preston was a good business to buy from

My fiancé had just bought a 2020 Ford Fusion back in June and unfortunately it ended up getting into a accident so it got totaled. He really wanted to get the same exact fusion but of course they discontinued the car, but Justin Smarte fixed that problem for him. Justin was able to find almost the exact same car for him except the color was different and the rims were a different color, but Justin also fixed that problem, we loved the black so we kept it but Justin promised us he would get the rims changed and sure enough he kept his promise! I left my broken car there Friday afternoon because they said they couldnt get to it until Monday. I live 3 states away They said 930 Monday . It is now 130 and I havent heard a thing and they wont answer their phone. My advice? Buy a Toyota,

WTH! Im waiting for my trucks oil change and Boulevard has some sort of YouTube streaming on their TV in the waiting room. Ive never seen such nonsense in my life. Its crap that would appeal to a 10 year old. Everyone in the waiting room is an adult with average around 50. I guess Im going to go and complain.

Absolutely horrible service!! Never seen anything like it. Bought a 2015 Ford Escape that in the end paid about 20k for and have been there three times to get it detailed and each time they failed!!!Never been so disappointed in my life.Service manager should be fired!! First time we went to pick it up not only was it not detailed but it had a nice gouge on the right quarter panel.They promised me theyd make it right.What they did was dab it with touch up paint.Horrible place. If I owned the company we be looking for a new service manager and maybe a few others as well.Unfortunately the lack of communication didnt help as our salesman.. forgot we were brining it in and although we tried to get ahold of him and the floor manger no one ever answered our calls. Furious with the lack of professionalism.
Bad experience buying a car! I had a conformation from the dealer that I am coming first thing in the morning on Monday to buy the LandCruiser. Started the communication on Saturday. Waisted a day of my life making work arrangements, to get there and someone else to buy it under my nose, because he got there 5 minutes earlier. That’s why I am leaving 1 star review. Bad way of doing business.

Many thanks to the service department. I found myself in sudden need of new tires and because of Covid19 was afraid of going out to get this done. They came to my house, picked up my car, installed the tires and brought it back to my house. No extra charge. Great experience and great service. Highly recommend them.

I bought a used truck there and after the sale was done the salesman would not follow through on his promises. It took nearly 3 weeks to get it taken care of. They suck. The service department was a lot better they got everything resolved.

On a late Saturday evening I searched for a Honda Element and Boulevard/PRESTON had one. I called hoping to just leave a message; however Mr. Ray Turner-Salesperson at Boulevard answered the phone and I was able to establish a link with the dealership. Needless to say, it was a very pleasant surprise to hear a human at the other end of the proverbial line. I made an appointment for the following Monday, which Ray reminded me via e-mail. Drove the car. Liked the car, decided to make an offer with some conditions which Boulevard management accepted and we made a deal. They worked on the brakes, which one of the conditions...while I waited. However, half way to my house a Tire Pressure Management System warning light came on. I talked to Ray about it and he indicated that he would request the light to be checked by a Ford Preston dealership close to my house which was performing the MD inspection. When the Ford dealership was not able to fix the warning light, Ray mediated in my favor with his managers for the Element be fixed at a Salisbury Honda dealership. I expressed to Ray that the kind of customer service, staying behind the product they sell, is very uncommon nowadays. Thank you Ray and your dealership for making the car buying experience a very rewarding one!!! Next time I need a car or know of someone who needs a car I will call Ray Turner at Preston Boulevard in Georgetown, DE.

Love my Escape but the service,,, not so much. The waiting area is very pleasant and comfortable but my complaint is with the service computer. I responded to a recall about the dipstick early after acquiring my Escape. I was told the oil change required for the recall would not be considered my first free oil change. When i returned for my scheduled one, I was told they had no evidence I was still entitled to a free oil change. Otherwise,, the service is great. I would definitely recommend Boulevard Ford to others.
My first time taking my Escape to Boulevard Ford for routine maintenance. Making an appointment online was very convenient. Service was completed quickly. Everyone I encountered were very friendly and helpful. I will continue to bring my car there for service. They will be my first choice when the time comes to consider my next Ford.

Intermediate setting wiper in off position continues to operate issue that is well know since 2011 in Ford trucks.Love my F250 2017 truck, however today frustrated that with an extended warranty bumper to bumper on this truck that the dealership that I bought the truck from is charging the deductible fee for a known problem in the trucks that dates back to 2011 with what I have found on the internet. This is known problem and they expect customer to pay to fix an known issue with a a truck with less than 55,000 miles with an extended warranty that was purchase on the truck? I feel Ford and the dealership should step up to the cost with the extended warranty and not charge the $100 deductible

I have had my vehicle serviced (scheduled maintenance) two times at Boulevard Ford on route 1 in Lewes. The service was prompt, thorough, and reasonably priced. They also did not come to me with a list of recommendation to run up the price, as so many dealerships do.I am very pleased with the service at this facility.

I am not satisfied with Ford corporate. Your staff at Boulevard is polite and tried to facilitate a reasonable fix for my Mustang but alas were not real great at followup. I have a garage kept 2012 with blistering paint on the leading edge of the hood. The fine print state because it is 2000 mile past the 30,000 mile mark and 6 months older than the 3 year mark and not rusted,, the car is not covered. Ignore the fact the hood is aluminum and will never rust. Now the fact that without even mentioning my car was a Mustang the service manager knew I had a problem with paint.So my question is why isnt that a recall by corporate? Please forward this missive to corporate or a member of the board. Your staff is unable to facilitate beyond step one. Thank you Andrea Van Horn

I was impressed enough to take my F-150 for in some diagnostic work They explained all my options and didnt try to sell me anything. Just what I was looking for. I recommend them. Honest people doing an honest job.

I made appointments for my F150 and my Mustang for service. Both were recalls by Ford. The service was excellent. Having recently moved to Millsboro, this was the first time at this dealership.I’ve dealt with many dealerships in the past, but none could compare to Boulevard!
Very Disappointed! I made an appointment & brought my Ford vehicle to the Boulevard Ford Lincoln of Georgetown for a Service Engine soon Light that was on. Had a diagnostic test done. The service tech came & told me what the problem was it would cost over on thousand dollars to have this work done. I thought the cost was way too high. I then went to another automotive shop. They did a diagnostic test and found the same problem. However, they quoted me a price to fix the same problem for less then half of what Boulevard Ford Lincoln of Georgetown wanted to charge.. I had the work done at this Automotive Shop and my my Ford is running great!. I have taken my Ford to Ford Dealers for many years for repairs and am know a very disappointed customer! Wont be going back to Boulevard Ford Lincoln dealer in Georgetown, DE.
