They were very patient with us during the ordering with all the additions we made and all the visits, I can not thank them enough! So this review is long overdue...I picked up my new Bursting Blue 2018 V90 T6 R-Design at the end of October last year and absolutely love it. This aint my Daddys Volvo. Supercharged and turbocharged with the Volvo Polestar tune. AWESOME!In late 2016, I bought my wife a New 2017 S90 and mentioned to my salesman Grant Anderson that I wanted to see the V90 when it became available. When I saw the V90, I fell in love with it. With Grants help, we specd this car out for me and nailed it. I could not be happier with this fantastic car and the attention to detail from Grant and the dealership. I’ve been to this dealership on 3 separate occasions, and the experience was the same each time: I walked in, greeted by no one as employees joked and talked about personal lives at the front desk, once approached by someone - they had to scramble to find someone to help me. I would wait another 5-15 minutes for a sales person, while 2-6 people were at the front desk goofing off. Once I had a sales person, they were never super friendly and often frazzled. The first visit I worked one-on-one with a sales person, but they were not very helpful and never followed up. The second visit, I never even got to get with a sales person, ended up calling another dealership and leaving after waiting 20+ minutes. The third visit, we were given keys and left alone to look at a vehicle. Again, we left and went to another dealership. On the third visit, I even told another person looking that they should visit the dealership that we work with, because they were aghast at the poor customer service we had both received. I should note: we have now purchased TWO Volvo vehicles in less than a year. Neither of which were purchased from this dealership, clearly.
I purchased a XC90 in 2016 but the car had a rattling noise issue that was difficult to fix. The issue, even though not major, was quite annoying, Volvo Georgetown and Volvo worked together and eventually provided an excellent solution for me. Throughout the process Volvo Georgetown has been very professional and patient and helpful. I am very thankful to Volvo Georgetown and Volvo. The people in the service department (Joseph Martinez and another gentleman) as well as the sales department (Doug and Jared) were both very nice. I would love to have them as my personal friends. I highly recommend Volvo Georgetown, and Volvo cars in general.
Great place to get your Subaru fixed. They had me in an out for all new parts in a few days. The staff was great and really friendly and they were able to take care of me super fast. Parts department here is amazing.
Bought a 2018 XC90 from Kennedy. I pretty much knew what I wanted and knew the price I wanted to pay from online searches and online forums. Wasnt pressured into anything or any gimmicks. No hard sale on the extended warranty or prepaid maintenance packages either. Overall great experience. Thank you.

We saved $12,800 by going somewhere else for service. We own two Volvos and have been taking our vehicles to the Georgetown location for years because loaner vehicles are readily available. We took our convertible in for service because the top wouldnt close. The service advisor told us it would cost $13,000 because the entire top section of the vehicle needed to be replaced. His best recommendation was to contact our insurance company and claim it as a collision even though the vehicle had never been wrecked. We took it to another mechanic for a second opinion and he suggested to take it to the Austin location because the first diagnosis was wrong. The Austin Roger Beasley location realigned the convertible top which cost $200. What a savings! What a boneheaded move by the technicians at the Georgetown location. They will never service our vehicles again. Beware of their ignorance!!!!!
PLEASE STAY AWAY!!! We had nothing but problems with this dealership ever since we bought a car there. If you live in Austin area, go to their branch in Austin, not George Town. I got quoted 490 bucks for 50k maintenance, when I told Joe at Service center that their branch in Austin charges 382 for exact same service, he said he might lower the price to 390 - so he will lower it, but not match their own branch in Austin, while other dealers charge 350 - San Antonio, 349 bucks in Dallas for same type of service. When I tried to claim a warranty on another issue with the car, they said the issue is normal with every Volvo?! so my warranty is useless. When I wanted to claim the warranty again and the car needed alignment, they said it is wear and tear because it involves tires so the warranty doesnt cover that....I wonder what kind of repairs arent a result of using a car?

Wow! I walked the parking lot from guest parking to the back to see what was available (seriously I walked around for no less than 15mins alone). Nice selection! To bad no one offered to help me! I love Volvo’s but I’ll spend my money where I at least get asked if I’m being helped!
The first time I went, no one even acknowledged me, offered to help, or even engaged me. Sales personnel came back and forth, alone, not working with any clients. It was surprising considering how many vehicles Ive seen with this dealerships tags around town. If they didnt have the exact vehicle I wanted for 500+ miles, I wouldnt have returned. Went in and had to directly ask for someone to help me.
I had a very annoying loose and noisy drivers seat post in a 2016 XC90 which I bought new. Brought it to Volvo of Savannah who did nothing. Relocated to Georgetown and brought it in to this service center. Dan from service quickly diagnosed the condition and had the seat rails and internal seat parts replaced under warranty. Now the seat is perfect as new. I strongly recommend Volvo of Georgetown and special mention to Dans quick and efficient service.
Good luck if you are trying to schedule service over the phone. Called in, placed on hold for bit quite 5 minutes. Someone finally picks up only to put me back on hold. This was after lunch hours as well.
We just bought a certified 2012 Volvo. Justin Sanders was so patient, and took great care of us! We really enjoyed the experience and will come back and find Justin when its time for the next Volvo!

Terrible experience. I put a $1,000 deposit on a 2018 XC90. They were taking my Audi Q7 as a trade. I had them switch rims. My neighbor made a better offer for my Q7. I told Grant this. In typical car sales fashion they reneged on the deal and kept my $1,000 deposit. Very poor treatment.watch out.Everything turned ok. There was a misunderstanding. Georgetown has refunded my deposit which is a real stand up thing to do. Thank you

Worst place ever! Had an appointment to come in and get my car checked for a possible cylinder misfire at 8:30AM; well, i watched how my car sat outside until 9:00AM when they finally decided to take it inside (but i saw how other cars were taken back before mine; even though i had an appointment and got there first). Then, i waited and waited for them to tell me what was wrong and how much was going to cost me. At 10:00AM i decided to get up and ask myself since i could see my car from the waiting room parked outside knowing that it had been there for more than 30 minutes. The guy that was assigned to my car then had to look for the paperwork at the bottom of the pile and had the nerve to tell me that it needed a New Injector and that it would cost almost 500.00 to fix ..... oh and that they did NOT have the part and would have to wait several days to have it ordered and shipped. So, basically i waited HOURS for them to tell me ( and i had to ask for an update even though i could see that the car was ready ) that there was NOTHING they could do at that moment. Oh and then they had the balls to try and charge me a diagnostic fee of 130.00 when i already knew what was wrong with it since i had brought in a print out from Auto Zone with the code. Most of the time i take my car to Fort Worth but this time i had no choice but to bring it here because of the nature of the repair that it needed or to San Antonio; but rest assure that i will never make that mistake again. They are RUDE and extremely unprofessional. Volvo Connection ended up fixing my car and did cost me A WHOLE LOT LESS. Please go somewhere else as these people have no idea what Customer Satisfaction means.
Very friendly sales staff and a great high end inventory, i would highly recommend if you are interested in a volvo . The interior is one of the better interiors ive seen and the stereo is phenomenal. The safety is still good and the highest out of the luxury brands.
Me and my friend visited Roger Beasley Volvo Georgetown since we were not that impressed with Roger Beasley Volvo Austin (E Hwy 290). We found the folks in Volvo Georgetown much better. Specially Doug Laymon (Manager), Darla Burns (Sales), Kennedy Christopher (Sales) and Amy Scott (Finance) supported and guided us every step of the way and we ended up buying two XC90 Inscriptions. These people will go that extra mile to make sure you are satisfied and they certainly did a wonderful job getting me my Volvo. Thanks very much Kennedy for being an awesome salesman and still following up on things. I certainly recommend this place to buy a car simply because of the people. Thank you again!

Don’t go here.They don’t stay on promises. I had worst experience with them.Looked at a car agreed upon a price and i told them will come in the weekend to look at it and complete the sale. They know that i am far from their store around 3 hrs away.I informed them to let me know if any others are willing to buy the car.that way i don’t have to waste my time to drive there.but they didn’t informed and sold the car to some one else.may be they gor a higher price. I understand but they atleast have to let me know that the car is no longer avaialble . I have to drive all the way for 3 hrs and had to listen the news that the car is sold😡😡. My salesman, Kennedy Christopher, made the typically unpleasant experience of buying a car a simple, painless process. There was no dickering over price. Kennedy gave a number up front that we could get behind, so all we needed to do was test drive and then sign papers.
When to get some diagnostics done for 1997 model. After one week of waiting and 130$ I was told they have no idea what was wrong with it. Wanted me to wait another week to see if they could find out what was wrong. I have sold that Volvo after having a local mechanic that normally works on bulldozers and dump trucks. Also you will end up with a bunch of junk mail from them and they still wont get your name right.

I ordered an XC90 in May by paying $500 advance. I was told that I can cancel it anytime and i will get back my $500. I changed my mind and after 5 months and following up at least 5 times, I still have not received my money. Very poor experience.
