I am in love with my car! I was in search for a car with an upscale look that would fit my budget and my CX-5 Grand Touring was THE perfect find! And the entire purchase process went smoothly and quickly! Sam, was super amiable and helpful regarding any and all of our concerns and made the whole process not seem like a hassle at all! His approach was relaxed and friendly and there was no pressure from him whatsoever! Him, James and Marc in finance were really able to answer all of our questions and make us feel right at home, as well as the rest of them team! So after shopping around and doing my homework I realized the deal being offered worked perfectly for me! Also really appreciate Sam and Marcs staying late to wrap up the deal and to make sure I left happily with my new gorgeous vehicle! I can’t say enough about this service department. I took my Mazda in for its first routine maintenance appointment today and had the best experience. They sent me a video while I was waiting, where they did a walk-around my car explaining what they were doing and what they found: showed me my brakes, my filters, tread wear. Then, as part of their teacher appreciation promo, they cleaned my vehicle and I don’t mean they simply washed it. My car looks as good as the day I brought it home. Who would have ever thought a service experience could get me this excited.

While some other dealerships are price gauging during the chip shortage, this team gives us the sticker price. Had a couldnt have been better experience at Roger Beasley Mazda of Georgetown yesterday.Based on advice from another shop to whom I have been going to for oil changes(to save a buck), I was advised that I had a bent rotor on one of my wheels. While I hadnt seen, felt or heard anything that would indicate that, as the car was under warranty, I figured, let the Mazda guys look it over.Well, there was no problem and Mazda sent me a video via text and email showing the technician performing the diagnosis. Had them take care of a few minor things, filters, etc. while it was there and they had the car done in a short time.Thanks to Technician Craig who performed the work and sent the video, very helpful. Special thanks to the Service Writer, Nathan Mendiola, who went way out of his way to accommodate my issues. Cant say enough about this young fellow.Anyway, perfect experience. Thanks.

I didn’t have an appointment but needed an oil change before the holiday weekend, so I dropped off my car and they fit me in to their schedule. The service was very thorough and they even sent me a video of what they did to the car while they were doing it such as checking the brake pads, suspension, rotating the tires, topping off the fluids. The overall experience was great! We traded in 2 vehicles and financed a 2021 CX-9 Signature. We were only there for 2 hours. Charles Turner, helped us with our new ride. Jason in finance was really fun to talk to, and made the finance side smooth. The sales manager got straight to the point, also he didnt try to push the pencil 3 times. (I hate when the pencil is pushed multiple times.) If you want a smooth car buying experience, I would say this is the place to go!

James at the Georgetown Mazda dealership was amazing!! The moment we met him, my friend and I knew he was going to make it happen with sending me home in my new car. He is upbeat, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and all-around a friendly and well-rounded salesman. He knows the automobiles. He knows how to relate to the people and make them feel comfortable. He and the whole team worked really hard to make my car search a great experience! Marc in the finance department was wonderful as well. He was very calming and explained everything in great detail. He did not overwhelm or intimidate, but instead put my mind at ease. Jeff who I believe is the general manager was very kind as well. We also met Krystal and Richard who were very pleasant too. James told me that everyone is family there, and he welcomed me into the Mazda world. After visiting at least a dozen other car dealerships in the past few weeks, this is the only place I recommend. Mazda of Georgetown definitely has a compassionate staff who will work with you and help you along the way with the car process. Very pleased with my decision all around.

My experience at Mazda was amazing the people were completely nice and understanding when buying a car. I had Krystal hill and she was absolutely amazing and made the process of buying my CX-5 absolutely great, she took care of my needs and was very patient with me. This is my 3rd Mazda but my first SUV with Mazda and I’m still in love with it. The only thing I would say about the dealership if you can fix the air it was extremely hot in there and I had to personally fan myself, with the Texas heat right now it would be great to go inside to cold air and not warm air. Other than that my experience was great and really appreciative to the Mazda team you have!!!

Krystal was awesome! I went in with a list of vehicles from their website that I wanted to look at. It turned out that they had both just been sold, but she quickly found several others that met our needs. Shes very knowledgeable on the vehicles and their features (Shes a big-time car geek in her off time, so this is something shes passionate about.)The whole purchasing process was quick and painless. We had a great experience. We drove into the lot just looking and the salesman, Bob Amazeen, helped us from there. He was great, we haggled with our sale but got to where we wanted and actually had fun doing it. We had our son with us and he was restless throughout the whole process. Everyone that worked at the dealership was kind to him and it made our time there much better. At the end of it all we drove off with our new Cx-5 that was freshly detailed in the time we were sitting inside doing the finances and paperwork. There is a mark/dent/spot on the hood we are getting fixed there, hoping we are satisfied with their work again. Glad we found this dealership on a whim and impressed with how organized they were and quickly they worked. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Mazda, they have so many cars in stock and are transparent with free Car-fax reports available on all the vehicles and really listen to what you want and are looking for. I bought a car in Apr 2021 and didnt get my license plates until now. The mix up occurred with the DMV, but the sales agent at Roger Beasley was horrible about communicating about the issue. He never initiated phone calls - I was the one who had to call for updates, and on numerous occasions, he wouldnt return my calls. I got the Sales Mgr involved, and eventually he didnt return phone calls either.The sales department treated me like royalty when I bought the car, but the follow up was the worst I have ever experienced. I would give 0 stars if I could.

We love our new Mazda CX-5. We met Allie in December and let her know our plan was to purchase a new vehicle once I returned to office after C19. Allie remember us after 6 months. We told her the colors and features we wanted, and Allie was able to get our vehicle delivered from Roger Beasley South. The application was completed in advance so we spent 20 minutes with Marcus in finance. Allie spent another 45 minutes going over the vehicle and its technology. Nothing positive to say about their service center. Purchased a 2017 for my son a year ago and nothing but major issues with his Mazda, to include a transmission change.. Oil service changes are ridiculously over priced. For every issue, you will be charged a diagnostic fee with constant inaccurate diagnosis. Truly regretting this purchase.

It has been a while since I purchase a vehicle and I did not remember it being a pleasant experience. I do remember the stress of bargaining for a good deal and feeling pressured into buying extras that I did not want. So this time around I did my research and got in touch with sales person before the test drive and hoping to make this a more pleasant experience. It did help knowing exactly what I wanted and was able to easily navigate through the Dealerships website to view their inventory. My salesperson was attentive and very passionate about the brand. I like the fact that he wasnt too pushy but I just felt a tad overwhelmed by his enthusiasm at times. I would give my sale person a 4 star but the overall experience was a 3 star because my encounter with the Service representative left a bitter taste in my mouth. M Meyers was your typical pushy salesperson that I like to avoid like the plague. When I declined to add on the warranty, I received a uncalled for remark from Mr. Meyers that even my male companion was offended by. The facility is newly built and gives the impression of luxury. It was very clean inside and compliant with COVID protocols. However, their product speaks for itself. I am very satisfied with my purchase and felt it was a great choice to go with Mazda instead of their competitors. In all, not as stressful as my first car purchase but still not deserving of a 5 star review experience for this location.

My guess is from the buffer.I know car washes are not the dealers specialty, but I would have rather had a bad job (my interior is terrible, was not even given an air freshener, I had to buy my own) than scratches from head to toe on my brand new vehicle that I bought from this dealership.I am incredibly displeased and irritated.UPDATE: I have been going to this location for about 5 years with two different vehicles. It has completely gone downhill. Their online system for making appointments only sometimes works, I will show up for my appointment and then be placed at the back of the line because I wasnt on the schedule.Last time I was there I was treated terribly all I went in for was an oil change, alignment, recalls, and tires. It may sound like a lot, but it wasnt. I got there early in the morning, but later in the day when I hadnt heard anything after dropping my vehicle off I finally got a call that said all they had finished was the oil change and recalls. The recalls involved glueing some seals. I had to wait another entire day for them to finish.Here is the kicker though. I asked for a ride to pick up my car. I waited and waited then waited some more. I called them and they told me the driver had to drop someone else off and should be there shortly. 2 hours later I get a call from the driver he said sorry I got distracted in the shop Ill be headed to you shortly I told him to forget it.Dont go here. Just dont every service you get will take hours on average I spend 2-4 hours just for my oil changes that came with the new car package. Its not even with the wait at this point.The most they give you for their terrible service is a sorry. Which you can observe for yourself below in the comments.Save yourself the money and time.

This has to be one of the worst dealerships I’ve ever been to! I’ve bought multiple cars from many different dealerships in different states and I’ve never experienced this before. My husband was in communication with one of the dealers i think his name was Adel literally a couple of hours ago regarding a car we wanted to purchase. Once we arrived there they told us that the car just sold... a simple phone call or even a text would’ve sufficed. this was the most inconvenient and worst experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They don’t treat you like people you’re just another commission to them.

I have enjoyed Mazda@RogerBeasley Georgetown for 8+ years and today they continue to please! During regular oil change (easy to schedule) I received text with video of car in the shop, including visual of all the checkpoints they performed, (blade, tires, brakes, fluid, etc), including the specific recommendations and a visual validation for why they recommend additional Service; but no pressure. Courtney quickly called and let me know timeline for completion & asked if I had any questions, he was very helpful and knowledgeable. Overall, super thorough and reassured me that all the steps were followed coupled with great Service agents. Nice innovation Mazda! #ZoomZoom

I set an appointment with Toni to test drive a 2018 Mazda 3, The day of my appointment Toni sent me a video of the vehicle a walk around it complete inside I was impressed with that I finally got to test drive the vehicle and I loved it so we went into the office and of course I would love to of paid a lot less but I’m very satisfied with the outcome and the price I paid. The customer service is great. I had my vehicle serviced here due to an issue with rats chewing up some wires that caused some misfires. They were able to get it fixed pretty quickly, within about 2 days.However, I noticed that there was a big (and some small ones too) scratch on my drivers seat right after I picked it up from the shop and got to my house. Its pretty noticeable too. Make sure to check the interior of your car right before leaving the lot.

Let me just start out by saying Krystal Hill was amazing!! She took away all the anxiety of car shopping and found exactly what I wanted (same color to!) In the end we left with a Mazda 3 under our budget and was out the door within probably 3 total hours, including looking at different vehicles/ test driving. SHES AMAZING YALL!! Zoom-Zoom
