We have always taken our cars to Walmart for servicing but I can promise it won’t happen again. We had a tire that would no long take air in due to valve stem being broken. The car was almost too low to drive and I needed to get to work the next morning. Me knowing Walmart tire center closes at 7pm I drove to Walmart at 6pm. When I got there the doors were locked and could see guys sweeping inside but they ignored me. I went in and talk to guy up front and he informed me that they are closing at 6 until further notice. I’m desperate and only need a valve stem replaced (5 min job) so I call my husband who is on phone with service manager who informed him that they can’t replace my valve stem because they are closed ( 6:10 and manager there answering call) my husband ask him if he could do it for me real fast since he’s there and we know it’s a 5 min job and he says I’m sorry all of my technicians are gone for the day. 😳 We took it across to tire discounters and the replaced the stem, checked the other 3 stems, filled all tires with air and didn’t charge me a dime. Walmart has become pathetic and they have lost 5 cars for one stupid decision made by the manager.

Well priced and some reliable options. Purchased 4 tires and had oil changed. Customer service was knowledgeable and wait time was acceptable. Will likely return for service but I mentioned my car required an additional quart of oil and they failed to add it.

Great, very helpful, tried that new place in town first, they didnt even have time to look at the tire. Walmart took care of the problem in less than 30 minutes. Thanks gang

Waste of time! Don’t even bother. With so little staff, they should just shut their doors.The crew takes an hour break from 12:30-1:30pm, but they didn’t actually show up till 2pm. Said it would take max an hour to get my truck done, an hour later they hadn’t even started the vehicle in line before mine.

Our RV had tire problems and Wayne helped us so we could continue our travel back to Illinois. He was our hero, working on the vehicle after hours until the fix was completed on the 4th of July holiday. Thanks Wayne and thank you Walmart!!!

Waited over 2 hours for just 2 tires to be changed after making an appointment several days prior. The lady named Heather was very sweet and apologetic and comped a few charges for our wait. She even delayed her lunch break to help us. She has wonderful customer service.

I needed new front tires and they said they would order them and it be done in 24-48 hours and it’s been a week and I still haven’t heard one thing about it have called multiple times and they just say the tires haven’t been shipped yet.

I understand you get busy but I stood for 20 minutes trying to get someone to help me...the guy looked at me twice and turned his back to me...then when I finally got someone to help me they acted like it was my fault...i guess I should have jumped up and down and screamed

Waited over two and half hours after I dropped wheels off and then they said that they dont have any tires in stock after I was told there were six available. By the time they notified me of their mistake all other tire shops are closed and I have a trailer on jack stands. Walmart has taken no responsibility and made no attempt to work with me on their mistake. While speaking with an employee this is a common issue at this location.

Had 4 tires put on a 2000 Subaru outback the other day and it was about 1.5 hours from start to finish, reasonable prices and good quality.

Go here now. These people are awesome. They squeezed us in when we were passing thru and had a camper tire blowout. Then we stayed overnight in their parking lot.

Employee went out of their way to help with my battery.

Bought a tire from Walmart on line. Came in two days early, got it installed free off charge. Very pleased with service.

Went in for an oil change. Done fairly quick, but when i got my truck back it was covered in oil. It was on the hood, the doors, door handles, inside the doors on the panels, on the dash.. Good price, but not if you have to get your vehicke detailed after.. wth walmart!!!

Took two hours for an oil change and they repeatedly insisted I use the wrong oil.

Very, very understaffed. Took over 4 hours for two tires when I was the second person there. But can’t beat the price anywhere for their tires.

Just waited 4 hours for an oil change. Lets try somewhere else.

They only have listened and only did one part of what I asked them to do which was to check and repair a tire. But did not do the rotation and balance I asked for. And were not busy at all...
