Awesome, 2 batteries for the price of one interstate and they installed em both. 3 year warranty and service.Interstate told me they no longer install for free. And my batteries now sell for 330.00 each.Auto zone 160.00 free install guess where I went

Eric took the time to explain to me the the advantages and disadvantages of the different wiper blades. After I purchased them them, he offered to put my wiper blades on for me *in the rain*. I took him up on it. He was courteous and professional.

Pamela and Jordon are the most AWESOME people Ive ever dealt with at an Auto parts store. I was stranded with a dead battery on a very cold night last week and the two of them worked a plan to help get my JUKE up and running again!No question they know what theyre doing as Jordon didnt hesitate to change out the battery for me once we made it to the store. She then retested to make sure that was my only issue.By offering such great customer service it shows they really care about their business, something you just dont see much anymore and its obvious that they love what they do.As a mechanics daughter its nice to see more females in whats usually a mans industry....I want to THANK YOU ladies again for going above and beyond and to encourage yall to keep doing what youre doing!!Marsha
I needed to get a replacement battery for my van so I decided to swing by here. I am not a car person by any means but the team at this Autozone were amazing! Not only did they make sure I got the correct battery and get it installed and working, but they made my first visit feel like I have been going there for years. Very helpful, very considerate and extremely knowledgeable. Ill definitely be returning for my automotive needs in the future.

Went in to hv someone to CK my battery and oil. Everything ok except needed one quart oil. Paid for the oil then they asked for the VIN. nbr on my truck...No explanation as to why it was needed. Guess they were impressed with my, 2002 ford ext. Cab. with less than 45,000 miles on it. GO FIGURE ..Didnt know VIN nbr had anything to do with low quart. Of OIL....Any explanations.....

I barely know enough about cars to get byI was sold a battery with a dead core after asking a representative to double check the battery type I had mentioned in regards to my vehicle.Once I changed it, it did not work. I put the old one back in and came back the following day and asked for help. I was then told I needed shims to secure it, after a representative examined it with me outside physically which I then did and it still did not work.They then informed me that the terminals must be bad and so replacing those and it still not working, I finally had it towed to a garage where they told me the battery was dead and the attempts to secure the new battery on to my old existing terminal have had to result in it being replaced as well.Should I have asked them to check the battery, yes. Should I have assumed that they may have made a mistake, apparently but one can reasonably assume that when you purchase a new product, said product will work as advertised.I will never shop here again, I would urge anyone who is shopping there to have work and products double checked. I am examining my options as to having my expenses reimbursed due to negligence by said employees and have been put out of work due to this entire episode.Does a lot of this responsibility fall on me as for not verifying what the employees of an auto parts store sold me? Absolutely.However the reason for going to provider of special service or an auto parts store is that they will provide you with reliable products and accurate advice.

Needed help replacing wiper blades...Pamela was absolutely awesome! We ultimately determined that I needed to go to the dealer, but she tried every possible option in the store to find something that worked...even super-glued the rubber on the old blade as a bandaid until I could get to the dealer. Attagirl Pamela - you qualify for a raise!!!

The autozone on 2913 Williams Dr. Georgetown Tx.I called the store to check on a battery for my Montana diecel tractor. The battery that was in the tractor was a Acdelco 31ts. The person that answered the phone was Pam. At first it didnt seam like she was able to cross referance the battery and she told me that she had to do some research and she would call me back. About 10 minutes later she call me and said she had found it and that they had it in stock. Great job Pam for stickiing with the poblem . You are a creadit to your company. Have you ever been yelled at in an Autozone by an employee? Me neither until the other day. Wont be coming back here. Idk what got into this guy but thats not how you treat customers. We are both grown men.What happened? For literally 10+ years of going to Autozone, I have been directed to the back to dump oil. I have never had someone take my oil to be dumped. Apparently not the case at this Autozone. Good to know, but doesnt warrant an elevated voice in front of the store with everyone staring.
Called ahead to make certain my car battery was in stock. Headed to the store, picked up my new battery and was on my way. Great store and even better experience.

Yesterday I was at the gas station, two buildings over, when my car wouldnt start. I noticed AutoZone and started walking. At the same time I noticed Johnathan V., from AutoZone, walking over to the gas station for something for himself. Instead of getting what he came for he pushed my car to the AutoZone, jumped the car, ran a diagnostic and determined it was the alternator. Soap box time: In a day and time where customer service is an endangered species, when you find it, its definitely noticed. Thanks Johnathan for helping to get us home and getting us on the path to get our car fixed.

Went to AutoZone right after store opened because I had to have my car jumped twice in last two days, the salesman went out with a testing meter and found that my battery was bad. He not only sold me the battery but installed it in their parking lot!!! I was quite impressed with his knowledge and skills. Thanks to him and AutoZone!!!

Jack and Alex are the best! I was passing through on my way to Dallas when my SUV broke down. Jack helped me select the right parts, loaned me tools and pulled up diagrams for the serpentine belt repair on my Lexus. When I found out the belt wasnt my issue and I needed a repair shop, Jack helped me find a great place for a repair nearby.Jack and Alex also helped a ton with my stress level because they genuinely cared about me as a person in distress and not just the next guy through the door.Thank you gentlemen and thank you Autozone!!!

Had to replace a Battery. It was still under a prorated warranty and when they brought it up in the system it had all the info so there is no need to keep a receipt. I would day that the battery should have lasted longer but I took my truck to a place for 2 years where the temp got into the upper 130. It only staryed having a problem now when the temp dropped below freezing.
