04 Ram 1500 upper and lower ball joints were shot and needed replacing. I was able to use self acquired parts and Mary gave a fair cost analysis for the repair. No issues with squeeking front end since the repair was performed almost 2 months ago. Would use again for general repairs/maintenance if needed.
