As loyal customer of 10 years, Sun Auto lost my business. Their pricing structure is incomprehensible. I would rate this business borderline rip-off. I’m going back to doing all my own mechanical work, previously I choose Sun Auto for convenience and pricing.I asked for an oil change and tire rotation & wheel balance and came out paying over a hundred dollars. Not cool in my opinion.They do a poor job in describing prices per job.Lastly, their website is terrible.

I had a flat tire during a road trip and went in on a Saturday to have the one tire replaced. I scheduled an appointment for the upcoming Wednesday to ensure a quick service. I was able to drive on the used, wrong size replacement until the appointment. This took this other tire shop 15 minutes to replace.After arriving for my appointment at 9:00 am, the one tire replacement ended up being 90 minutes. But the wrong tire was replaced, leading to another 90 minutes to swap for the right exchange.Poor service and turn around time for a simple tire replacement. For this additional time, no curtesy was given nor apologies, just 90 additional minutes of waiting and watching my car not be worked on. I understood the first service time, partially, but did not understand the wait after their mistake.Hopefully the service improves and can help other clients out! Not a rash review, just an honest one hoping the shop improves.

As per my usual self when it comes to car maintenance, I was 1000+ miles overdue on an oil change and naturally was heading out of town for a 500 mile round trip in the next 24 hours. Knowing it was a long shot, I rolled into Sun Auto and was kindly greeted by Steven at the front desk. Ive been a long time customer of Sun Auto so I know they are usually very busy and my request for a walk in oil change was a long shot. Steven let me know that it would be 2 hours and I told him Id be happy to come back as I needed to be somewhere in an hour and half. I explained my situation and we both had a good laugh about my predicament. He paused a moment and then said, you know what, Ill get you out on time. I assured him it wasnt necessary and I didnt want to make an issue for anyone else. He insisted. When he asked about if I had my license plate information and I responded with Yeah, its on the car he didnt skip a beat and proceeded to gather it through the window. I was treated with respect, kindness, PATIENCE (if you havent figured it out by now, Im a mess!) and was not pushed for services I didnt need. Sun Auto will remain my auto business of choice. Fitting me in, unannounced, when booked days in advance, made a huge difference in my world today.

I love how honest the staff is. I was in a lot a month earlier for an oil change and they suggested brake work. I scheduled the brake appointment a few weeks later and after the brake inspection, they said my brakes were fine and not needing anything. They just didn’t go ahead and take my money…. I appreciated that a lot.

Definitely would NOT recommend anyone come here. My sister scheduled an appointment 2 weeks ago to have a mechanic inspect a vehicle she was going to buy. She drove down from Dallas to have this done, only for them to tell her she didnt have an appointment after she had already scheduled one. So she scheduled another appointment for the following Saturday and the same thing happened AGAIN!! The guys working the front desk didnt have the best attitudes and gave her a hard time. They ended up telling her she had to wait 2 more hours for an appointment. She had been there since 9:30 for an appointment that should have been scheduled for 10:00. She told them this is the second appointment they have messed up and this was also her second time driving from Dallas. She went outside to speak with the man she was buying the vehicle from and went back into the store later only to find out they still did not put her on the list. They finally got around to asking if she wanted to be put on the list. She ended up having her appointment around 1:00!

Good overall experience. My car was way later than expected to be done. Was told it was a few hours of work but took from 8 am till 6pm. Not a huge issue but made me late getting kids. Businesses are short staffed so am certain this a just a one time problems

They have always been good until today. I called early in the morning for a oil change, got a appointment booked for 3pm. Arrived at 1:40pm to drop my truck, and the guy said he had me booked for the next day at 3:30. This has never happened and hope it is the last time. Guy who checked me out said he can give me $10 off but total came out to $70+. Make sure your appointments are for the time you set up. I would of taken it to Lambs if I known this would happen.

We used to be happy with Sun Auto we and or kids have always been loyal costumes for yrs.but unhappy with them now we told yall it was electrical issues we told yall it all started after our neighbor changed the power steering pump and fuse kept burning out...only thing we asked yall to change was alternator but only after yall said car was fixed the first time.but if yall would of been honest and said yall had no idea what was wrong charging us for this and that we could of maybe had someone fix it now we have no more money .you even kept charging for tows and even after we told yall its making a rattling noise after yall said its fixed before we drove it off yall lot which wasnt making after you said its fixed yall are charging us for the oil change .which yall say noise is being made cause of timing belt not getting oil but iit wasnt making that noise before a few days before last repair ...just scared to drive it anywhere..but whats done is done not happy just so frustrated.well see in 2 or 3 days thats how long it last then breaks .again...

I have been using this company for at least 2 years for car maintenance and the first major repair I need was a complete disaster!!! They had my car twice over 24 hours both times and couldn’t tell me what was wrong it. I had to call them multiple times to eventually find out that I need a timing chain repair. They also told me I authorized $2300 for them to tell me what was wrong with my car when I did not. I authorized $115 for a diagnosis. Then they told me it would be over $6k to complete the repairs. They added so much stuff on my ticket to replace a timing chain. Tried to charge me for an oil change when they just did one last month and brake fluid flush which they also just completed. They had no reason for why my car just sat up there both times for that long besides they are busy. Being busy does not override customer service!!! PLEASE do NOT take your car here!!! They are only good for an oil change and maybe an inspection if they don’t rack up a million other things to charge you for too.

Not sure what point of making appointment is, still a 2 hour wait for oil change. Staff friendly and helpful and their work has always been satisfactory. They also have several ways for you to pay out, set up financing, if work needed is more than you have at the time.

First-time customer here! I was pleased with the friendly and professional staff who took care of me today. I went in for my annual inspection and they took care of it and a broken brake light in a jiffy! I really appreciated that they all had face masks (this review is being written during covid). I think they sensed my hesitancy/fear when entering the building and they all adjusted their masks and kind of gave me a look that said come on in, weve got you. Really happy with the service and price. I will be a return customer for sure. Highly recommend this location.

One of the worst customer service experiences! I took my Ford F-150 here for a quote for brake pads, they were $300 more than the dealership. It’s a complete rip off. I suggest you get another price before coming here.

My sons Honda Element broke down in Georgetown, and the tow fee to get it to our normal shop in Austin would have been high, so I decided to give Sun Auto a try. They claimed it would be 5 to 6 hours of labor just to get to the starter and with parts it would be almost $1000. I told Sun that I thought this price was way overblown, and they gave us a new customer discount and the best price they could. Final charge was $828 even after the coupon. Ive since replaced the starter on another Element (same year and options) and the charge was $530 at an Austin shop. The repair job at Sun was fine, but prepare yourself to be overcharged by more than 50% if you take your car there.

I took my 2010 Dodge Journey in and they told my husband it was my timing belt that needed to be replaced. Well to find out my suv has a timing chain not a belt. They wanted 1500 dollars. I decided to get a different diagnostic test with H& H auto service instead and come to find out that is not the problem, my motor is literary falling apart. So for you people at Sun Auto- Shame on you for trying to screw people over.I do not recommend you at all to anyone !!!!!!!!!!!! And the fact that I had to give you one star just to write this review Is sad ... BC you dont get any stars from me

I had been taking my truck to a shop for a while but it was further away and wanted to try somewhere closer as I am always busy and it would make my life easier. I took my truck here to get an oil change. It was fast, they were helpful and all in all decently priced. I took it back a second time for an oil change and it was the same great fast service. I took the truck off the lot brought it home and went about my day. I came back out 30 minutes later to get something out of my truck and noticed a huge puddle of oil. By this time they had closed and it was Saturday so I had to wait until Monday to even ask them why it was leaking. I drove the truck back to the shop and left it there over the weekend so I didn’t ruin my drive with the oil leak they obviously had caused. I had never had any issues before I took it to them and I assumed they had stripped out the oil pain and couldn’t get the bolt in. They told me they would put a new bigger bolt in to create new threads which I knew wouldn’t work but I said sure give it a try. I got back to the shop and it was still leaking. The manager told me he couldn’t prove his guys did anything wrong and they weren’t going to pay for it to be repaired until he did a full inspection himself. A day or two went by and they hadn’t gotten back to me yet so I went in to see what was going on and they told me they were doing it right then and there. He argued with me again that he needed to see if his guys did it before they replaced it. I told him yet again that I have never had any issues before taking it to them and they had stripped it out and then stripped it more by putting the bigger bolt in. He finally called me later that day to tell me it was his guys fault and they were going to get it fixed. This was a nightmare. I went in for an oil change and it took me 3 days to get my truck back because they couldn’t correctly screw a bolt into the oil pan. I will never go here again especially with how the manager treated the entire situation and essentially refused to do anything with the truck until I argued with him over and over.

Had a 1030 appointment for an oil change. Car was pulled in to the bay at 10:45. At 11:30 I checked lTo see how much longer, As the techs were just kind of milling around. Said they still hadn’t started yet. Finished at 12:30. Two freaking hours for an oil change. Not happy

Went in for a basic oil change. They didnt put the drain plug in correctly and it was leaking oil all over. They sliced my tire loading it onto the lift and tried telling me it was over inflated.

Went in because our ac stopped blowing cold air one day, they charged us a diagnosis which was $121, and quoted us for a full a/c replacement (wasnt including the heating core?) And added a tune up for $3700. We said no way, so then they called back with oops the tune up isnt necessary but the full ac needs replacing because we dont know whats wrong with it so we need to just replace it for $2k. We said we need to get a second opinion. It took the other place less than an hour to figure out it needed a new compressor clutch and nothing else, itll be a few hours of labor so itll be $755. Through asking recommendations on Facebook and finding a place for a second opinion we found hundreds of people screwed over by this place. Theres a great place by Mels bowling that are much friendlier. And if you can make the drive theres an awesome place in temple we love.

Its always better to pay for something minor to save from something major down the road! Took our vehicle in was working with a advisor that is no longer with the company never got a follow up of whom took over the repair orders.2 1/2 weeks go by with no communication ( Travis ) the service manager states we towed your car and didn’t got give us a call nor tell us anything about this happening while there was a open repair order it...To get the car from the tow yard they had it towed to cost $678.00 to get the vehicle off the lot they towed it to.Hey guess what... that almost $700.00 was going to go to the repair of the motor.I’ve never had a repair shop tow a car for not being in contact with the customer for a week or two.I’ve left my cars at dealership and with reputable small repair shops all the time the longest a shop had one of my other 4 vehicles was 8 months...we never had a problem.This place is not worth the hassle nor the over inflated labor ratesAnd massive markup / inflation on parts and repairs.Save your time and go to a real repair place or they will just rip you off and cause you to waste money...If I would have towed the car or had a opportunity to pick it up it would of not cost me a penny.Legit got my other car towed yesterday to Kyle to get a motor swap I paid zero out of pocket for the tow.Worst service ever!!!Manager aka Travis doesn’t know how to listen to understand. He will simply listen to respond and talk over you because your a female....I’m not the female to mess with.....Now I will have no choice but to pursue compensation for the unlawful towing and neglect of my vehicle... joy......

Mostly require appointments and the oil changes are expensive and you can find cheaper elsewhere of which I did by 25.00. Should have one price for just oil change only without added services. Sometimes, that is all you need. Noticed on Google one price but walk in store price not the same.

After getting my oil changed the engine blew due to no oil. The wait was so long I declined the rotate service. I would not recommend this place. A friend of mine went not long ago and before he got too far down the road his truck was covered in oil due to incompetent quick service employees.

After driving through Texas from New Mexico, I hit a rock on the road and it cracked my Radiator & Core Bracket so I had to get that replaced but they wanted to go from the Dealer, which was a few hundred dollars more and not replace with an aftermarket stating it might not fit up right, they might have to mod it, etc. (Even though it was the same for all Jeeps) Then came the Oil Cover Gasket, which was leaking. Ok, that one I knew about but for the price of just one (Ill elaborate later on what I got for BOTH to be replaced along with Collateral Damages) I was also given a 2 Yr/ 18,000 miles Warranty.Roughly a year and 11,000 miles goes by when my Alternator started acting crazy! It melted (overheated) into place because OIL got into its case and wiring! We found that at Pep Boys then it had to be hauled to the Jeep Dealer because,.. Get Ready,... the Oil Gasket Cover Sun Auto replaced failed and Oil splashed into the Alternator, shorted out the Power Control Module!! Contacted Sun Auto and spoke with Travis (This was back in August 2020) and he told me to go through their Warranty Department (Pronto). Talked with Freddy, and we had to have a Conference Call so everyone was on the same page! During that discussion it was described how the repair would be covered out of State, I would not be charged, etc. Pronto pays the lowest of the two repairs for the Oil Gasket Cover ($657.67 was what Sun Auto charged for one, Jeep Chrysler charged $494 for BOTH, even included the OIL, FILTER!!) Pronto covered the $494 but left me stuck with $1890 for the Alternator and PCM! I have called Travis from August to November of 2020 and emails as well have gone unanswered. They dont stick to their word, they workmanship is to be questioned and they never get back to you with anything good!

Sun Auto is very professional and trustworthy. I have taken my Tahoe to them twice and both times they have saved me money.The last time, I it in to have A/C recharged. Two different places in Georgetown told me that I needed a new A/C compressor which would run $1,200 to $1,400. So I opted to recharge the A/C and try to hold off on the big expense. Took it to Sun Auto asked them to please recharge and get another option. To my surprise they said it did not need a compressor but a couple of valves needed to be replaced and freon. It is now working like new. Saved me $1,000 plus dollars. They are the best. And I will continue to use their services.Being single, it is hard to find a place that I trust with my truck.I can not express my appreciation enough.Try Sun Auto, you will not be disappointed.Thank you,D.E.

Marcus was such a great help to my mom and I! We were driving home to Fort Worth when rain hit and we ran into a curb trying to turn. It was 5:30 on a Monday afternoon when we had the accident and we called Sun Auto Service (30 minutes before they closed), Marcus did everything he could to help. He got in contact with a tow truck to come pick us up, stayed open to take a look at the car, and even contacted a hotel for us to stay at while we waiting for the part to come in. He was also able to get in touch with the shop that was sending the part needed for the car to give us a time frame for when it would arrive.I was really frazzled by the accident and was extremely grateful for the kindness he showed my mom and I. This auto shop has great quality service and great quality workers, if you are looking for a place to take your car for anything this is the place!

On December 30th, I took my sons car to Sun Auto Care in Georgetown to have a routine oil change completed. On Sunday, Jan 31st my son told me the check engine light came on followed by the oil light. The car began to lose power and he proceeded to shut it off after which the car would not start.We had to get it towed back to our place of residence at a cost to us. While unloading the vehicle from the tow bed the tow mechanic alerted me to the excessive amount of oil coming from the undercarriage. Upon inspection, he told me that the drain plug was missing from the vehicle and must of fell off allowing the oil to fully drain and lock up the engine.I decided to contact Sun Auto since they had done the previous oil change. They agreed to come to get the vehicle and took it to the shop for an inspection. They kept it overnight and said they would contact me in the morning. They contacted me the next and confirmed my suspicion that the drain plug was indeed missing.They said they would do the right thing, but after some back and forth they said they couldnt find evidence that they were at fault and that they couldnt cover the entire cost to replace the engine and repair the vehicle.They claimed that the specific car model and a history of this issue. I then said instead of going half on the repair on the vehicle that may not be worth it. Just cut us a check for half of the cost and we can just move on they refused to do so, instead insisting we cover half the cost of the repair. They were denying liability for putting my son at risk based on their negligence.

Im really not the type of person that would throw someone under the bus but I must say I was happy with my first visit and decided to return just to get an intake hose trimmed because I was afraid I would trim it unevenly. What i thought was going to take a few minutes took an hour and the hose was cut unevenly (every disappointed). While driving away my car sound so bad that the next day I couldnt even drive it to work. I called and ask what did they do to my car. Manager stated he didnt know and to bring it back. There was no way I was going to bring my car back I totally lost the trust. After I found out what actually happened i surely didnt want to bring it back. I was warned by others not to go here and looking at all the reviews I must say I should have listened. I do believe whom ever worked on my car the first time knew what they were doing and did a great job. but upon my return Im certain that person had no clue and tampered with something he shouldnt have. Sun Auto is not all bad and not all good. it just depends on how knowledgeable the Mechanic is thats working on you vehicle. Me personally will not recommend them.

Stopped in for a vehicle inspection and they had me on my way in about 45 minutes. The other four places I had stopped had a 2-4hour wait.While I was there i could hear one of the guys at the counter explain to a lady about her A/C system. It was overcharged and first thing they would have to do is remove the coolant and charge it to the correct amount. That might fix the problem but it could also have other probkems that they cannot test until the get the system ar the right amount.

Went in for an alignment and was told the outer tie rod was seized. When I went to pick it up my husband asked to see the tie rod. The tie rod was perfectly fine and the ball joint was still tight. He asked why this was replaced and never received an acceptable answer. Gave him the run around and was then told it had to be heated to be removed. The tie rod had no heat discoloration on it and factory black paint on it. Threads were also still clean and shiny. Was then told that the jam nut had to be heated to be taken off. Then asked why was the entire tie rod end replaced if only the nut was seized. Then the manager told my husband that he was calling him a liar and started causing a scene in the lobby. He was very aggressive and extremely unprofessional. It was very obvious that he knew he was wrong. Do not use this company and it is extremely upsetting that if my husband had not been the one to pick it up I would have been taken advantage of. I have never been to a more unprofessional shop. They did finally end up taking the new tie rod price off but still charged for labor, which they never still could say why it was replaced. I just cannot get over a manager being aggressive and not even being able to have a conversation with a customer.

**Edit/Update**The store manager Travis contacted me immediately. He was very nice, apologetic, and knowledgeable. He looked my visit up, assured me other fluids were topped off and tires rotated based on their paper reports. He admitted the coolant appeared it may not have been topped off, and he made it right. I will be back!I came in on 5/29/19 for an oil change. I was assured my fluids (all reachable fluids) would be topped off and my tires rotated with this service. The next day 5/30/19 we were 2 hours into our road trip, filled up for gas, my husband opens the hood of the car and notices the coolant reservoir is bone dry. He had to run into the gas station and pay for the coolant mix. Checked the reservoir again when we reached out destination 2 hours later to make sure there wasnt a leak, and reservoir still full. I was not provided the services I was promised. Makes me wonder if any of the other fluids were topped off and if my tires were actually rotated. I was very happy with the price and didnt mind waiting almost 2 hours even though I had a scheduled apt, but the deception of being promised services were done that werent is not acceptable.

Although I hate to think about how much money I’ve spent there, they are always kind and professional and seem to care. If I’ve ever had a complaint, it’s been minor (I think they forgot to turn off my change oil indicator once) and they were apologetic and offered a quick fix.They seem honest which is very important for this lady who travels for work and needs a reliable working vehicle 😊

I was traveling from Austin back home when I had a problem with my brakes locking up. Had my car towed here and so glad I did. They were thorough and honest. They showed me what happened with my brakes and sent me on my way. They were very courteous and didnt take advantage of a weary traveler!

These guys are life savers! I desperately needed an oil change after work, called about 5:15pm and they had me in and out by 5:30pm. They don’t normally take walk ins like that but Jeff was SO KIND to let me in! God bless Jeff and his crew. You don’t find kindness like that very often.

I recently moved to Georgetown and I didnt have a mechanic. I went to different shops and cost me lots of money. With no job completed. I found Sun Auto and they treated better than Ive been use to. They fixed my wifes car and I went got my truck from another shop and took it to sun auto. Very please with the services

They tried to charge me 400 to fix my A.C. I said no Im good thats expensive. Then he said I tell you what... Ill fix the whole system for 250 I said ok cool then he comes e hrs later saying UNFORTUNATELY the sensor is reading 10 degrees and the good thing is its only 59.99 🤷BUT... Itll be 7.5hrs Labor which gonna cost 1,000 something dollars so basically you lied and did Bad BuisnessI was warned to.NOT GO TO SUN AUTO went anyway... Its hot well THEY SCREWED ME GOOD I LEFT 250 SHORT AND STILL NO A.C. Y’all need to come to this shop. I am 100% certain you won’t regret it! The gentlemen upfront are kind and patient, and I got to meet one of the mechanics - he was great as well. My husband and I was helped by Mr Erin and I couldn’t be happier we got him! I really made the right choice coming here today - we waited a bit but they were pretty backed up and was apologetic for it. Erin and the mechanic (I forgot his name Kyle? Michael? Wow I’m terrible at names) also showed us exactly what was wrong and explained to us what was going on with my vehicle. I was happy, my hubby was happy, we had a great first experience👍🏻 👍🏻These guys earned themselves a regular 👍🏻👍🏻

These guys are exceptionally thorough and honest. Theyve helped me with routine maintenance, as well as several mechanical issues that have arisen with my older truck. They go above and beyond to figure out the source of the problem and the best solution. Great work at fair prices, and they also work with warranty companies. I highly recommend them.

Ive had this review notice for awhile. Thinking how best to answer that will describe my experience.Let me start by saying that the installation took longer than was stated and I had to keep calling to make sure the work was proceeding. I believe it was completed a week after the promise day.In order to help cut down on expenses, I supplied a few things. Some water hoses, the radiator ( which I made sure was a good quality one.) I had to bring my vehicle back in for some adjustments that were minor.Everything was going fine until I went to see my son in Manchester. On leaving Manchester, My car lost power and started to over heat. I called my son and I called Sun Auto. Sun Auto sent a wrecker to bring me and my car back. Had I known it was going to cost $400 I could have used a local wrecker. Sun Auto did split the cost wit me.I left my car at Sun Auto was given a ride home. A day later? or there about, I got a call from Sun Auto who informed me that the parts I had supplied had failed causing radiator fluid to contaminate the motor.Well not having a choice, I had the problem fixed. A new radiator and associated parts were installed. Needless to say that was another hit to the wallet. I believe it was around $2k. Sou that brings the total of installing a new motor, another radiator and parts plus fluids to somewhere in the $10k + range. Not much I can do about it. Got to have a vehicle.Now heres the part that didnt sit well with me. I told them I wanted the defected parts back so I could send them back and possibly have that company reimburse me for the cost of the repairs. Not unreasonable. Of course they had no idea which radiator was mine. I was given one that looked pretty new? Whether it was mine or not, who knows?So Instead of giving you a review, I ask you, How Do You Think You Did?

They took care of the most important repairs and never pressured me on the repairs that I can hopefully put off for a little bit. I was able to pick up my car after work and was back at home on time for dinner. Theyve found a customer for a very long time to come and Ill be back.

Was going into area for a camping trip and car broke down on the way. Was able to call this place and they towed my car and were able to figure out the program. They fixed it the next day and was grateful to be able to drive back home. They called me with updates and if they needed to charge me extra for certain things. Was pricy but I am grateful that I could take my car back. They did a lot of work to get my car working.

My experience with this location has been satisfactory with times of high satisfaction; Im normally impressed with their customer and technical service. Even though there have only been a few times where I was pressured for expanded repair and once where I had to return for a computer reset, Ive always felt that the front office was straight forward and honest with me. My most recent experience has me questioning this assessment.I enjoy their drop-off and pick-up service when my vehicle has to be left overnight; so, I plan any major repairs with this in mind setting my schedule to accommodate no vehicle. Late the following day of drop-off, I received a call explaining that a mishap occurred to one of my repairs which had to be re-done and that it wouldnt be ready until the next day, hopefully before noon which was met. During my conversation, a statement was made concerning the mishap along with apologies; I was told that I wont be charged for the added time and materials which I took as an attempt to placate my displeasure but it only added to it - I cannot understand how a business would consider that the customer would incur the cost of a mishap that occurred during their service. This led me to consider that there was no mishap; I highly value honesty and being straightforward by all who I interact with.Additionally, when I picked up my vehicle, apologies were again spoken but no other offer of compensation for the extended period of time I was without a vehicle; essentially, there was no acknowledgment of the inconvenience this extra time had placed on me. I find it telling when a business places an imposition on its customer but disregards its possible affect on that customer.I am currently considering finding another business for maintenance and repair; the reason I have any hesitation is that it took me awhile to find a business that I was comfortable with, that I find has highly satisfactory technical service. Even so, their lack of customer service has me leaning toward going through the search process once again.

Sun Auto in Georgetown, TX has helped me out on several occasions. They have had some recent administrative/management changes there which I have found refreshing. My experience was positive. The staff there has always been courteous and they take care of all my vehicles. They have been great in helping me to make the right decisions for me and my budget. Last week, when I was there, I had my 6 month old puppy with me. They were nice enough to let me take a picture of her there. Thanks guys!

I came here based off of the reviews. And I’m sad to say they did not live up to what was said. When it comes to customer services, they lack it to the fullest, don’t let their kindness full you. I had my car serviced here for my exhaust, oil change, tire rotation, & inspection, got a call and was told it’s ready for pick up, looked at the paper and it had failed. Not once did I receive a phone call letting me know what failed. My tires we’re not rotated, I know this because I know how my tires look. Instead of fixing the issue, they blame it on their mechanics. They asked me to bring it back in the following week, as I did, once arrived, they said they couldn’t do anything, they didn’t have time, they were short staffed, asking me to bring it back in over the next few days.. huge inconvenience for me, I’m waisting now my time, energy, gas to keep coming back. if this was corrected in the beginning, we wouldn’t be where we’re at now. They will charge you a price but they won’t do the work. BEWARE!!!!!
