I love the new changes! Now open on Wednesdays and later hours!Awesome atmosphere with great spa-like music. The owner is so friendly and helpful, as is the rest of the staff.This is the best of all the Merle Norman stores in the Chicago area.

I had my 3 year old daughters ears pierced here last week. I had called the day before to get some information. Im the kinda mom who does some research, asks for recommendations, and then calls and asks a barrage of questions. I spoke to Sam over the phone who answered my questions confidently and knowledgeably. I came in the next day and was warmly greeted. Sam marked where the earrings would go, confirmed with me if ok, and then her and another technician placed both holes in simultaneously. Sterile equipment used, only one second of discomfort, thorough instruction on how to care for it and wash, and what to expect after the 8 weeks. They had some treats afterwards as a reward for both mom and daughter. Im very satisfied with the whole experience and would wholly recommend them.

I highly recommend this Merle Norman in Geneva, IL. The staff is very knowledgeable about all of their products and were able to help me find just what I needed for my skin type. The store and the staff have created a very welcoming cozy environment.
