I’ve been a costumer of this Sephora location ever since they first opened. The costumer service is top notch! The employees are extremely helpful and always so friendly. I recently had an issue with a product that I purchased and Natalie was very kind and went above and beyond to help me out. Thank you Sephora Geneva, you guys are awesome!

As a customer with the ability so spend on quality products this store and brand as a whole has lost me to Amazon and other establishments that actually care to keep customers. I have asked for samples & purchase the full size at the same time. I try the product sample, if I dont like it I return the full size, unopened, with receipt. Just last week I returned some full size products, again unopened and rec. a store credit. You CANNOT use a store credit online, only in the store. This was over $200.00. I will NEVER again use this company, why would you do this to a good customer. Evidently, they have a new return policy that cant differentiate between a used return and a new return. As well, the employee wasnt very subtle in letting me know I cant return products anymore. Well honey, you have a good time when people stop shopping at Sephora and cater to Amazon which can deliver same day/one day for free and have a much larger selection than your store. Done, never again. Seems as though there is this arrogant mentality with the younger set thinking people with money will not go elsewhere when rude customer service is presented.

This Sephora never fails to to make me feel bad. The employee instead of asking if I need help just yelled Maam, were not allowed to touch anything. After being publicly humiliated and not offered any help. I just quickly walked away and cried in my car

After going to the gym my teenage daughter and her friend wanted to stop by to spend her gift card she got. Well one of the representatives made a comment while on the floor about how they “needed to watch out for thieves taking the samples” and then proceeded to follow our group up and down the aisles. I understand theft is a real issue but if you are going to discriminate at least take the consideration to make your comments in the back.

Ugh where do I begin! Extremely happy with the service. Makeup was done flawlessly. Will definitely be returning again. Money very well spent. 💗

Came in here last week and they were so friendly and super kind to me and my friend. Was a good expierence and better than the sephora in Naperville where they charge you for things you didnt purchase. So Thank you Sephora in Geneva for being great. Also before letting you enter they explain that theres a no touch rule in place for everyones safety right now. Would recommend the shop

I came in with a rather large purchase and spread it out over the course of 5 gift cards and the lady running the check out was super nice and helpful about it even though it was very annoying that I had to make so many transactions. It was over all a very good experience and the people working there were super friendly and helpful.

Sephora in Geneva is a top notch Sephora. Natalie, the manager, goes above and beyond to make you feel like family and to ensure you get the right products for your needs and wants. Gigi is one of the BEST make up artists I have ever worked with. Im very happy with the service, the products, and the staff. I HIGHLY recommend a visit to the Geneva store.

Took my niece for a make up session. Now that she’s in the age and phase when she will need and like to use make up, I wanted her to learn the proper way. my sister explained she does school performances and some stage performances require a certain amount of makeup. DT-Naperville did not offer late appointments but Geneva Commons had the latest of 6:30pm!!! That’s great for my sister and I that work or have school and cannot get there until much later.From the moment we walked in, Amy came over to us to offer her assistance. Once we explained our reason for the visit, she immediately made sure we were by the mirrors and set up as she went to get the technician that would be assisting us. While waiting I asked Amy about the Dyson dryer. She explained all of the options they had available and once we found the right one she made sure to ask me if I had any questions. I ended up buying 2, one for my niece and one for me of course.Then we met Olivia the technician!! Olivia was and is AMAZING!!!! She really took her time to show my niece step by step and explain everything thoroughly. It was a great experience for my niece and for me. She would apply one side of her face and then allow my niece to apply the other side. She was so patient with my niece and just so very kind to us all.Definitely going back for more sessions that my niece, her Mom-my sister, and I could benefit from. Truly a wonderful experience!!!! I drive a little over 35 minutes to come to this location, why you may ask? This location along with the one in Montgomery has by far the best customer service, its clean, and organized. You ladies are the best!

Poor customer service. Didn’t even got acknowledge after being there for more than 30 mins trying to find some a foundation! decided to go next door (mac) great customer service and ended up spending over $200 there.

The workers here are rude. Their customer service skills are in serious need of a makeover. No pun intended.

Customer service was great! Took my daughter here so that she could get some make-up for prom. We were greated right away, the make up artist gooked my daughter up with a great foundation that matched her complextion perfectly.

The store director is great. Everyone is also helpful at locating products.

They have alot of fragrances

Took my girlfriend in because she need help finding her foundation color. Very poor customer service, nobody greeted us, employees were just standing around. This is the second time going to this store and nobody has good customer service will not be going here again

The customer service here is horrible. employees only offer help and are friendly if you are of white skin. i’ve gone in twice in the last week and while different people helped me, i had the same experience each time. they did not care to help me and were quick to shoo me away after doing the bare minimum.

A couple of days ago my friend and I went to this location, she wanted to buy a lipstick and I just tagged along. When we got in they didnt even say hello or anything. As time goes by I realized that everywhere I went they would follow me and just stand at the end and see if I was stealing anything which I get. But they werent doing that to my friend. I spend a lot of money at Sephora, Im a VIB rouge. I felt so uncomfortable that I told my friend I wanted to leave. Worst experience ever!

I saved so much money buying the Sephora brand lip liner, lipst8ck and brow liner that matched so close to the name brand stuff! Very happy girl right now!

Poor customer service! Was just there and asked to get color matched, one of the enployees said he would get someone to help us and after 15 minutes we decided to leave. Mind you, they had 3 girls standing around doing nothing. Currently next door at MAC.

We were totally ignored walking in. No pne asked if we needed help. Other customers walking in were immediately greeted uppn walking in and assisted. The woman that looks like Kris Jenner and the one with burnt ass hair kept watching me and my girlfriend shop. Wouldnt stop following us and standing around corners pretending not to watch us. I was willing to spend up to 500 for my girls birthday present. Ended up walking out and going to the mac store instead. Guess were too brown to shop here comfortably.

This sephora has very inconsistent customer service. I shop at sephora all the time but I rather an extra 30 minute drive to a different sephora than this one. Ive been mismatched many times to the point where I just match myself now. I usually brush it off but I came specifically looking for a lipstick but it seemed to be out. Keep in mind this lady in black kept looking at me but not asking for help. After 20 minutes of wandering around (no one asked me for help) I went up to a lady names Chris and asked for help. She did not seem eager to help me out and told me if its not there that they dont have it. After just starting at her she told me I could order it online if its in stock (she was sarcastic and seemed annoyed like I bothered her). Then another Co worker came (she was wearing all black seemed like the manager the one who didnt ask for help previously) said we dont have it sorry. Didnt ask if I needed help with anything or if they could help me find another lipstick. This place is not about making your experience great. I would not recommend this sephora at all.

Excellent service! Very kind and really know their products! The woodfield sephora is only 20 mins away from me but I drive 45 mins to this location because of how well they treat their guests!!!
