This is the only store I shop at for all of my haircare needs, the beauty advisors are very helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable! I was apprehensive to make a big change to my look all on my own but they helped my vision come to life! Maria is the best!

Rude guy was very condescending & had me leaving feeing salty enough to actually leave a bad review. Also the manager at the store is so unprofessional talking bad about where I work. Going to be going to the ol reliable North Aurora store next time. :)

I used to go in the store often. I would often have to wait while staff had doors locked during business hours. I would see them outside smoking. I appreciate them asking if there is anything they can help with but when I actully needed help the guy never knew anything. One day I was in the store and the guy was following me around he made me uncomfortable that was the last time I went in that store. My thing is if you can not answer questions do not follow me you creep.

I love this Sally Beauty Store! They are always helpful and everyone is always friendly. I dont understand the other reviews. Ive been in here often and just adore this location.They always have a good selection of hair products and nail products. Keep up the good work!

Disappointed. Went for perm rods and found only 2 packages. Low inventory on most items. Was a waste of my time to go there.

Very nice Sally’s! They unlike the others have the clearance items marked actually want to help you look what you might need help looking for. To top it off the workers are much more nicer then the rest of the stores. Desirae was so helpful, sweet and knows a lot about the products definitely coming back to this location.

I just dealt with a rude girl on the phone. Completely cuts me off when I was trying to ask a question!

Ive been in this location 3 times and all 3 the staff was unwelcoming and rude not only to me but to other customers as well. I will not be returning to this location.
