The salesman talked to my mother, on the phone at first and then sent me over to the store. The salesman was knowledgeable, courteous, and had a great attitude. Also educating me on pillows the I will purchase but have not yet. Only drawback was not the salesman he was fantastic, but your store became very busy at the end of the day and several customers came in to buy they were serious buyers, and your staff went home early because it had been very slow all day, as a result people patiently waited, but he was the only salesman in the store. He kept doing a great job though. I told him, great more sales for you!
I had to call the Geneva store and check on an issue that we had with our sleep number bed. I talked to one of the most pleasant persons in the past two years, kudos to Som she answered all my questions and took the time to re-educate me on how to use my control unit. Thank you so much.
Might have well been buying a used car. The second its delivered you dont exist. We said we did not want to have our phones in our room and kept asking if bed came with a remote. Bed got delivered and no remote. Costs 49.95 and I live over an hour from store. Bed was delivered after a rain storm and the driver decided to try to turn truck around in grass. Lets say the truck won the battle. I called store the next day and I was told I would get a call back in 24 to 48 hours. Has been 6 days and no answer on who is fixing yard. Regret doing business with this company. Will they be there for me if I have an issue with the bed? One can only hope.

Josh, Dori, and Jordan all helped us with our purchased. We changed our mind multiple times on size and accessories but they put up with us and made sure everything was set with exactly what we wanted. They truly cared and helped us discover all our options. Can’t wait it to I8 to arrive!
I ordered my bed over the phone with a wonderful salesperson Dorie, She answered all my questions and I was able to purchase exactly what I needed along with the bed protector and sheets
We didnt feel the bed that was delivered to us was anywhere near as comfortable as what we tried in the store. We got offered to pay more to upgrade when we wanted to return it and turned down paying more. When they did finally take it back they charged us an additional $200 to take it back, after the$200 to deliver it. And making us buy the over priced mattress cover to retain the warranty (which we never needed cause we returned it). Our junk bed cost over $700 and it was RETURNED. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND INFERIOR PRODUCT!! Costco sleep science bed has been a fraction of the price and twice as comfortable.
The staff at the Geneva Commons store was very helpful. Sheryl was very nice and knowledgeable about the products and made the process go very smoothly! We cant wait till our bed gets delivered!

We purchased an adult bed and a kids bed plus pillows and bedding. Needless to say we spend thousands and thousands of dollars. Our adult bed has been working but the kids bed hasn’t been working. We have made over 5 reach outs to sleep number customers service and each time we get nowhere on the matter. I’ve spent well over 3 hours on the phone “troubleshooting” with zero change and still a bed that doesn’t work. When I finally demanded someone come out or to send me a new bed they quoted me 2 weeks and someone will be there. I’m extremely disappointed with the outcome and I wish I didn’t spend so much money on the beds. I’m sure if the bed works properly it’s great but for those who get a bed that doesn’t, you are in big trouble and they don’t even care to help. I would recommend not buying one. In fact, I told customer service I might even write a review like this and they simply said “ok.” That tells you all you need to know. NOT WORTH IT.
I had a great experience at Sleep Number in Geneva. Our saleswoman, Linda, was great. Definitely made me feel like I was making the right decision. Now I can enjoy my sleep again!!!!
William was very patient and knowledgeable about the products while dedicating ample time to us. He was able to clearly explain all the difference in models as well as the warranty details. He worked up multiple quotes to convey out the door costs for different models and sizes. He covered what is and isnt returnable on the 100-day trial as well as the pro-rated scale on the warranty. Yes, these are expensive - so are most beds anymore it seems.
My husband and I had our reservations about going to this store after reading some of the reviews but were wanting to try a different type of mattress. We were PLEASANTLY SURPRISED by the friendly sales people that greeted us and worked around our crazy day! We came and went 3 different times in the same day and were treated very friendly each time! Linda and Bill were more than accommodating as we bounced from mattress to mattress and back around again. They were having a terrific sale and we saved a lot of money (plus free delivery and moving or removal of our mattress at our home on the delivery day. Delivery was a little longer but to be expected with Labor Day around the corner-and we could only be available on a weekend- but as they say “Good things come to those who wait!” Thank you for the great experience! Can’t wait to get the mattress!
I had the nicest gentleman help me at this location the other day. I was in desperate meed of a new pillow that would address several issues I have and after trying several other stores that carry pillows I was at a loss. My husband and I have a sleep number and it hit me that they have pillows so I went in to look at them. The man that helped me was probably with me an hour as I tried every pillow they had multiple times and I ended up finding one that suited me. Well I was close to paying when I saw they had a BOGO 50% off on pillows so I decided to get one for my hubby so I think I spent about 20 minutes of that time looking for one for him and again the gentleman helped me make a decision on a pillow for my hubby. Not once did he act irritated and he took all that time with me. I will definitely continue to shop at this location

I initally composed a review giving this store a 5 star rating, but several unfortunate circumstances transpired after the review, thus I have to change the rating to a 1 star and remove my initial comments. The past several weeks I had to communicate with Sleep Number customer service since the size of our i8 bed was too big for our bedroom. When I contacted customer service it was brought to my attention that the 2 frames we purchased were not exchangeable or refundable. My wife and I vivdly recall during a conversation with our salesperson Sheryl that she stated we have 100 nights to exchange our bed, but we would have to possibly pay a $200 delivery fee. What Sheryl neglected to advise us that the frames were not exchangeable or refunable including that the frames are not manufactured through Sleep Number. It made more sense about the frames when I completed the warranty information online and it directed me to the manufacturer, but I never questioned it. After a few phone calls with customer service to exchange our bed to a queen size I decided to file a complaint with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) to intervene. I received a correspondence from the BBB via email and on one response from Sleep Number they noted that our salesperson advised us about the frames regarding the exchange/refund policy. This statement is completely false. However, on one phone call and a statement from Sleep Number to the BBB it was brought up that we should have read the fine print before we signed. I unconditionally agree that we should have read the entire contract, but as many of us consumers know we get caught up in the moment and confide what salespeople tell us. After numerous conversations, i.e., phone calls and emails, my wife and I agreed with what Sleep Number offered us in which it will cost us $700. I wish not to illustrate what was agreed between both parties since Sleep Number stated that it was an unusual exception and do not want them to rescind what was agreed. I highly advise that if you are considering to purchase anything from Sleep Number to carefully read the terms and conditions before you sign. Additionally, I advise to do your research before you invest hundreds or thousands on your purchase. I am not stating whatsoever not to consider purchasing a Sleep Number bed or product, but be very careful what the sales person advises you or does not advise you. Since Sheryl omitted to advise us of the very important caveat about the frames, we can no longer trust her especially since she neglected to omit the truth with her company. As for having to pay the $700, we have no qualms paying the $200 delivery fee, but the additional $500 is very difficult to swallow especially since it was not just our fault, but the Sheryls fault too. This will be our last time purchasing from Sleep Number due to these unfortunate events. We hope Sleep Number will reconisder charging us $500 and I will reconsider amending my comments.
