We purchased 2 mattresses with adjustable bases from Jack, and it was a great experience. Jack is very knowledgeable and friendly without being pushy. Great experience shopping at this location our sales associate Bradley was very friendly and super knowledgeable. He really helped us understand all the different types of mattresses in the store and never rushed us. Even though we kept changing our mind he remained patient and helpful. We ended up purchasing two mattress sets.

Kathy was lovely to work with. She was knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. My mattress has not been delivered yet, but I feel confident I won’t need to utilize their 120 days return policy. Knowing I have that option if I’m not happy with what I chose is comforting. Mattress shopping can be a difficult experience, but I’m very happy with my experience at this store. We bought a new mattress yesterday and could not have been happier with our experience! I walked in dreading shopping for a mattress and we actually walked out with a bed we really love. Usually mattress shopping is a huge pain, but Kathy made the experience easy and pleasant. We honestly didnt feel pressured at all -- we got lots of helpful information without feeling like we were being pushed into a super expensive mattress (which is how I usually feel at the mattress store). Kathy and Jack found us a great deal on a mattress we really wanted but didnt think we could afford. The process of shopping, scheduling delivery, etc., was surprisingly quick, too. I almost never leave reviews for things -- but in this case we really were thrilled. Highly recommend! Ask for Kathy or Jack!

Went to the Mattress Firm in Geneva Commons today and had a good time! The heater might of been broke but there was a warm atmosphere. Brad is the guy we dealt with and he is the Sh%t!!!! The store in Geneva was open and Jack, my salesman was very helpful and informative. I made my purchase and then drove to the Romeoville warehouse to pickup my two box springs. Reception was good. The wait to get my merchandise was over 1/2 an hour. Once they came to the door with the box springs they were very apologetic for the delay and very helpful in loading. Hopefully the customer service will be better on the next customer. It is starting to get colder.

(Ha!) His name is Jack and he asked what was important to us and empathized with my pain since he, himself, has had a back injury in the past. He helped us find the perfect mattress in our budget. He had us try a few he thought were the most beneficial and of course we went with the first one he showed us. Jack literally knows the ins and outs of every mattress in the store and made it an enjoyable experience. We left feeing genuinely happy about our purchase. I had a good experience at both locations in Batavia & Geneva they were very informative and took care of me.

I had some issues with ordering through the chat option online. I called Belinda at the Geneva location and she was extremely helpful from the beginning. She made sure to communicate what she was doing while doing it so I knew if she would take some time to get back to me. I was considering canceling my online purchase but glad I worked with Belinda to make things right.
